Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Educação profissional e desenvolvimento local: a prática de formação do trabalhador no Centro Integrado de Educação do Baixo Tocantins- Cametá(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-12-01) SILVA, Silvianilza Baia da; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This thesis talks about the study of professional education in Baixo Tocantins’ Integrated Center, investigating how the practice of formation young workers supports to the development of Cametá city. In theory we discuss work, education and the development such as intrinsic characteristics essential to human, analyzing historically the contexts, ideologies, lemmas and dilemmas that relating to worker formation to social division of labor and the exigencies of qualifications under the capitalist mode of production. Configured in the public politic of professional education with the decree nº2208 / 1997 and the prospect of overcoming this trend with the revocation of this, by Decree nº5154 / 2004 proposing the implementation of the Integrated High School, desiring a new direction for the practical formation of workers, based in the work as the educational principle and the unitary school as driving forces for polytechnic training, directed to the humanizing development as expansion of freedom strategy that allows human beings, or practice that has been violated, interacting and influencing the world in which they live. In the investigative field seeks to show to what extent this form of education is implemented allowing this reversal, or not. The research qualitative character, a case study, we use the semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, as procedures allowing articulate a set of information from reality, being treated the data through content analysis. Theoretically based on Karl Marx (1988), Gramsci (1995), Pistrak (2000), Mészáros (2003), Frigotto (1999), Ciavatta (2005), Ramos (2005), Silva (2008), Santos (1988), Pochmann(2010), among other researchers that contribute to the unravel this relations and construct a new way to workers formation. Finally the research reveals a context of conflicts of interests and contradictions between the democratic processes of participation, formation and qualification of workers and local development, still prevailing dualistic formative practice, taking the market as the end of the formation of young workers and local development as a disconnected from reality these interests, in which the integrated High School, have not been consolidated with a crossing to humanistic perspective of professional education and local development at the Integrated Center of Professional Education - Cametá.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A experiência educativa da casa familiar rural de Gurupá/PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-04-23) COSTA, Ana Maria Raiol da; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9814-9089The research "The educational experience of a rural family house" ( Rural Familiar House) of Gurupá, aims to analyze the educational experience marking the potentialities and limits in its educational project from the perspective of integral human formation mediated by the Pedagogy of Alternation whose central issue is: This experience can be configured as an integrated high school experience integrated in field education? What are the contradictions of this experience in the perspective of integral human formation? We point the hypothesis that the educational experience of the field workers, based on the pedagogy of alternation, makes it possible to integrate the school, the family and the educating community. A priori is a historical experience and of social consciousness that conceives social practice as a space of learning, primordial for the project where it is the starting point and the arrival of the formative process. In this sense, this process is differentiated from traditional teaching. The methodological theoretical framework of the dialectical historical perspective balizes this research from the field research with the application of semi-structured interview and documentary survey. The literature review is a constant in the study. The results to some extent corroborate the hypothesis of research, since the educational experience is based on the education of the field man. This experience is guided by the formative pillars constituted by purposes and means anchored in the pedagogy of alternation. The PA is home experience mediated by didactic instruments Which allow the alternant to perform its formative process considering the school time and the community time in an integration between school and family and the community which allow the alternant to perform its formative process considering the school time and the community time in an integration between school and family and the community. This educational path guided by the praxis makes the experience, a singular one. It is an educational experience in the context of capital which limits the possibility of being an innovative educational process. However, we cannot deny that the educational experience of the CFR Gurupá holds possibilities of providing the formation of the field man "in ", "by" and "for" the work.