Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) À La recherche d'une écoute. La clinique psychanalytique dans la banlieue de la citoyenneté(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-06) VILHENA, Junia de; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; NOVAES, Joana de Vilhena; BITTENCOURT, Maria Inês Garcia de FreitasIn this article we discuss psychoanalytical clinical work with patients from the poor class, focusing on the difficulties and deadlocks that come up when one treats patients who show subjective organizations that are very different from those originally described in psychoanalytic theory. Assuming that Ferenczi's notion of confusion of languages could be useful for thinking about problems that arise from the coexistence of different patterns of social relationships in highly excluding societies, we emphasize different dimensions of psychic suffering, with special focus on the psycho-social dimension.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise de documentos que compõem as noções acerca das práticas de "exploração de trabalhadores rurais": um estudo genealógico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) GOMES, Geise do Socorro Lima; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This paper presents a foucauldian genealogical analysis concerned discursive practices of power directed at workers, especially in rural areas, which constitute the object of "slave labor". We started from the different nomenclatures that are used to describe the practices of exploitation of workers in Brazil, to give visibility to the different fields struggle which materialize in objectification and subsequent subjectivity of these workers. We hypothesized that there is in this power-knowledge game disputes involving government control practices and biopolitical mechanisms operated by various segments that are called upon to arbitrate about people lives through the scope of work. Each nomenclature, thus, would occupy a strategic position in order to "defend", "represent" the field of knowledge which speaks about. These disputes culminate in the production of documents, some of whom were chosen to be analyzed in this work dissertational. These are documents of national and international level, so that these practices were problematized in two levels, as they realize they both interpolate and sometimes they are rivaled each other in creating strategies and tactics conducted for the care and management of workers. Thus, it was found, throughout cut series of documents over, that grows a demand for application of punishment of those found guilty of carrying out exploitative practices, and among others approached series, there is an extension of a tutelary complex, which begins to be encouraged to control and surveillance of workers, encouraged by international organizations like the International Labour Organization, and other movements and civil society groups, which help in producing public politics that often end up functioning as a form of control risks that possibly these workers are subordinate, using statistics to justify their interventions. Take notice, therefore, that a paradox of biopower pass over these practices, placing them in a field of management and control of life, where we ask ourselves: indeed are the human rights and dignity of these people taken into account or only occupy a place within the field of possible events to be controlled by practices of governmentality? We conclude by trying to articulate these issues to the production of names used to describe the practices of exploitation of workers by placing them in government strategies of the population.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise dos documentos utilizados na descredencialização das famílias de crianças em acolhimento institucional(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-03-14) NOBRE, Áurea Gianna de Sousa Azevedo; PEDROSO, Janari da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4096274367867186The present research aimed to examine ways in which families of children in shelters were evaluated for addition to the shelter as protective measure, it is also necessary to make the process of removal of family power, from the contents found in the documents (medical records) produced on children and their families. This discourse echoes between the systems of protection and child care, justifying the sheltering and removal of family power, which is frequently regarded as “family dysfunction” is nothing more than poverty. In this sense, the present work problematized the decredentialization of the families, who in turn, resulted in divesting of family power, since Brazilian legislation itself recognizes the family as the ideal place for the development of the child. For this work development, the research was classified, by its nature, as qualitative. Data were analyzed through content analysis of Bardian (1979), understood as a set of search technique whose goal is the search for meaning or meanings of a document. The method of content analysis is guided by two boundaries: on one side of the border, linguistic and traditional territory, and in the other, interpretation of the meaning of words (hermeneutics). It is on the border of hermeneutics that the data in this study were analyzed. As a result, it was established from the discourse of protecting children at social risk, that the practice of institutionalization and removal of family power sometimes is based on evaluation of absences that surround the family.