Tese Acesso aberto (Open Access) As relações intergovernamentais e as políticas educacionais(Universidade Estadual de Campinas, 2000-09-25) LIMA, Rosângela Novaes; GOUVÊA, Gilda Figueiredo Portugal; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9520179377249618The thesis has for objective to analyze the profile of state intervention of Brazil, Para and Belem in the period among 1978 to 1998. The focus is the three analytic axes of the financing pattern, administration and quality of the national, state and municipal politics. It travels the study to the apprehension of the inter-government relationships of the three spheres of power. To understand the manifestations, the perceptions, the conceptions and the historicity of the researched object, the data are built starting Rom three sources: official documents of the institutions (federal, state and municipal), individual semi-structured interviews produced starting from the documental analysis and the theoretical production on the thematic researched.