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A formação de professores de português em serviço: repercussões e elementos contraditórios(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-10-22) VALENTE, Luís de Nazaré Viana; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This study aims to analyze the relationship between government policies and training/qualification/ teacher appreciation. It is essentially a qualitative study of the social type or explanatory, whose interest is to reveal the nature, the elements and the factors that determine and / or favor the occurrence of a particular phenomenon (GIL, 2008; MINAYO, 1999). From central categories of historical and dialectical materialism as: history, contradiction and full (KOSIK, 2011), we seek to understand the implications and contradictions of the national plan for teacher training of basic education (PARFOR), against the interests of capital and teacher training class in the speech of the graduates of the course themselves. The corpus is composed of documents and testimonials from graduates, generated from semi-structured interviews, targeting the first LETTERS class (major in Portuguese language), formed by the program in the municipality of Cametá- PA. The procedure of interpretation and organization of data has been adapted to more contemporary lines of the content analysis (FRANCO, 2012; BARDIN, 1977). The analyses pointed to a positive evaluation of the program by the egresses and shows that, despite some contradictory elements identified in the course curriculum, the graduates can enunciate again or recontextualise the speech of the State in a more emancipatory perspective and empowerment.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Formação inicial de professores: uma análise da experiência do Campus da UFPA de Breves/Marajó(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-06-24) SILVA, Solange Pereira da; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This Dissertation titled, '"Initial teacher education: an analysis of the experience of Campus UFPa Breves / Marajó" aims to investigate the policy of teacher education, with the research question: The initial teacher training course Pedagogy of the Federal University of Pará, from the Internalization specific Campus Briefs / Marajó establishes a connection to the reality of the subjects in training, with a view to their performance critically in the teaching profession? We start from the perspective that the analysis of teacher education requires considering the environment and current social structure. Therefore, it was based on the theoretical and methodological foundations of dialectical historical materialism to relate the singular with the social totality, seeking to understand the research object in question, in their contradictory historical determinations. The research is characterized as a case study as having locus of research at the Federal University of Pará, Campus Briefs / Marajó. To conduct the study was used documents that constitute the legal basis for the decisions that drive the formation of primary education teacher at the college level. To investigate this object, we assume as a problem the following question: young people from Colony of Artisanal Fisher Z-16 from Cametá- Pa, who made technical course on aquaculture offered by the Integrated Center of the Lower Tocantins Education (CIEBT - Cametá) and today keeps a relationship with the world's fisheries work, use the systematized knowledge and skills in such a course as training elements of fishing identity, strengthening this identity to relate this knowledge to the knowledge produced and learned in the fisheries every day? Methodologically this research was characterized as qualitative, study type of case, assuming the dialectical historical materialism as an epistemological basis and the content analysis and data assessment tool. As a result, the empirical data showed that: a) the fishing youth here investigated, to understand the fishing work as a difficult nature activity, painful and demanding, sought in the alternative course of Aquaculture others that could enable them to make the sacrifices and the hardness of this work, while so to acquire new knowledge, techniques and course practices were changing not only the work in common performed, but also their own ways to recognize, understand and identify what revealed these people b) They are no longer to be recognized as the only fisher and exclusively from the knowledge that empirically built in the daily dealing with fishing, but also from the body of knowledge, which sought and acquired the technical course of Aquaculture that today are present in their activities, modifying and transforming their work processes and, consequently, their subjectivities and identities. And it is as a result of this change of subjectivities and identities c) the course of Aquaculture, for young fishers, shown as a qualification not for the labor market, but rather for life.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Mulheres e educação: um estudo sobre o grupo de mulheres brasileiras (GMB) do Bairro do Benguí - Belém - Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-07-28) CONCEIÇÃO, Heloisa Helena Meireles Bahia; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523The paper presents the research conducted in the period 2009-2010, which aimed to study the Brazilian Women's Group (GMB), seeking to verify the performance of an executor of educational practices in addition to the institutional procedures. The overall objective was to investigate how research have been ongoing educational practices geared to the lines of action (women's health, combating violence, work and income) developed by the group, the specific objectives were to identify the factors that led women in the group to choose three courses of action to be developed; whether there has been positive or negative consequences in the neighborhood of Bengü after creating it, to know the reasons why women of the neighborhood group to integrate, analyze the educational process that involves practices of the group. Our research problem is based on the following question: In what ways are the educational practices of the health activities of women, combating violence, employment and income in developed GMB? The methodology used was predominantly qualitative approach. We conducted a field survey and documentary. We use non-participant observations and application of semi-structured interviews with a pre-established. We use a strategy called study. The time frame of the research was the period of 2008-2010, which includes the mandate of the current coordinator of the group, with completion scheduled for September 2011. The analysis revealed that the educational practices aimed at three lines of action are being developed through lectures, campaigns, public