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma análise genealógica da objetivação mulher em documentos do UNICEF(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-10-01) MIRANDA, Danielle Santos de; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759International agencies such as the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), connected to the United Nations (UN), aim to be guardians of children and young people in order to ensure compliance and to defend and promote the rights of these segments. Such practices are constituted by heterogeneous knowledge anchored in programmatic axes framed in the manner of concerns, such as the observance of gender objectification in policy to protect children and adolescents in Brazil. Thus, after reading the documents of UNICEF, we can verify the presence of an objective process of gender relations and in particular, the objectification of women as an eyeliner vector of public policies proposed by this body for the rights of children and youth. Thus, we built this master's thesis in psychology with the purpose of studying this problem, using clues from the genealogy of Michel Foucault to question the practices of objectification of woman object in reports of UNICEF, in Brazil, from 2007 to 2009.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Um análogo experimental de uma prática cultural: efeitos de um produto agregado contingente, mas não contíguo, sobre uma contigência de reforçamento entrelaçada(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-04) LOPES, Eduardo Barbosa; TOURINHO, Emmanuel Zagury; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5960137946576592According to Skinner’s causal model of selection by consequences, human behavior is a product of three levels of selection: phylogeny, ontogeny and culture. Empiric investigations of the third level just recently begun in behavior analysis. In the theoretic field, Glenn introduced the concept of Metacontingency to describe functional relations between interlocked reinforcement contingencies and an aggregated outcome responsible for the selection of the interlock. In laboratory, a pioneer work by Vichi, reproduced a metacontingency using a procedure adapted from experimental studies in sociology. Vichi suggests that the interlocking behaviors of a small group of people could be modified by the aggregated outcome produced by the interlock, in this way, characterizing a metacontingency. The present work is a replication of Vichi’s study, with the objective to verify if interlocked behavioral contingencies can in fact be selected by an aggregated outcome contingent to the behaviors of people of a small group microculture. The participants were eight undergraduate students, divided into two groups of four, who accomplished a group task. The task consisted in a problem to solve by choosing a cell in a matrix composed of 8 columns and 8 rows, containing positive and negative signs. On each trial, the participants chose one row and the experimenter chose one column. A positive sign in the intersection of the chosen row and column resulted in gains for the group; a negative sign resulted in losses. The column chosen by the experimenter was contingent to the way in which the gains were distributed by the group (equally or unequally) in the immediately anterior trial. In experimental condition A, the positive sign was contingent to an equal distribution of gains, and in the experimental condition B, the positive sign was contingent to an unequal distribution of gains. Group 1 presented 43% of correct choices (the participants distributed the gains accordingly to the experimental condition imposed), and the group 2 made 19% correct choices. These results showed that procedures which use contingent consequences (win or lose in a trial) without contiguity with the interlock, make it difficult to select such interlock. However, interlocked contingencies of reinforcement were selected by its aggregated outcome under variables not controlled in the experiment. This phenomenon can be characterized as an experimental analogous of a metacontingency. The procedure, possible improvements of the procedure and the complexity of the experimental task are discussed. Emergent superstitious rule patterns of behavior are also discussed.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Atenção à saúde e modos de andar a vida: a produção de conhecimentos em psicologia e os subsídios para um cuidado que pretenda produzir saúde para crianças e famílias nos contextos de pobreza(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-09-18) RIBEIRO, Andrea Cristina Lovatto; FERLA, Alcindo Antônio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6938715472729668A health care that aims integrality in its actions and proposals must take into account the population’s singular life contexts as well as the life contexts of each specific individual, which can be observed in a specialized bibliography. It is well known that Brazil is a country that presents serious social inequality and the knowledge of cultural diversity among different social groups that co-exist in our country is fundamental to achieve an integral health care. The objective of this study is to understand if and in which ways the elements that are considered important to provide health in this context are present in scientific production in the psychology field. For this purpose, several texts present in the BVS (Virtual Health Library) were analyzed; in a total of 37 texts, which deal with the relationship between psychology and SUS (Brazilian Unified Health System). The importance of a contextualized practice was mentioned, however, none of the texts showed the description of specific contexts of families in poverty, indicating that this knowledge is not available in the psychology field and therefore showing the importance of considering the information available in other areas for an integral health care. Integral health care, team work, prevention and health promotion are major elements that are present in the academic production of knowledge; nevertheless we notice that these guidelines are still in the level of reflection and verbalizations, usually not taking place in practice. The challenges that set apart professional psychologist’s practice and SUS guidelines can be summarized in a professional training which emphasizes individual clinical practices resulting in decontextualized practices. Other challenges indentified were the way the health system itself was organized, and the way psychologists are not considered as generalist professionals in health policies. The concept of resilience in general is not present in the studies; however, the presence of other important elements to promote the autonomy of individuals was taken into consideration. Strategies of education: Academic and Permanent Education in Health (EPS) were also analyzed. It was observed that the discussion about professional training is present in most texts and that small changes have been made in order to bring the psychology field closer to the SUS system. Permanent Education in Health is not a significant factor in the studies, and its potential has not yet been explored in relation to psychology.