Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Mídia e política na eleição de 2006: oligarquização da informação e democratização das escolhas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-04-13) MARQUES, Rodolfo Silva; MORBACH, Marise Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6548225770072744In this paper, we discuss the relation between the deconcentration about the information and the search of the voter by other means of decision in the 2006 elections in Pará, the agreement between Media and Politics. The few editorial groups in order to inform the voter, are analyzed from the perspective of what Wanderley Guilherme dos Santos in "Poliarquia in 3D," called "oligarchyzation of the information”. It concludes that the media had no role in the choice of voters in the election of 2006. They continue to influence, but without the weight of old, just from the voter's choice to seek other sources of information outside of "the media oligarchy" and democratize their vote choices.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Política online: campanha eleitoral no facebook(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-09-03) LOPES, Lucivane; MORBACH, Marise Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6548225770072744The present research aims to analyze Brazil's 2012 Election Campaign, describing the construction of "social capital" in the online social network 'Facebook'. The main goal is to analyze the importance of this vehicle as a catalyst of social capital and how these are transformed into political capital, that is, votes. In Brazil, social networks have expanded on their degree of importance for electoral campaigns, as these networks may encourage political engagement. The visibility on the web has been turned into results in the ballot boxes and/or into political capital. For this work, Netnography was used as a qualitative methodology for assessment of the hypothesis that political participation is extended with the emergence of online social networks.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O PTP e as limitações para a efetivação de políticas públicas: participação popular no governo de Ana Júlia Carepa (2007-2010)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012) AGE, Yuri Pereira Carneiro; MORBACH, Marise Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6548225770072744This paper presents the participatory management model implemented by the Ana Julia government, who was in charge of Pará state executive from 2007 to 2010. Based in analysis of this mechanism for popular participation, this paper discusses the relationship between the government and the PTP advisers, focusing on capture representative members of social organizations and movements, and also the limitations that prevented the Public Administration to implement the actions and works proposed by PTP. In spite of use the Internet to overcome the territorial barriers, absorbing the concept of e-Government to advance the decentralization of public administration, more than 60% of the popular demands have not left the paper. It is concluded that a number of factors, such as the consolidation of political culture in the structures of government, the limits of information technology and planning problems to implement the PTP and to consolidate demands imposed themselves as obstacles to the full development of this participation mechanism.
