Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Hidrogeradora virtual: utilização de técnicas de realidade virtual desktop para o estudo de uma unidade hidrelétrica de energia(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2006-12-21) PAMPLONA JUNIOR, Alcides Renato da Silva; RIBEIRO FILHO, Manoel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9329438229733907This dissertation presents the conception, project and implementation of an educational environment that uses Virtual Reality Desktop techniques for study of an industrial plant. The application uses CAD models of plants constituent parts, hierarchically organized having as database documents in XML format. It also presents a textual area through which trainee receives information on what is being shown in virtual world. For case study the plant of a Hydroelectric Generating Unity is used.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Implementação e testes de campo de um ESP digital(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-05-18) GOMES, Marcus Ciro Martins; BARREIROS, José Augusto Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1246564618922453; BARRA JUNIOR, Walter; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0492699174212608This work presents the development and implementation as well as the results of field tests of a power system stabilizer (PSS) designed with digital control method for damping electromechanical modes of oscillation observed for signs of electrical power measured in a generating unit of 350 MVA of Tucuruí power plant. It is presented and applied the methodology of identifying linear parametric models such as auto regressive with exogenous inputs (ARX) for estimation of models with the ability to capture the relevant information (natural frequency and damping) of dominant electromechanical modes of the system. In possession of ARX parametric model is done then the synthesis of digital damper control law for the ESP, using the technique of pole displacement of the closed loop transfer function. For the synthesis of digital control law, we used a canonical structure type RST. For the field tests, the control law digital ESP buffer was coded in C language and embedded in a hardware prototype of which is based on model DSPIC 30F3014 microcontroller, which incorporates a large number of peripherals for data acquisition and communication. In order to evaluate the performance of the digital PSS developed, experimental tests were performed in a generating unit of 350 MVA power house number 1 from Tucuruí power plant. The stabilizer acts carried out by adjusting the reference voltage regulator automatic voltage of the respective generating unit in accordance with the oscillations observed by measuring the electrical power generator stator. The results of field tests showed an excellent performance of ESP digital damping of electromechanical mode of natural frequency of approximately 1.7 Hz, observed in the field trial.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Metodologia para implementação do MPS.BR utilizando o ambiente webapsee(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009-04-29) ROCHA, Vanderlene Covre; REIS, Carla Alessandra Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1614538302774823; FAVERO, Eloi Luiz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1497269209026542A number of initiatives to improve the software process has emerged recently to improve quality and productivity in software organizations. Some models and standards have focused the implementation of improvements in the software development process area; MPS.BR model is an example of thiese models. This process improvement model aims to improve software quality, preferably for micro, small and medium enterprises in order to meet the needs of their business model and was chosen to be explored in this work. Several advantages are gained during process improvement effort, one of them is the definition of a systematic process for software development, which helps to achieve the process quality and productivity and also the developed product quality. The use of a defined process model brings several benefits associated with standardization, such as the optimization, the re-work cost reduction, less defects in products, among others. But there is a lack of models that can be applied directly to a specific company of software development and therefore it is necessary to model the process, customizing it with the ultimate goal of creating a model that adequately represents the organization process. One of the difficulties for the implementation of models such as MPS.BR is the lack of methodologies that shows how the implementation of improvements to be made and not only what should be done. In this context, this work proposes a methodology for the implementation of the MPS.BR model based on IDEAL model, through a specific tool, called WebAPSEE, which works to coordinate the methodology execution. The methodology was tested in a local organization called CTIC - Center for Information Technology and Communication of UFPA which was assessed as level of G MPS.BR.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Metodologia para o despacho de potência reativa visando o controle de tensão baseado em algoritmos genéticos(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009-06-06) ROCHA, Marcus Guerra da; NUNES, Marcus Vinícius Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9533143193581447This work aims to present a software to support the planning of power systems, through a methodology of voltage control and losses minimization, by the optimization of reactive injection, keeping the voltage in the bus between the established boundaries. The developed methodology is based in a hybrid system, that use artificial intelligence based in a genetic algorithm linked to a load flow software(ANAREDE), that interact to produce an optimal solution. The results showed that the technique based in a genetic algorithm is adequate to the problem of minimization the reactive losses.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Modelo matemático de linhas de transmissão, contemplando influências ambientais, para o trecho Guamá-Utinga, localizado em Belém, pertencente à Eletronorte(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009-03-30) NEGRÃO, Martin Max Luis de Castro; OLIVEIRA, Roberto Célio Limão de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4497607460894318Theoretically, the prediction of failure in the chain of insulators can be found by checking the behavior, of the harmonic current through the insulators, called leakage current. This is because the capacitance of a chain of insulators allows the passage of components of higher order harmonics of the current line, however the design and planning of transmission lines, only take into account the size and geometry of the line, forgetting or ignoring the effects environment in a line of transmission, the omission of such effects can confuse the diagnosis of failure in the system of isolation of the line, so it was necessary to develop a methodology for determining the values of electrical parameters, electrical resistance and capacitance as a function of environmental variables as: temperature, solar radiation, relative humidity, wind speed and wind direction, particularly the determination of the behavior of capacitance as a function of environmental variables was so innovative and experimental, in order to obtain a mathematical model of line transmission of more realistic and dynamic, that can more precisely identify the electrical parameters under the influence of environmental variables, such work is developed this model, which will be fed with real environmental and electrical data, it made the study of the harmonic decomposition of current leakage, and the comparison with results of other existing models, are still held, virtual simulations of failures, which bought the efficiency and limitations of the model, and suggest a way of monitoring in real time and low cost.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Simulação de transporte eletrônico em dispositivos unimoleculares baseados em indicadores de pH(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009-02-03) GRANHEN, Ewerton Ramos; DEL NERO, Jordan; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5168545718455899In recent decades, several researchers have tried employ molecules in electronic devices of nanoscale. For this reason, different electro / optical parameters, governing the electronic transport in organic molecules, need to be analyzed. In this work was developed a charge transport study to the composed propyl red, popularly used as pH indicator. The motivation to study it results from its structure formed of donor-acceptor subunits, coupled via azo group (N = N), a well known feature in molecular rectifiers. The methodology used to treat the system in equilibrium is based on Molecular Mechanics and Hartree-Fock methods. However, another method, based on the Landauer-Büttiker formalism, to non-equilibrium system was employed. Through these methods, the feature curves of molecular system were drawn and compared. The result of comparison lowed explain the phenomena that govern the electronic transport in nanostructure. Besides that, was analyzed the effects of metal contacts, connected on molecules in presence of external electric field.
