Condições de trabalho do assistente social nos centros de referência de assistência social dos municípios de Castanhal e Vigia: uma aproximação crítica

This work deals with the professional working conditions of social workers while employed dependent on their employers, since they guarantee them material means to carry out the work and also their livelihood through salary, a condition that limits their professional autonomy. Thus, we discuss these conditions of remuneration that has been shown in contemporary precarious for many workers, also for these professionals, by low wages, versatility functions, fragility of labor relations, in order for the exploitation of their work. These conditions common to workers were investigated and identified in field research conducted in reference centers for social assistance in the municipalities of Castanhal and Vigia. It is based on the regulations of the Ministry of Social Development, for example, NOB / HR / ITS, LOAS, National Criminalization of social assistance services, among others which establish parameters for proper working condition of these professionals who will analyze these conditions offered by health organizations in those municipalities.

This work aims to analyze and reflect on the temporary employment contract of social workers and its impact on operation of the Policy Social Assistance Reference Centers of Social Assistance (CRAS) in the city of Belem do Para. To do this we conducted a field research at those CRAS's, which had as its subject the social workers who have temporary contracts in these socio- occupational spaces in these last two years. In this research it is aimed to identify the organizational politic determinants in this form of work, the objective and subjective conditions of work of the aforementioned practitioners and their relationship witer the world of work changes that have occurred in recent years. It was used the theoretical and methodological Marxist theory believing that it provides a critical reading of social reality as a whole, not by fragmenting it disconnected from a political, economic and social development of a given society. The form was chosen as an instrument of data collection that was made up of open and closed questions. Thus, this study is structured in three parts, besides the introduction and the conclusion. The first try perform a approach to the transformations that are occurring in the workplace in recent decades aimed to uncover the determinants of temporary contracts in social worker in CRAS's the city, the second part all about of the neoliberalism and of the state reform in the Brazil; in the third part went perform a analysis about conditions of the social work in CRAS's, so it is possible to understand the impact of temporary employment contracts of these professionals in the operationalization of Policy Social Assistance. Finally the general considerations were made on the outcome of this field research.

Entrevista em serviço social: uma rediscussão crítica do instrumento técnico-operativo

The interview instrument understood as a mediator in the process of knowledge, enables the social worker approaches the reality of their demand, transcending the appearance of phenomenon and getting larger interventional possibilities on the expressions of the social question. Based on this understanding, this dissertation analyze, critically, as has been given to contemporary professional practice of social work, specifically the use of the instrument interview. for this purpose the different theoretical and methodological conceptions about the interview were identified in the social sciences and the debate on the relationship between theory and practice in social work, as well as, was analyzed the understanding about how to use the interview by social workers in professional practice. Guided by dialectical critical method, the argument came from analyzes of theoretical support materials and of a field research with interviews with two social workers active in the social assistance and two in theHealth. As a result identified that the lack of larger problematizations about the instrument has repercussions in the institutional context, the majority of the interviewees had difficulty associating the instrument with theoretical references and, not identified the interview as an instrument of mediation, suggesting that the dichotomy between theory and practice is very present in professional practice of social worker.

Identidades às avessas os desafios do exercício profissional das assistentes sociais da Vale em Carajás

This dissertation analyses the identities of social workers at Vale S.A in the Carajas region, as ideological manifestations in context of a capitalist productive restructuring. The analysis‟ central categories were work, as in Marx‟s conception and ideology, as in Gramsci‟s conception. The logic of the capitalism, that leads to the alienation and manipulation of the worker‟s subjectivity, induces professionals to absorb uncritically of the common sense, the representation of the hegemony, which manifest implicity in the language and behaviors of professional. The research‟s subjects were social workers at Vale, working in units located in the Carajas region, southeastern Para, since it is a transnacional firm with strong influence in the Amazon region. Currently, municipalities in the Carajas region have their social, economic and political development linked to the firm‟s activities. The research‟s hypothesis was that the Vale‟s social worker‟s identities, in a productive restructuring context, are topsy-turvy identities that contribute to mystifying and reductionist practices, that reproduce capitalistic interests. The empirical research used a time-frame from 2007 to the present days. The results showed that in their professional exercise, Vale‟s social workers experience the inevitable contradictions, both of Vale‟s implementations in the region and those related with the development of Social Work, which contributes more to strengthen a capitalistic hegemony than to strengthen the ethical-political-professional project of the Social Work. The analysis of the correlation of forces present in this professional workspace, constitutes, not only, a objective of discussion and reflection on the challenges involved but also of the objective possibilities that can be identified imbedded in the discourses of the social workers.