events, seminars, meetings, distribution of textbooks, courses and training workshops, counseling women victims of violence, etc.. The opinions of the interviewees were unanimous with regard "to the educational nature of the actions developed by the group." They claim that the activities aimed at training subjects, training for the labor market, enabling people to understand their rights and duties in society, workshops and courses to help generate jobs and income, etc.. The lack of financial resources is an issue also mentioned by all interviewees, as reported in need of financial support to carry out the actions, the group raises funds through the development of projects that are sent to various institutions, and that when a project is approved, the money is spent on offering courses, workshops, campaigns, among others. It should be noted that in addition to positive action in the fight against prejudice imposed on women, the GMB acts to compensate the development of policies that the state does not hold account. Thus, the educational process is embodied in everyday courses and workshops, but primarily in the development of everyday cultural practices, social and political.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) No espelho do rio o que reflete e o que “SOME”? : O Sistema de Organização Modular de Ensino (SOME) na ótica de jovens egressos no município de Breves – Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-03-14) RODRIGUES, João Marcelino Pantoja; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This paper analyzes, through perceptions of high school graduates, the contributions and limitations of Modular Teaching Organization System (MTOS) in educational training of youth in rural areas of the municipality of Breves - Para, in regards to the needs and expectations of its young population. The research, anchored on a qualitative basis, had the locus on Mainardi village, a pioneer community in accepting MTOS in the region. As the primary data collection semi-structured interviews were used and data was treated in the light of the thematic content analysis. The results that came from the field research were faced with the contribution raised in discussions around the central theoretical axis of research, namely: Modular Teaching Organization System, High School, Youth (and, in particular, rural youth) and Rural Education. The epistemological reference for the research was sought in the assumptions of historical and dialectical materialism, especially the categories of contradiction, totality and historicity of believing that such references allow an analysis which exceeds the mere descriptive statement of the facts and into the web of relationships that make the object of study manifest in a certain way, within the historic conditionalities in which it creates its essence. Thus, the developments of the investigative effort carried out with this design pointed central limitations of MTOS, among them: the failure of the school calendar; the difficulty of ensuring the permanence of the student in high school; the feeling of exclusion triggered by factors relating to, for example, the infrastructural weaknesses and the organization of the system; the inadequacy of the system with regards to the reality of the rural youth; the inadequacy of the educational and administrative monitoring. These limitations reveal that MTOS plays the dualism that historically is within high school, when transplanting piecemeal to the country a city model of teaching, without seeking to address the specificities of the local and the public to whom it is intended, featuring a lack of its own pedagogical identity. On the other hand, while showing the mismatch of a MTOS-ian experience regarding training needs and expectations of rural youth on the high school, the contradictions of reality studied brought about elements that pointed to the necessity of the important MTOS contribution as the only viable alternative access to secondary education for a large portion of this audience, revealing an inclusive dimension of the system even in the midst of the fragility with which it is implemented, which is evidenced, for example, with the ever increasing admission in higher education, of the youth from the modular system of education, opening to them new perspectives of education and social inclusion, that without MTOS would hardly be able to come about.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A política educacional no município de Abaetetuba (PA) no período de 2005 a 2008: realidade e limites(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-07-03) FERRANTI, Adelino; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This study focuses on the educational policy of the municipality Abaetetuba / PA in the period 2005-2008: Reality and Limits, assuming the need for its overhaul, considering your clutter and outdated, not responding to the needs of the municipality. The study results show that the reformulation education in the municipality positive and gradually happened and that she is being followed by the government and which was later incorporated into the Municipal Education Plan completed in 2012. It also showed that there were many conflicts before the limitations of the city, still very much in need of financial and human resources to meet the demands suppressed, making the people cry out for solutions. The study also showed the many obstacles to be overcome gradually in a town that holds the 7th largest state population (141,054 inhabitants), of which 34,733 are students of municipal schools. We start from the hypothesis of the educational practices developed in the PARFOR Pedagogy course, campus Araguaína, have been carried out in a way that is disconnected from the reality of the students, as well as from pedagogical mechanisms and attitudes that makes learning difficult at times of formation. The qualitative research was based on the Case Study, using bibliographical review, documentary analysis and empirical research. To obtain the data we used as collection techniques and the semi-structured