Thus, the theoretical framework used to undertake the analysis includes some authors / the educational area, as well as attempts to link them to the discussion with some concepts developed by Foucault on liberalism, governmentality, power knowledge, subjectivity and education. Education, in this perspective becomes one governamentality apparatus that builds speeches and visibilities that subjectify subjects in different ways. In Brazil, the liberal education combined with the desire to modernize bodies and another company, engendering forms of government to operate on the social spheres, cultural, political, ethical and economically in the lives and bodies.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Governamentalidades neoliberais e dispositivos de segurança(2015-08) LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; BICALHO, Pedro Paulo Gastalho de; ALVAREZ, Marcos César; BRÍCIO, Vilma Nonato deThis article aims at a theoretical debate through the analysis of Michel Foucault and Robert Castel, among others, about the security mechanisms and strategies of neoliberal governmentality in contemporary society. Foucault's courses In defense of society, Security, territory and population and The Birth of Biopolitics have opened a relevant discussion about the racism of state and society, its paradoxes in democracies, and effects on the emergence of North America and Germany's neoliberalism after World War II, which was broadcast to other countries, especially in the nineties of the twentieth century, with each country's specificities, but with connection points that allow us to draw a diagram of how society security operates for the conduct of government tactics, also called governmentality by Foucault.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) O mundo cor de rosa: as representações de gêneros nas propagandas da Hello Kitty(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-06) CAMÕES, Luciane de Sena; BRÍCIO, Vilma Nonato deThis article is a part of the research themed “The pink world: the gender representation in the Hello Kitty’s propagandas” which had the main objective problematize, specifically the “Hello Kitty Scholl”, as a trademark to little girls. The analyses of the propaganda showed that the children representation oscillate between the consume of the products and the transmission of pattern considered proper to girl, which emphasizes the erotization of the body, because they evidenciate attributes considered feminine, like the preoccupation with the beauty, with the body, with the clothes, of being updated with last fashion tendencies, which is reinforced by the presence of the pink color marking the sentimentalism and the emotions of the girls. The media by its predomination in social and cultural fields needs to be debated in a way the adult and children reflect about their childhood and gender meanings in its transmitted.Tese Acesso aberto (Open Access) Práticas de governamentalidade da sexualidade no Programa Vale Juventude(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-05-31) BRÍCIO, Vilma Nonato de; GALINDO, Dolores Cristina Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6781116835399339; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This research emerged from the concern with the establishment of the sexuality device as a strategic element of the youth government in contemporary society and its relationship to various tactics of partnerships between the public and private diagrammed in the Programme Valley Youth (JVP), which is as one of the shares of Vale Foundation, linked to the company Vale. Vale is one of the largest mining companies in the world, a private company, publicly traded, based in Brazil and present in about 30 countries around the world and keeps the Vale Foundation, a corporate foundation, which operates in the economic, environmental and social instability in the regions where Vale operates. Vale Foundation developed the Vale Youth Program in 2007-2012. The research object is limited in the production of youth sexuality governmentality in the Valley Youth Program curriculum (JVP), seeking to question: How does the production of youth sexuality governmentality in the Valley Youth Program curriculum (JVP)? An outcome of this issue, three guiding questions were elaborated: What are the historical conditions of emergence of the Company Vale and Vale Foundation as a "social worker" facing the youth? In that time the youth is presented as "problem" and target of interest / regulation of the JVP? What is the game of capture / disjunctions of sexuality device in PVJ curriculum and own youth permeated the relations know-power-subjectivity? As theoretical and methodological support were used some concepts of Michel Foucault to operationalize the analytical proposal, such as genealogy, power relations, governmentality, sexuality device Foucault (2004, 2005, 2006) and other authors as Candiotto (2010), Gadelha (2009), Fonseca (2003), and Bay (2007), Altman (2006). To circumscribe the object we use the theoretical contributions on education and curriculum: Silva (2006), Veiga-Neto (2003), Larrosa (1994), Popkewitz (1994); on youth: Batista (2012), Scheinvar and Lamb (2006), Abramovay (2004) and on history and documentary research, O'brien (1995), Le Goff (1996), Veyne (1998), Rago (1995). The main documents analyzed are the materials (books of texts and books) built by Vale Foundation and Alliance Institute for use by Vale Youth Program in training young people in terms of sexuality issues. From the analytical documents the thesis proposed in this study is that the Foundation as a tentacle of the Company Vale operates as a "social agent" focused on youth, as a "problem", turning it into governamentalidades target and regulations through the Program Vale Youth. This effectively acts in a game of catch and seditions of youth sexuality device constituted by relations know-power-subjectivity in which there is a government of conduct visualized as a "social business" in Pará Amazon at this time.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) O UNICEF no Brasil e as práticas vizinhas na atualidade(2015-09) LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; COSTA, Jorge Moraes; BRÍCIO, Vilma Nonato de; CRUZ, Franco Farias daThis article aims to think, analyze and describe the practices of the United Nations Fund for Children, in relation to other interventions on the fields of knowledge and power, aimed at children and adolescents in Brazil.