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cartografias do Diário do Pará: um estudo genealógico do acontecimento homicídio contra jovens em um caderno policial(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012) FRANCO, Ana Carolina Farias; OLIVEIRA, Paulo de Tarso Ribeiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9266787581530443; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This thesis aims to analyze how to approach of murder of young in the police part of the Diário do Pará, newspaper of great circulation in the state. The Diário do Pará as a vehicle of mass communication, produces knowledge, circulates certain values, establishing regimes of truth and forging subjectivities, which are consistent with the project's political and economic (neo) liberalism. Thus, we undertook a brief analysis mapping of contemporary political and economic forces that govern the plots juveniles and other population segments that, in our analysis, underlying the rationales of the Journal of Pará in the production of news about the juvenil homicide. With the arquegenealógico method, give visibility to the network listed and non-discursive practices of newspaper, who design the place of youth, especially the poor and non-educated, to the territories of violence and criminality. Notice that in newspaper articles analyzed the death of young is produced as an occurrence at the same time impressive, because of the sensasionalist resources used in the construction of news, and justified by being inteded as a result of an juvenile trajectory who insisted on diverting the model of the good citizen (sweet and productive), to embark on the path of crime and vice. We also conclude that the practices of this paper connect to security-obsessed who have invested the whole social body and has organized from the demand for law and order.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Configuração do mesossistema entre professores e pais de alunos com deficiência(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009) SOUZA, Priscilla Bellard Mendes; SILVA, Simone Souza da Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9044423720257634The relation between the parents and the teachers has been seen as a basic foundation for the good school performance, and development of the pupils. This study presents the data of a research about the analysis of the relations established between the parents and the teachers of children with disabilities that are registered in a public school in Belém of Pará. For such, four parents and five teachers had been interviewed preliminarily; later different focal groups for parents and teachers had been accomplished. The data had been analyzed qualitatively, searching to investigate the relation in function of three specific variables: the content, the quality and the frequency. Such variable can be understood in relation to the activities that the parents make together with the school, how they do such activities and in which frequency they do. The analysis of the data showed that the familiar participation in the school reality is still found sufficiently distant of what could be considered the ideal, mainly, when it is related to the school inclusion of children with disabilities, although it is contained in the pedagogical project of the school that the paper of the school is to stimulate the participation of the community. The data had also disclosed that the parents rarely go to the school, limiting themselves only to take and to pick up the pupils and rarely they talk with the teachers about other subjects, they only talk about some problems that the pupil has presented in the classroom. Although the results show a widely negative reality, the teachers and the parents believe that it must have been a continuous participation of the family in the school, however both do not develop activities to proportionate such approach. In only one of the cases, a teacher showed to develop activities that bring the family more closely to the children daily school. Specifically in relation to the parents of students with disabilities, the situation reveals sufficiently similar to the parents of “normal” children, however beyond the natural distance, still has barriers of preconception and discrimination with the children with disabilities, what consequently reflects in the relation with these families.