interview. Based on the data obtained, we organized our analyzes in five categories that identify the educational practices in the PARFOR Pedagogy Course in Araguaína, nominated: affection; relationship between knowledge; teaching methodologies, teacher/student relationship, training as a political act. From these, we have identified that the educational practices carried out by some of the teachers who form the PARFOR Pedagogy Course in the Campus of Araguaína have not favored the process of the academic formation of the students, considering a set of factors, both of a macrostructural and related the logic of organization and materialization of PARFOR teachers education policy, as well as microstructural factors, related to the development of educational practices that do not add the knowledge and experiences of these workers to the academic/scientific knowledge to contribute to the construction of a wide and humane education, capable of favoring the quality of Brazilian public basic education, as provided in the official document of the plan. The analyzes also showed that the quality of training of PARFOR teaching staff can not be attributed only to the teaching practices of teacher’s trainers, since other macrostructural factors interfere directly in the development of the same.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Práticas formativas nas unidades móveis do SENAC: repercussões à educação profissional na Amazônia Paraense(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-05-18) SILVA, Érbio dos Santos; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523Since its emergence in the Brazilian Professional Education represented a significant and strategic role in maintaining and strengthening project of the ruling class. It has historical and political dimension, which settled directly with the design of economic development, leaving aside the social development to which the Brazilian government, from the 30s, has been implementing this type of education, strategic, convenient the ruling political power. Thus, this paper discusses the historical background dialectically mobile unit of the National Service of Commercial Education (UM/SENAC), a parallel critical front of the sociopolitical contextuality Brazilian governments since the 1940s. The methodological research transcended a descriptive condition to take a discourse-analytic perspective, in its development by adopting a qualitative approach, basing their discussions on literature review of concepts, ideas and arguments central to education and work, correlating them with the reality and potencionalizando them through the Documentary Research (Ludwig, 2009), to reveal the performance of UM in the Amazon region, which allowed to discuss the relations between the SENAC, social organizations, enterprises and government. André (2005, p. 16), in turn, helped us set the interview and analysis of documents, among other tools of qualitative research for her guidance, technical resources as the main study, asserting that their use is fundamental to understanding of an investigation. When considering important these techniques has different ways of generating and collecting data to characterize the object of research and materialization of the results. For this, we also reviewed the reports of institutional DR/AP, from the annual production (2003-2008) and national meetings of the mobile units (developments since 1973 every 10 years), complemented by field research by interviewing three members of the management of the SENAC/PA. This allowed to identify and analyze the contradictions and dialectic present in the performance of UM and understand the roots that led to the institutional philosophy of SENAC to then explain what its strategic role in the Amazon region, especially the DR/PA. They discussed the strategic plans of SENAC and relevance of its mission on providing professional education in the Amazon in Pará, generating a debate about the intentions of this institution, from the relations with the ruling power and the demands for changes in the legal provision, responding to a new perspective on professional education implemented by the MEC. From this perspective, the discussions presented close, but the debate does not end because the current model of society produces an education professional with strong traces of design pragmatist, today more strongly linked to the paradigm of flexibility that seeks to build a new philosophical references still not very clear.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A práxis dos trabalhadores da Cooperativa Agrícola Resistência Tocantina em Cametá/PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-04-12) ALFAIA, Fred Junior Costa; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This present work had the objective the study of the theory and practice of workers agricultural cooperative resistance “Tocantina”/ CART. Thus sought answer the follows questions. How to engineer with the real reality as a dialectical element ,in other words, how the reality maked for the workers forge the theory and practice of this workers? that form the objective engeneered is relationed with the structure economic, political and ideological? And with this relation reflects with the theory and practice of this worker organized in the CART? With this sought to explain the dynamic of the social formation, using the comprehension of category of the theory and practice. The methodology was made with the bibliographic revision, interview semi structured and method of analysis of materialism historical dialectical. That form the research met the follow conclusions: the theory and practice of the workers, the inside of the cooperative forge with the real conditions of life in the comunity, the nature economic, politic, technical and cientical; The outside interests (the capital) are materialized in CART by conditioning training undertaken by ONGs, which provide training restricted to the production process (technical and commercial) is also conditioning the CART's annual plan that meets the requirements of partner commercial (quality and quantity and type of product that will provide). This contributes to the development and reproduction of utilitarian praxis which is characterized by not giving the man the understanding of things and reality. However, the utilitarian praxis the historical path produces objectively its contradiction. This is because it is not simply as a practical knowledge, but is supported by its concrete realization, this in turn becomes an element of economic relations and giving opportunities to the worker members / associate a "new" dialectical movement that will enable the activity cognitive subject's apprehension of contradiction from this reality, which may reflect the quality of development, although the ideal plan, teleological activity which is characterized by the practical requirement. This process is known as the dialectic of praxis.