dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this essay is to think about Literature as an object of study, what is the literature taught at school, and what can be taught to the student of literature, checking out the disparity and incongruence historically kept between the potentiality of Literature as a builder of the students intellectuality and the historicist direction presented at the regular study. Also are presented a few sketches of possible directions about the Literature teaching.en

dc.description.resumoO presente ensaio tem como objetivo pensar a Literatura como objeto de ensino, o que é a literatura ensinada na escola e o que pode ser ensinado por um docente de Literatura. Assim são verificadas disparidades e incongruências historicamente mantidas entre a potencialidade da Literatura como formadora da intelectualidade dos sujeitos educandos e o direcionamento unicamente historicista apresentado no Ensino Médio. São também apresentados esboços sobre direcionamentos possíveis para o ensino da Literatura.pt_BR