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Crenças parentais quanto à mesada(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-05) LELLIS, Irani Lauer; MAGALHÃES, Celina Maria Colino de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1695449937472051The preoccupation related to children´s economic socialization and the possible influence of the parental practices in this process have been fomenting researches that contribute for the understanding of cultural and social contexts, enlarging the comprehension capacity of the parental behaviors and children development. According to literature, parents are the socialization main agents for children's economic literacy. By means of the practice of giving allowance children’s economic comprehension increase and by means of rewards and sanctions, parents install their own beliefs of economy in their children. Though this theme is already vastly studied in other countries, in Brazil the researches are scarce and embrace only the average class, disregarding the great participation of the low class in the economy and in the formation of futures consumers. This study had as objective investigate the beliefs and parents' practices on the allowance. parents of low and average income, with sons between 6 and 16 years old took part on this research. Focal group technique was used, in which four groups participated. The discussions was orientated by a themes guide constituted by relevant literature subjects like the concept and purpose of the allowance. The discussions were recorded, transcribed and submitted to data analysis in an analysis computer program of textual data, Alceste, version 4.5, created by Marx Reinert. The results pointed 5 classes that were organized in three thematic axises. In the classes associated with the allowance utilization process, parents’ seeking to justify the allowance use as educational strategy, sometimes serving as reward instrument, sometimes as instrument of creating bad habits. It was identified that besides the educational function the allowance has a socialization function, for integration and social status. The contents of the theme “family history concerning the budget” showed parents' very distinct reports, in which sometimes they remit to a family history, mostly to one of their parents, sometimes talking about the negotiation process, in the conjugal relation, of the budget and of the expenses. The parents argued subjects related to who should control the house finance (man or woman) and also if children needed to know how the family budget is like. In the third axis the existence of some factors related for Allowance definition components, like frequency and regularity, value and need to children was verified. The answers also involved the amount of money that should be given to the children and the reason for parents to stop giving allowance to their children.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Crianças que se revelam agressivas: um estudo fenomenológico sobre o reconhecimento da agressividade em escolares(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-05-12) RIBEIRO, Elizabete Cristina Monteiro; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626The aggressiveness in childhood has been presented as a recurrent complaint by parents and teachers, which introduces a worrying scenario in that the identification of the child and his family as primary responsibility is still sharp. This study present a childhood aggression initial understanding from the Person-Centered Approach, as like the education proposed in this reference articulating with some complexity theory principles. Considering that the child recognized as aggressive has been made in a subjectivity process which significant socially people are involved, this research through a phenomenological research aimed to check the recognition configuration from the participants testimonies analysis: the child identified as aggressive, a colleague, the mother and teacher. The study was done in a selected school from the mapping by the Centre of Violence in Schools Core-Pa. The results point to: a subjectivity vision subsidizing the linear link form, the distance used as a teaching resource to avoid the conflict, the previous manifested aggression denouncing the student stories and current experience, a relationship between the child condition to react label and family history, the repercussions of how it is recognized at school in their learning process. The participants experienced feelings allow us to pay attention to the condition involvement that includes then, reaffirming the need to seek ways to promote changes in the student and the school seeing way. This changes must be introduced from a complex interactive subjectivity human vision, enabling understand the aggressiveness subjectivity from a scenario that may reveal multiple meanings.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cuidados parentais e trajetórias de desenvolvimento: um estudo observacional de díades mãe-bebê de dois níveis socioeconômicos de Belém, Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-03-02) SILVA, Mariane Sarmento da; GAROTTI, Marilice Fernandes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2218504886013525This study was based on Heidi Keller’s theoretical framework of Parental Investment Model, which indicates six parental systems – primary care, body contact, body stimulation, face-to-face exchange and narrative envelope – and three interaction mechanisms – attention, contingency and warmth and which are independent of each other and the predominance of one or the other depends on the culture and socioeconomic characteristics. The goals of this work was to characterize the parental investment of dyads mother-baby of lower socioeconomic class (CEB) and middle-class (CEM) of the city of Belém and the conversational style used in verbal emissions by the mothers during verbal interaction with your babies. The participants in the study were 20 mothers (nine of CEB and 11 of CEM). The mean age of mothers of CEB was 24,5, most had the elementary school (77,8%) and secondary (22,2%), complete or not, have monthly income less than mothers of another group and living in outlying areas. The mean age of mothers of CEM was 30,7, most had the undergraduated school (63,3%) and living in central areas. Have been observed and recorded mother-baby interactions in bathing and exchange sessions, at the home of the dyad, for later analysis and transcription of verbal behavior with the Transana 2.41. The results indicated that mothers of CEB gave more emphasis to proximal