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Programa Ensino Médio Inovador (ProEMI): análise a partir do conceito de inovação e integração curricular(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-02-28) CRUZ, Maria Simone Ribeiro da Silva; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523The study in question brings in its content an analysis of the Innovative Higher Education Program (ProEMI) from the concept of innovation and curricular integration, proposing to answer the following research question: What is the nature and purposes of the Innovative Higher Education Program presented in their guidance documents, especially in relation to innovation and curricular integration? In this direction, we aim to analyze the nature, context and objectives of the Innovative Higher Education Program in the light of the concept of innovation and curricular integration. It is a documentary research, preceded by a bibliographical revision, based on the perspective of historical-dialectical materialism. In it, we mainly used the ProEMI guidance documents (2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017), which allowed us to print a current and referended reflection on the object of study. The results of the research indicate that although ProEMI presents potentialities and weaknesses in the context of public educational policies, its theoretical and methodological structure brings important contributions to the construction of a high school curriculum that is based on curricular integration, according to the perspectives of young people. However, the study of the documents also indicates that the Program has adapted to the changes from the High School Reform, which could promote important changes in the objectives and objectives of the program for schools.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A relação trabalho e educação no contexto dos acordos de pesca em Cametá/PA: uma alternativa econômica ou uma prática de resistência?(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-06-28) BARRA, José Domingos Fernandes; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523From the relationship between Labor Education established within a community of fishermen in the município of Cametá, are analyzed fisheries agreements, while strategic ways to manage fish stocks in rivers and gifts for daily routine these workers. Initially seeking his own recognition, then recognition as category, while social class, subjects studied fishermen are in the process of setting up either in their struggle inserted individually or in social movements. We aim thus to grasp the importance of his work and how it is steeped in their knowledge and in their economic and/or organizational practices. Similarly, starting from conceptions to describe logical community that are around ways to access and perform maintenance and management of its spaces, which we want to understand the fundamentals that enable shared use of fishery resources.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Saberes do trabalho na carpintaria naval artesanal no distrito de Carapajó – município de Cametá-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-06-25) PANTOJA, Pedro Ladinilson do Rosário; RODRIGUES, Doriedson do Socorro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1127076028303549; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This paper investigates the issue of working knowledge within the productive activity of small-scale shipbuilding in the town of Carapajó, Cametá, Pará State, based on a study of the ethical, political, technical, pedagogical and organizational, related to the construction of the Plant hydroelectric Tucuruí, Pará. The main hypothesis of this work is that the dynamics of organization of knowledge work is characterized as an ongoing process of construction and reconstruction of social knowledge, which are articulated in turn, with the professional experiences gained through work. In its theoretical basis, this research makes use of historical and dialectical materialism and takes the contradiction, denial of denial and alienation as categories of analysis in social relations as well as historical, which produce the existence of the craftsmen of shipbuilding. Through this study, it was found the existence of technical knowledge, typological order in terms of vessel, based on the economic and social needs of the region, and also identified a set of political knowledge, of constative character, concerning the existence of a job reduction process and a class consciousness itself, which recognizes the suffering at work. However, there is no action on organizing workers in terms of counter-hegemony, due to lack of class consciousness among these workers. To that end, it was understood that there is still a knowledge of identity transformation among craftsmen, and it is driven much more by capitalism than by the political organization of these workers. Soon, the pedagogical knowledge that result from production-training process, as an educational principle, are also built knowledge about the organization of work, which shows an integral formation of the subject for professional practice.