In this work we analyze the realisation of a Project of Place Development in the occupation urban of the Riacho Doce through the space lived by opposition the space conceive, that is, to reveal the conception e the experience making, specially, the participation manegement, that showing the new standard of urban politics introduce in document final is inplant in area the intervention, during the period 2001-2004. It deals with a concrete attempt in returning to the Marx dialectic, but without the dogmatism an the characteristic oppressions concerning other mateiralist interpretations. However, the present time of this is the reflection inherent to the amazon urbanian space and assignment with sociospatial presented in Belém day-to-day allows exercise of the validity acknowledgment of such thought along with apprehension of the city complexity, as well as suggesting new planning and mamagement possibilities.

Gestão de recursos naturais na Amazônia: a reseva extrativista mãe grande de Curuça-PA

The perspective of the development sustainable appears the inclusion possibility of those that historically were á margin of the plans implanted in the Amazon. In that context, the management of the natural resources in the area i being delineated starting from the creation of several models of Units of Conservation, purpose in the Reserve Extractiviste an innovative instrument of warranty of constitutional rights on the environment. With base in those presuppositions, the field research was accomplished in the Reserve Extractiviste Marine Mãe Grande of Curuçá-PA, starting from semi-structured interviews and the direct observation. Whose objective was to analyze the particularities of an experience of development sustainable maid starting from the mobilization and communities’ fight that still survive of the extrativistes and of the handmade fishing in opposition the logic capitalist of economical growth and of modernization of the space.

O plano de desenvolvimento local no Tucunduba: uma experiência de gestão urbana reformista na Amazônia

This work examines the Local Development Plan (LDP) for the urban occupation of "Riacho Doce" (2001-2004), in the Tucunduba basin, in the city of Belém, based on the document conception, the perceptions of the technical team, and the experiences of the dwellers. It analyzes references and discussions regarding a new project for the city re-democratization, based on the ideals of Urban Reform. The work is, therefore, an attempt to reexamine the social space theory through the contextualization of urban planning in the Amazon region, at pace with social and spatial contradictions in urban policies for the city of Belém. It is an exercise of recognition and acknowledgement of the city complexities, as well as a proposal for new possibilities of urban management.