parental practices during their interactions, but also have submitted distal practices but less frequently. Mothers of CEM gave emphasis to practices echance independence and interdependence. As interaction mechanisms, it was noted that the mothers of both groups were more contingents for positive signals of baby than negatives, characteristic of societies that prioritize the independence and autonomy of the subject; however, showed more warmth to respond to positive signals compared to the tives. In relation to the conversational style, mothers of CEB have used more frequently directive style, and mothers of CEM, used both styles with nearby frequencies These findings indicate a pattern interdependent for CEB and a pattern autonomous-relationade for CEM.that both groups showed parental practices that enhance independence and interdependence presenting a pattern that fosters the development of children’s autonomous–relational selves.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cultura de paz e UNESCO: uma analítica documental da gestão de corpos no Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-10-02) CRUZ, Franco Farias da; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This study aimed to perform an analyses of the power in the document "Declaration and Program of Action on a Culture of Peace", which was legitimized in 1999 by a United Nations General Assembly, establishing it self as the priority directive of the practices in the agency UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). It will be use as tools of analysis, methodological guides linked to many operators taked from the referential theoretical and methodological produced by Michel Foucault, walking in the direction of to think, to question and to produce knowledge based in this movement for dismantling monumental documents, having as primary axis the concept of “culture of peace”, this that possess its existence tied to the history of the United Nations and its agencies, and was produced and systematize from a group of beliefs, practices and associations, that allowed visibility and power, popularizing it and making it one of the most significant productions of our time. From the reflections of critical or radical criminology and the analysis of the role of sciences in a materialist-historical and dialectical perspective, this study sought to highlight the processes of construction of the figure of the internal enemy today qualified as “delinquent”, as well as the unfolding of the constitution of processes of criminalization in certain modes of sociability and subjectivities. In this sense, it is understood that psychology, as a science and profession, has the task of positioning itself before the expressions of social inequality, seeking to unveil the historical determinations and the relation with the totality from which emerge such contexts.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Efeito do ganhar ou perder nos niveis de raiva e ansiedade em lutadores de judô(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-02-17) ARDILA, Héctor Andrés Páez; GOUVEIA JUNIOR, Amauri; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1417327467050274Aggression is a behavior that involves a simultaneous activation of physiological, biochemical, neurological and behavioral components and emotions, such as anxiety and anger. In humans, sports can be considered as a form of display because they allow aggression to be expressed with a low probability of permanent damage to subjects. The competitions have been used as models to evaluate the activation produced by the different stages of competition, such as the outcome of the combat. Judo has been used as a model of competitive aggression to evaluate the different body responses in agonistic behaviors in humans, since it offers a context like those studied in animal fights. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of win / lose in the levels of anger and anxiety in regional judo fighters, male, linked to the Para Federation of Judo, Using the STAXI and IDATE psychometric scales, as well as comparing these results with the Brazilian general population and a correlation analysis to know the differences between the different components with the number of strokes, using a pre/post fight evaluation and the filming of the fights. Differences were found between winners and losers, as well as between fighters and the Brazilian population; The losers presented higher levels of anger, while the anxiety was greater for the winners.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Entre o belo e o feio: das Unheimliche como princípio estético em Freud(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008) MAGALHÃES, Alex Wagner Leal; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825The present work aimed study the Freud’s esthetic considerations present in the text “The Uncanny” (1919), how such positions promote a real discontinuity in the western esthetic thought. In this way, at least show how all the artistic production has in the unconscious material it’s main engine and source of inspiration, Freud inserts it in the group of the other productions of unconscious, (dreams, jokes, neurosis, etc). Nevertheless, in the context of “The Stranger”, Freud starts to understand the art not anymore as a production of the psycho apparatus moved by the principle of pleasure, therefore in this text Freud advances the matter of the death pulsing and the eternal return of undesirable feelings as the functioning of a subjectivity guided beyond the principle of pleasure, in this meaning, the death as the last stop of the existence starts being the great keynote of the new Freudian’s researches, and the beauty of the art would be like that hopelessly involved in the anguish and helpless provoked by the comeback of undesirable feelings. In this way the unheimlich while haunt and uneasiness feeling provoked by the devil’s pulsing that insists in being present, starts being faced by Freud as an important esthetic principle.