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O sentido da escola para os jovens do ensino médio: um estudo na Escola Enedina Sampaio Melo(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-05-31) COSTA, Crisolita Gonçalves dos Santos; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This thesis talks about the relationship between youth and high school, and started from the premise of understanding how this relationship has been established for the youngsters of the secondary school of Igarapé-Miri, and thus the purpose was to analyze the relationship between youth and high school through the meanings that young people attribute to school and its educational processes. Methodologically this research was structured in a field study and had as a locus "Escola Estadual de Ensino Médio Enedina Sampaio Melo", localized in Igarapé-Miri county, Pará. For data collection, questionnaires and non-directive interviews were used, as well as observation of the researched space and its pedagogical relationships, treating the subjects' speech by means of discourse analysis. The research's theoretical contribution was materialized by Marx and Engels (2006, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2012), as well as Kosik (2011) and Konder (2008), Frigotto (2003, 2009, 2010), Nosella (2011) Kuenzer (2000), Ciavatta (2005), Sposito (2005) Carrano (2010) Manacorda (2008), Dayrell (1996, 2003, 2007, 2009), Moura (2013) Abramo (2005), Arroyo (2014), the analysis showed that the particularityof the experience of youth life in the municipality of Igarapé-Miri allows them to attribute to school the meaning of formation, learning and good-fellowship that are constructed as a dialectical movement mediated by educational processes experienced. The youth's speech unveils the comprehension that it is through school that they'll receive the necessary training for both life in society and work or entry into higher education, reassuring the school's role of ensuring broad formation, namely the integral constitution of students and their preparation for higher education contrasting with their desire to "graduate" to immediate work as a condition to help family income composition. This research also points that youth has a positive view of school, even with all the ills of capitalist society, they want and need to be in school, for it's through school that students from working social class may have access to culture, accumulated learning, scientific and technological knowledge that will enable them to understand the production relationships of the society in which they live in, as well as ensure the establishment of new relations. It is concluded that the relationship between youth and high school, in the studied school, reveals itself as a dialectical relationship, mediated by the educative processes experienced in this space, therefore school is formation, learning and good-fellowship, which shows itself in a motion of permanent transformation that can present itself to young people, in capitalist society and due to its social class condition, as the only one capable of assuring the experience of formation, learning and good-fellowship which they desire.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Sistema punitivo e justiça restaurativa: os reflexos na escolarização e profissionalização na socioeducação(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-05-26) FREITAS, Riane Conceição Ferreira; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This research aims to study the schooling and the professionalization in the socio-educational area. Its general objective is the analyze of how the schooling and the professionalization happens with socio-educators in Para State, in order to understand the implications of the traditional punitive system and Restorative Justice in socio-education. The thesis that guided the research is that schooling and professionalization in both the punitive system and restorative justice are in favor of capital as a form of social control and serve to discipline, educate and "mold" the socio-educators in the processes of social reinsertion. The procedures sought to understand how legislation aimed at socio-education directs the period of fulfillment of the socio-educational measure to a type of schooling and professionalization, where the work, within the capitalist logic, appears as the best and / or the only alternative to the infraction of the law. Based on the studies of Marx (2008, 2009, 2011); Engels (2008, 2010); Mészáros (1987, 2002, 2003, 2008 ); Poulatnzas (1980); Araújo (2008, 2011), Araújo e Rodrigues (2009, 2010, 2013, 2014), Frigotto (2003; 2006; 2007; 2009); Saviani (2006; 2008; 2009, 2014, 2016); Silva (2005;2006); Wacquant (2002, 2015); Melossi e Pavarini (2010); Rosenblatt (2014; 2014a; 2014b) besides others, this reference had allowed the dialogue with empirical and documentary data based on the Dialectical and Historical Materialism method of studying, in the conception that the investigative processes are articulated for a qualitative analysis of understanding of the social phenomenon, in its historicity and totality. The research locus was the Socio-Educational Foundation of Pará - Fasepa, in the Metropolitan Region of Belém/ PA, with observation in the 3rd Childhood and Youth Court of Belém. The participant observation was adopted; the semi-structured interview; The questionnaire application; as well as the Data found on the websites of the institutions surveyed. The results revealed that Restorative Justice is sometimes referred to as a paradigm, sometimes as a methodology for resolving conflicts used in criminal and non-criminal matters, especially in the care of young people in conflict with the law. One of its main characteristics is the association of the community (civil society) as a partner of both the judiciary and the intuitions responsible for the implementation of socio-educational measures of deprivation of liberty (Semi privacy and Internment). It was concluded that young people, in compliance with socio-educational measures, mostly from the working class, have an inverted inclusion in the processes of resocialization through schooling and professionalization. The State only develops inclusion actions after infractions being committed, which means, the inclusion of these young people in the socio-education, associated with inclusion in the world of work, fulfills the purpose of disciplining (punitive character) and control of the work forces, aiming at the Capitalist production. However, the use of restorative techniques, despite the methodological form adopted, which reproduces the logic of capital, especially when it tries to "frame" the young people in compliance with socio-educational measures to the rules of conduct, "(re) adapting them" to social interaction, can be a useful tool for professionals of the justice system for a more humanized service.