Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) À La recherche d'une écoute. La clinique psychanalytique dans la banlieue de la citoyenneté(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-06) VILHENA, Junia de; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; NOVAES, Joana de Vilhena; BITTENCOURT, Maria Inês Garcia de FreitasIn this article we discuss psychoanalytical clinical work with patients from the poor class, focusing on the difficulties and deadlocks that come up when one treats patients who show subjective organizations that are very different from those originally described in psychoanalytic theory. Assuming that Ferenczi's notion of confusion of languages could be useful for thinking about problems that arise from the coexistence of different patterns of social relationships in highly excluding societies, we emphasize different dimensions of psychic suffering, with special focus on the psycho-social dimension.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O caminho trilhado por usuários de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial do Estado do Pará: construindo itinerários na busca do cuidado(Centro Universitário Presidente Antonio Carlos, 2017-06) CARDOSO, Márcia Roberta de Oliveira; OLIVEIRA, Paulo de Tarso Ribeiro de; PIANI, Pedro Paulo Freire; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide GuedesThis paper aimed to know and understand the paths taken by users of a Psychosocial Care Centre of Pará state. The article is based largely on Freud's concept of violence. Considering that the "environmental mother" is anchored in culture, we discuss the place given to these young people in our society.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Sexualidade e ideal de feminilidade: contribuições para o debate(Círculo Brasileiro de Psicanálise, 2018-06) MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; VIEIRA, Milla Maria de Carvalho Dias; CECCARELLI, Paulo RobertoIn this article we investigate the relationship between the ideal of femininity, female sexuality and women infection by HIV. Sociocultural ideals are responsible for defining what it is to be feminine and masculine in our culture, conceivingnormality patterns that constitute subjectivity. In the eighteenth century a new femininity modelhas emerged, still in force, whose main author was Jean Jacques Rousseau. In this ideal, women should be passive to men’s desires and needs, would be destined to a single social place - the home - and motherhood, not being able to perform other social functions. In this paper we analyze the problem of HIV infection in women, using the testimony of one of the documentary “Positives” participants. It is necessary to demonstrate the hypothesis that women identified to the mentioned ideal of femininity can not negotiate with their partner the use of the condom in sexual relations, since while submissive to the other person’s desire, they do not place themselves as subjects of their own’s.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Situação de crise psíquica e desejo de saber(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-03) DIAS, Helena Maria Melo; CECCARELLI, Paulo Roberto; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide GuedesThis paper is the result of a post-doctoral research. It debates the notion of psychic crisis according to Pierre Fédida. The authors discuss the case of a hospitalized HIV/AIDS patient, in which the countertransference effects of psychotherapy suggest the critical processes of the psychic crisis situation and the desire to “know about oneself”. The analytical process enabled the patient to do so. The paper considers that the notion of psychic crisis contributes to research concerning psychoanalytic psychotherapy in the hospital.