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Estudo psicanalítico sobre a feminização da epidemia do HIV/AIDS com usuários do Hospital Universitário João de Barros Barreto(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-09-12) LEBREGO, Arina Marques; MOREIRA, Ana Cleide Guedes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9245673017553186This study aimed to investigate the processes of subjectivation of women having no steady partners and their exposition to HIV/AIDS in order to identify overdetermination factors of vulnerability. As method, we used a case study, aiming at a in-depth analysis which allowed the identification of a greater number of subjective determinants related to the problem considered. The study presents fragments of clinical cases of women living with AIDS, hospitalized in the wards of the João de Barros Barreto University Hospital (HUJBB) in the State of Pará, Brazil. Based on the analysis of transference and countertransference, we showed as results what each case, in its singularity, reveals from the therapeutic encounter. In clinical case I, we found that the patient, whom we called Dinah, had a female masochistic mode of psychopathological subjectivation, what caused her to show some satisfaction when exposed to suffering, and to position herself as a victim in her emotional and sexual relationships. Those relationships were overdetermined by a imaginary identification with cultural ideals about the woman human being, conceiving images of men and women, and therefore of herself and her partners, as antithetical pairs of strength/weakness, active/passive, power/submission. This ideal of composite person of a virgin woman and a man only, caused Dinah to deny her fears of contamination, and to passively accept unprotected sexual relations, leaving the sexual initiative to her partner, and, thereby, becoming vulnerable to HIV infection. In clinical case II, Alice, which has a melancholic, self-destructive mode of subjectivation, positioned herself in her emotional and sexual relationships by incessantly searching for her self-destruction through an unconscious vulnerability to HIV. Having contracted AIDS and infected her husband and other partners, even after knowing her diagnosis, Alice remained trapped in a deadly silence, and prevented herd]self from taking care of her health and seeking continuous medical care, making herself vulnerable to re-infection. In clinical Case III, Ana Laura, is a woman who has gone through violence several times since childhood, for instance, she underwent child sexual abuse, was exploited as a domestic worker, was abandoned by her parents. After having her first baby, the child was taken from her without her consent by a maternal aunt who gave her to others. Ana Laura used that as a reason to prostitute herself on quay of Belém Port, where she worked until she was hospitalized. That was where negotiation for more expensive unprotected sex was a common practice, and so Ana Laura negotiated her life, selling unprotected sex and ended up getting infected by HIV. The helplessness and the violence that this patient went through are therefore the overdetermination factors of her vulnerability to HIV infection. As conclusions, we highlight that the women looked after without steady partners, did not care to protect themselves, and are not in accordance with the studies showing that those women negotiate the use of condom more freely and are less vulnerable to HIV. This demonstrates the importance of studies addressing the psychic, social, political and cultural aspects, so as to reveal the modes of production of subjectivity of the subjects in their singularity, beyond data measurement, in order to establish strategies for more effective health prevention.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Famílias de crianças com deficiência mental no contexto ribeirinho amazônico: percepções de pais moradores da Ilha de Combu - PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-03-18) AFONSO, Tatiana; SILVA, Simone Souza da Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9044423720257634The present study used the perspective contextual and the Bioecological Theory of Humam Development to identify the perceptions shared among parentes of children with mental disabilities from a bordering community (Ilha do Combu, Pará). It was followed the three families who had a son with mental deficiency registered in the Belém’s Municipal Secretary of Education and / or diagnosis that proved the mental disability. Ethical concerns have been taken in approving the project by ethics committee of UFPA and awareness of participants about the objectives and the risks involved and the secrecy of their identities. The approach of the researcher to the investigated context occurred by the Ecological Engagement methodology. The collects was divided into two distinct stages: first there were regular visits to families registered by the instrument field diary, so the researcher sought to integrate into the environment by successive interactions and became as close as possible of the participants and the second moment it was used the ISD (Inventory socio-demographic) and FIT (Family Identification Test). The results pointed differentiated conditions of development of the children in accordance with perceptions shared by your parents and the contextual features presented on the island. The positive identifications were associated to the good performance of parents’ cares and perceptions of acceptance and belonging in the family of Ana. In the others families (Taciana and Alexandra) were observed conflicts and difficulties represented by the factors: overload in the cares to the son, rejection of the diagnosis, conflicts between the parents and negative identifications. The search concluded that the perceptions shared by the parents were connected to the support received during the diagnosis, the roles in the family, the characteristics of children and contextual aspects present in the culture marked by the isolation region flooded and that has a network social composed of relatives living on the island for generetions.