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Trabalho e educação: o papel da Escola de Aplicação da Universidade Federal do Pará como certificadora da qualificação profissional na Amazônia Paraense(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-11-08) CANALI, Heloisa Helena Barbosa; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This work is the result of an investigation into the role of Application School of Federal University of Pará- basic teaching school – in young and adult workers‟s Certification of Professional Qualification in Amazon of Pará. It was done in a regime of partnership with social and trade union movements, from the perspective of an integral education. Two experiences were emphasized in the investigation: The Integration Program and the Integrate Project developed by Central Única dos Trabalhadores (CUT), and the Teachers‟s Formation Project, Teaching – High School - of the Programa Nacional de Educação na Reforma Agrária (Pronera). The work was constituted by bibliographical and documental investigation and it follows the qualitative investigation path from the perspective of the dialetical historical materialism based on the studies of Frigotto (1995, 2005), Machado (1991), Manfredi (1998, 2005), Ramos, (2001, 2009), Araujo (2001), Kuenzer (1998, 2007), Fidalgo, (1999, 2003), among others researchers in the Work and Education Line. The methodological route began with a bibliografical revision, followed by the analyses of the documents filed in the Aplication School and informal conversations with the school teachers. We concluded that the Aplication School contributes to these workers‟s professional qualification focused on people‟s humanization and not on the capital, even though it does not have consciense of these results and it can and should foster experiences in compromised qualification perspective with the amazon workers‟s omnilaterality.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) As transformações no mundo do trabalho e as implicações na formação dos pescadores artesanais na Amazônia tocantina(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-02-28) BARRA, José Domingos Fernandes; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This thesis examines the transformations of the world of work and its implications for the training of artisanal fishermen in the municipality of Cametá, on the banks of the Tocantins River in the state of Pará. It is a work that shows the changes that have changed the life of the fisherman. The reconfiguration of their life dynamics and the strategies adopted for these fishermen to form, faced with the demands of the contemporary world, from the various forms of interaction that are established in the work in relation to the river. This is a qualitative research that uses the case study. To carry out this research, a bibliographic survey was carried out on the ground in the bordering communities of the Amazon tocantina, in particular in the communities of Rio Ovidio and Joroca de baixo, in the municipality of Cametá, where interviews were conducted. semi-structured questionnaires and participant observation. We process informant statements via content analysis. Among the categories of work, training and qualification, we seek the theoretical orientation of research in Marx (2008), Gramsci (1987, 1988, 2006), Antunes (2003, 2006, 2009, 2013), Diegues (2015), Marx and Engels (2006, 2007), among others. The analyzes led to investigations of what is expected of working in a peripheral territory, in a peripheral Amazonia. It was also important to realize that in this world of work, artisanal fishermen are “framed” in a unilateral perspective, based on the logic of global capitalism, where rural territories are invisible in the field of artisanal fisheries. On the other hand, it is possible to highlight the resistance, the forms that these fishermen have sought to confront in the world of work, since the human formation in the Christian communities and the Prelature of Cametá and, consecutively, in the logic social movements, referring to the Cametá Z-16 fishing colony, which has influenced the constitutive process or the production of knowledge or forms of participation and has, through a dialectical process, redefined their knowledge by adapting social practices and economic. There have been changes in the world of work that have resulted in the process of establishing the artisanal fisherman, because the world of work is in contradiction with the changes made to the fishing territories, while giving access to the necessary consumer goods, lifestyle with quality; combined with this, conviviality with environmental problems, intensified by the practice of work, by the cultural actions coming from the capital, generated conflicts, migrations and a proletarianization of the fishermanItem Acesso aberto (Open Access) Universidade território indígena: política de acesso e permanência para estudantes indígenas na UFPA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-10-31) FERREIRA, Darlene Branches; MAGALHÂES, Benedita Alcidema Coelho dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7484794171047694; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7536-5184; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9814-9089