A intervenção profissional do assistente social na prevenção de acidente de trabalho: a experiência na Comissão de Aeroportos da Região Amazônica - COMARA

This study aimed to analyze the professional intervention of Social Work in Accident Prevention in the Airport Commission of the Amazon Region - COMARA in the period 2007 to 2009, with a view to contributing to the prevention of occupational accidents, which is put a new demand for the profession in the socio-occupational. Had the theoretical and methodological Marxist theory which allowed to reveal the objective conditions of work and life of those surveyed, as well as understand the demands placed on social services, particularly those related to the work accident. The data used in the study were primary and secondary type. The primary data were collected through documents of the institution, such as social service reports, action plans, social service and interviews with employees, supervisors, managers, and interdisciplinary team of professional human resources, the secondaries were from: the systematization of care provided during that period. The survey results showed that social service, from 2007, in COMARA as an area of knowledge and a profession that contributes to the prevention of accidents at work, as the professional intervention of social workers is no longer characterized by the performance only in post-accident and, yes, the prevention of accidents at work, impacting on the reduction of accidents at work in this organization.

This work is the result of critical reflection and analysis on the professional intervention of the social worker in the mental health of public servants, within its specific practice at Brazilian Electoral Courts, as the situations of mental illness and the risk to health / mental illness the servers mentioned, in those bodies, were evidenced by its frequency and the serious damage caused in the conditions of life and work of them with important consequences also for the institutional mission. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the professional intervention process Social Worker in these situations, or not caused by work, considering their contributions to the mental health of such servers. It was adopted as a methodological research reference to Marxist theory and its dialectical method, considering the sense of completeness pursued by critical social theory in search of the real movement ownership. It used qualitative research, whose data collection instrument were semi-structured interviews with 21 (twenty-one) subject of three Electoral Courts, involving: health team to belonging professionals (social workers, doctors and psychologists); servers and personnel managers. It is concluded from this study that the mental health of federal public servant is a fraught area tensionalidades which requires, in addition to a clinical approach, a political and social intervention able to respond to numerous contradictions attached to them and give it a grade high complexity, which can not be understood without a substantive reflection on the relationship objectivity-subjectivity, especially on the social determinations, political and economic present at this historic moment marked by deeply destructive capitalist sociability social life, mediated by alienated labor, It reaches people, blocks human development to their full potential of objectification (dehumanization). Thus, it was found in this study that the professional intervention of social workers, albeit limited by structural, cyclical and institutional factors and their relative autonomy, has stated its potential to contribute to the mental health of civil servants of the Electoral Courts , notably with regard to critical reading of institutional and implementing creative strategies for routing demands and identified health needs, embodied the "look at the social" in "social accompaniment", in support to the families, in mediation held between the subjects present in this space (server, management, manager and work team), mobilization and coordination with safety nets and coexistence of individuals in psychological distress, which provides the expansion of rehabilitation resources with a view 'access servers to their social rights. In short, professional answers has favored the improvement of the health status of servers and their families, contributing also to the development of the institutional mission of the Electoral Courts.

