This dissertation aims to discuss the importance of developing financial literacy in the classroom, specifically in a 5th-grade class, which plays a crucial role in the students' development by equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to deal with financial issues throughout life. This is achieved through activities involving financial situations, sparking curiosity in the student to learn. Such literacy supports sociocultural organizational arrangements, such as daily expenses and savings, which help students handle these matters more consciously and dynamically, maturing their understanding of the economic, mathematical, and social processes in which they are routinely involved. Therefore, it is necessary to include financial education in schools at the basic education level, through studies, discussions, research, and action plans that mobilize this knowledge and make it available to students in a clear and objective way, with the goal of contributing to a more economically balanced society, prepared for conscious consumption, understanding the importance of financial approaches in the classroom. The proposal for this research is based on the National Common Curricular Base (2017), D’Aquino and Tereza Maldonato (2012), Elcy, Mogan Housel (2022), Flávio Lemos (2020), Robert T. Kiyosaki (2017), OECD - Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (1961), Nathalia Arcuri (2018), Walter Andal (2016), George S. Clason (2023), Nath Finanças (2021), and Jesse Mecham (2020). Thus, the bibliographic research conducted discusses ways to acquire financial knowledge through activities that develop useful skills, making financial literacy possible in a 5th-grade class at the Municipal Elementary School Sebastião Agripino da Silva, as a proposal to be implemented. The research resulted in an Educational Product called "Discovering the Financial World: Activity for Conscious Consumption," which contains activities aimed at developing financial literacy.

Robótica educativa e conhecimentos de área e perímetro de figuras planas
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-06-30) COSTA, Thiago Miranda; ALMEIDA, Talita Carvalho Silva de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6247156526483924; http://orcid.org/0000-0001-5206-4354
This dissertation addresses the issue of how teacher training for teaching robotics can enrich the learning of geometric concepts, such as area and perimeter, and encourage the participation of students in the 5th year of elementary school in Educational Robotics Tournaments. The main objective is to develop a self-formative guide to guide teachers in preparing students for these tournaments, with a focus on teaching geometry. The study proposes the integration of Educational Robotics as a technological tool to help teach mathematics, especially the concepts of area and perimeter, in the early years of education. To achieve this purpose, a self-training guide was prepared and delivered to three participating teachers. This guide was built around a planned Sequence of Activities. Teachers evaluated the material provided and answered an electronic questionnaire, generating empirical data that were submitted to Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA). The analysis revealed four axes of evaluation: 1) Vision of what educational robotics is; 2) The viability of the self-training guide: between theory and practice; 3) The sequence of activities and didactic resources: the contribution to area and perimeter teaching; 4) The contribution of the Auto-Formative Guide to encourage the participation of students and teachers in educational robotics tournaments. The resulting product of this research is an e-book entitled "Self-training Guide for Teachers". This guide aims to sensitize teachers to the teaching of geometry, specifically area and perimeter, through educational robotics. In addition, it seeks to encourage student participation in Educational Robotics Tournaments. The results indicated that, according to the teachers interviewed, the educational guide developed can effectively contribute to the teaching and learning of area and perimeter, in addition to promoting the successful participation of 5th grade students in educational robotics tournaments.

The present work has as objective to investigate knowledge that needs to be mobilized in a continuous formation in geometry for teachers of the initial years of elementary school. The interest in investigating this teaching is justified, among other factors, by the importance of geometric concepts in the construction of knowledge in several areas of knowledge. The thematic approach was based on the methodology of the bibliographic research, because it allows to know in which level the scientific productions, such as articles, dissertations, books, besides official documents, on the object in question. For this, it was outlined as a guiding question of the research: What knowledge need to be mobilized in a continuing formation in geometry by teachers of the initial years of elementary school? The theoretical reference was established in Pavanello's investigations on the historical abandonment of the teaching of geometry by Imbernón on the conceptions of the continued formation of teachers and with Shulman on teacher knowledge. From this study it was possible to verify that the geometry teaching in the continuous formation of teachers of the initial years, presents / displays lapsed. Considering the insignificant number of researches developed in these aspects, thus contributing, with a high degree of teachers with deficient geometric knowledge, rooted in a fragility practice and full of gaps, from the incomprehension of these concepts to the applicability of their contents in the literacy cycle . Faced with such perception, a set of activities on geometric solids was constructed in order to contribute to the resolution of the lag of this teaching.

This paper aims to verify if a sequence of activities focusing on dynamic representations can contribute to the development of students' knowledge about Triangle Similarity. For the development of empiric we proceeded with preliminary studies consisting mainly in the search for correlated research, in addition to analysis of the teaching of similarity based on textbooks, and observance of what the official documents recommend. The theoretical framework was based on the perspective of Raymond Duval (2008) with regard to learning in geometry, and the theory of Semiotic Representation Records, to identify and analyze which mobilized records can contribute to learning similarity. In conducting the research, based on the objectives outlined, we opted for the qualitative approach, the action research type because it is presented according to the purposes and methodological conceptions appropriate to the type of study and problem. The sequence of activities was developed using GeoGebra software because we understand that this technological support enables learning conditions of geometric contents contemplating dynamic representations. As results, we found that they brought possibilities of creating experiences that made geometric knowledge happen in the evolution of a basic level of intuition and conjecture, providing conditions to develop work strategies, in an active and interactive process of discussion and argumentation. The students were able to think geometrically because of the heuristic role of software manipulation and discovery of Triangle Resemblance properties.