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Fatores envolvidos na natureza e administração de redes sociais de estudantes universitários(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009-09-11) SILVA JUNIOR, Mauro Dias; BRITO, Regina Célia Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5576436464955236This research aimed to investigate human’s interpersonal relationships. Specifically, we tried to replicate partially Stiller & Dunbar’s (2007) work, using the same instrument with another sample, though. The main objective was verify whether the social networks were according to Social Brain Hypothesis, on which human beings are capable of keeping and administrating an optimal number of interpersonal relationships, around 150 average. We found a mean of 52,53 social contacts, lower than the predict value, spending about 25% of their time with them. There were significant correlations among social network size, frequency of contact, time spent in contact, emotional closeness, and genetic relatedness, in the general social network, in relatives’ networks, and friends’ networks. Despite of long distant communications availability, respondents preferred make face-to-face contact with their social network members. We discussed the results from the perspective of four non mutual exclusive hypotheses. In the other hand, secondary hypothesis were confirmed about social network composition, and about interactions of social network size, frequency of contact, time spent in contact, and emotional closeness. We suggest additional studies to investigate other variables that may increase the comprehension of social networks, and the differences found.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Habilidades sociais em portadores de anomalia da diferenciação sexual(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-05-25) SARDINHA, Ana Paula de Andrade; FERREIRA, Eleonora Arnaud Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6600933695027723The term Social Skills (SS) is used to describe a set of behavioral repertoires that involve social interactions satisfactory. Most published studies on this topic include the participation of children and adolescents by addressing situations in the school environment. Few studies have focused on the health area, and, so far, it has not been found surveys on SS conducted with individuals with the Anomaly of Sex Differentiation (ASD). This anomaly is characterized by malformations in the genitals and/or dysfunction of the gonads, causing secondary sexual characteristics which do not correspond to the sex of rearing. Clinical studies with individuals with ASD have highlighted the occurrence of deficits in social skills in these individuals, characterized by the escape-avoidance of aversive social situations. In this study, we sought to characterize the behavioral repertoire corresponding to SS in individuals with ASD treated at an outpatient clinic of a specialized program developed in a public hospital in Belém, through two complementary studies. At first, we performed a cross-sectional study, with the aim of characterizing the behaviors corresponding to SS in individuals with ASD. The participants were 9 adults in treatment for more than six months. Were used: Interview Script, Protocol for review of medical records and Social Skills Inventory - SSI. The results suggest that the participants have social skills deficits in all the factors of the SSI to a lesser or greater degree, so that could benefit from a social skills training as part of the treatment because it is a technique that aims at overcoming and/or reducing the deficits produced by them. In the second part, a study with a single subject design was performed seeking for evaluating the effects of using self-monitoring training in the installation of behaviors corresponding to SS. Attended an adult woman diagnosed with ASD selected among those who participated in Study 1. The intervention procedure was conducted through weekly interviews, according to the following steps: (1) Agreement: signing the consent form and scheduling an appointment, (2) Evaluation: Baseline survey of behaviors corresponding to SS, preparation of the hierarchy of behaviors that indicate a deficit, under the analysis rules of the SSI, and training in self-monitoring record, (3) Intervention: reading a text on social skills, presentation of the list of basic human rights, application of the adapted Goldiamond’s Constructional Questionnaire, and training in self-monitoring record, (4) Re-evaluation of the SS: reapplication of the SSI; (5) Follow-up: assessing the maintenance of the gains to the study, and (6) Closing: return interview in order to explain the results of the study to the participant. The results suggest that the intervention promoted the development of SS in the participant, given the interpretation of the participant’s evolution presented in accordance with the variation of Z score and the graphical representation of reliable change and clinical significance.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Hermenêutica gestáltica do abuso sexual para uma adolescente(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2007-06-29) ARAÚJO, Lucivaldo da Silva; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626This qualitative research of orientation Phenomenology, existential gestalt, tries to reveal some meanings attributed to the phenomenon of the abuse sexual inside family, through a case study in that the informer, of the 9 to the 11 years, were been victim for the father and still today, in her existential field, she is influenced by the existence of that experience.