The thesis presented here, proposes the critical study of professional intervention, particularly in the field of social assistance policy, within the design of the technicaloperative dimension, where 05 social workers who work in the Centres of Reference for Social Welfare attended - CRAS, geographically located in the Metropolitan Region of Belém-Pa, this techno-operative, located within the National Policy for Social assistance - PNA / 2004 study made possible through the use of technical tools that appeared in the speech of the subjects of this research, ie in their professional interventions in 2013 in order to identify possible inconsistencies arising from the tension within the category, concerning the controversy about the relationship between theory and practice involved in the absence of debates on the articulation of theoretical and methodological relationship, ethical-political and technical-operational by these professionals. It is based on analysis of the Dialectic theory and the method adopted was the technique of content analysis to support the qualitative research, which took place in a semi-structured interviews, guided by an instrument called a structured interview. We sought evidence from the speeches analyzed, how this technician-operative dimension, as well as instruments attend the practical actions of the social workers at the time of professional interventions, as well as knowing why the difficulty of understanding the relationship between theory and practice these spaces socio-occupational.

The research objectives were to assess the professional practice / social worker, the area of education, the Administrative District of Guama (DAGUA) in Belém-Pará; the degree of influence of lifestyles that make experiences present in the social development of the individual case, and particularly in the work of these social workers process. Left of the assumptions that: the way of life influences the professional practice / social worker; the practice of social work is being rethought in everyday life; the social worker has a defined understanding of the theory you use in everyday practice; works published in Brazil currently do not meet the theoretical-methodological and operative technical dimensions of Social Service. Employs various techniques for the implementation of research and dialogue with currents of thought that influence social work since its inception. Appropriates the phenomenology for the dialectical interpretation of the results and also the Marxist theory as support reading of the reality. The existential-phenomenological method enabled to grasp the concrete / real in the reports of the interviews, which was evident in day to day issues of School Social Work, as the scarcity of professionals, bad structural conditions for the realization of professional intervention, the issue of various forms of violence, poor training, the need for greater openness to the plurality of ideas in theoretical and methodological conduct of professional practice.

This work is master in theoretical and methodological construction, developed through bibliographic research, resilience questionnaire in Social Work prepared especially for this research, semi -structured interviews with 10 social workers who work in Special Social Protection of Medium and High Complexity of Belem do Pará, these 3 Specialized Reference Centers and Social Care and 7 spaces Care for children, adolescents, women victims of violence and homeless adults. That work has identified resilience while coping process, strengthening resilience and, in this work of professional social workers, showing that it can be used as a theoretical and methodological tool that has the Guarantee of Rights as important protective mechanism to block factors risk. Thus, resilience as a theoretical - methodological tools can support the theories of Social Work, as relates to the assessment and intervention, through the mediation between risk and protective mechanisms, facilitating the action-reflection-action.

O serviço social nas organizações militares da aeronáutica: análise da prática profissional na região Amazônica

This study aims to analyze the work of the Air Force Social Service in the Amazon region. It is justified by the interest of better understanding the role of the caseworker in the military field, since the armed forces, as national institutions organized for the nation's defense, has revealed numerically growing spaces insertion of a trader. The exploratory study had a descriptive qualitative approach. As data collection instrument was adopted the questionnaire with open and closed questions. The research subjects were 16 (sixteen) Social Workers of Brazilian Air Force working in the area under the jurisdiction of the First Regional Air Command in Belém/PA, and the Seventh Regional Air Command in Manaus/AM, trying to understand the challenges and limitations of the wizard social in carrying out their work, and identify if there are specifics of its activities in this region. The hypothesis that the case-worker was confirmed faces challenges due to its hierarchical linking, while Lieutenant (inferior officer in the chain of command), which prove to be obstacles to the realization of the Ethical- Political Professional Project of Social Work, and it was found also as an aspect limiting the temporary work of the surveyed - reality that has changed only with the first class in 2015 of the Framework Support Officers (whose career includes the ascent to the rank of Colonel) to the Aeronautics Social Workers. It was possible, through the analysis of data, identify specific social demands of the Amazon region, although manifested in the study of a latent form, because there is no built reflection on this reality. We conclude that this occupational social space a social worker has been asked to intervene in issues related to the demands that go beyond those achieved by military law, covering families, military dependents and civil servants. Possibilities are built by the mediation work of the social worker in the Air Force, requiring methodologies that are able to decipher the complexity of social issues and to build viability in a contradictory quotidian.
