Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Agricultura familiar: o processo de formação para sustentabilidade na comunidade de Marupaúba município de Tomé-Açu-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-06-29) BARROS, Maria Theodora Paiva de; VENTURINI, Ariberto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3618227053138236The present study constitutes itself in a reflection about the formation of familiar reverine farmers and the sustainability, from of a process introduced by city hall of Tomé-Açu/PA in the community of Marupaúba, in the municipal government realized between the years 2000 to 2008.It has like objective analyze how the education planned and realized by public policies and of government for familiar farmers, it change their way of produce translating in economic and social sustainability for this family. For this it was reviewed thoroughly the history of agriculture in Brazil; the establishment of agricultural policy, since the colonization until nowadays and how part of it, the technical assistance used by state as strategy of formation for farmer and still, the process implemented by city hall in the community and what its contribution for sustainability of the families attended .It was used method of bibliographic research ,documentary and field. In the research of field, it was realized interviews semi-structured with 20°/ of the members of the neighborhood association .It was analyzed the qualitative and quantitative data, seeking to understand that knowledge, abilities and attitudes was acquired throughout the process. As result was obtained that the sustainability expected wasn’t achieved. The reordering of capital sought to transform their lifestyle, but, like the Cabanos , the familiar farmers of the community of Marupaúba resist to power of big capital and keep their culture with millennial production practices.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Educação e emancipação: leituras da experiência do alfa-cidadã na Transamazônica(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2006-08-01) MONT'ALVERNE, Clara Roseane da Silva Azevedo; VENTURINI, Ariberto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3618227053138236This dissertation reports a study of illiteracy rate that, still today, reaches a significant parto f Brazilian people, especially, the poorer ones who live in the country. Therefore, it intends to discuss the ways in which the Federal University of Para (UFPA) with Projeto Alfabetização Cidadã na Transamazônica (PACT), an instrument of public policy based on education in the country, contribute, in which ways and measure, to policy emancipation and overcoming of illiteracy rate in the country of the west region of Pará. The methodology underlying this study is based on a bibliographical and documentary research from PACT project that, according to PRONERA, congregated professor and researchers of different fields, in its majority, to the Federal University of Pará. The data analysis results tend to show that, facing several obstacles for reaching its intentions, PACT comes reaching good part of the established objectives. However, it is necessary to attempt against for the conditions that prevent the educative action of the project since its success coincides with the people who are able to read and write by way of this action.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O modo de viver como um instrumento de resistência do saber popular dos moradores da ilha do Combu, Belém-Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-06-29) BATISTA, Sônia Socorro Miranda; VENTURINI, Ariberto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3618227053138236In this study the aim was to reach the way of living as an element of resistance of the popular knowledge in Combu island – Belém-Pará. It is an island that is 1,5 km far away from Belém and is around 15 km long, with approximately 95% of its surface covered with lowland forest of secondary type. Previously it belonged to the town jurisdiction of Acará town, and from 1996, to the city of Belém. This local presents peculiar feature of a rural, considering that its was remained on site throughout peculiarity. This reality expresses rareness of the way of living in the island and features the people who live near the river and live around the vegetation, full of peace, noiseless, no pollution, different from the city life. This means peace to the residents in so far as that it is of a relation based on respect and protection among the neighborhood, observed in the habits and morals they have. Besides the freedom to talk, in the biggest cities. Being so, all this learning , demonstrated in the Combu island residents reports that said they learned besides the home-made medicine, other knowledge like know to make “peconha” (twisted leaves of the palm tree used to climb up it called “peconha”) , “tupé” (a type of wake made of straw used to dry cocoa seeds ), work , respect people, reach new knowledge to live an honest life , prepare food , sow, fish, swim in the river , catch “açaí”, thow “tarrafa” (a kind of net used to catch fish), these are all important to take continuity to education from a generation of riparian culture.
