Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Corpo, ambiente e aprendizagem: etnografia sensorial sobre o mundo da vida cotidiana em comunidade camponesas amazônicas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-06-26) ALVES, Vitória Mendes; CASTRO, Fábio Fonseca de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5700042332015787This is an interdisciplinary research that discusses the connection between body, environment and ways of technical apprenticeship with the socio-environmental indicators (COSTA, FERNANDES 2016) of amazonian agroextrative peasantry. The field work was carried out in the region of the islands of Mocajuba, specifically in the locality of São Joaquim, lower Tocantins region, state of Pará. Using sensory etnography (PINK, 2009) as the method and assuming a phenomenological approach, we take as a starting point the lifeworld (SCHUTZ, 1970) and daily life of peasant communities. Experiences such as shrimp fishing, cocoa extractivism and preparing fish for consumption are described in order to demonstrate the link between techniques of the body and the environment in which they inhabit. Thus, we conclude that a) these techniques are not transmited, but taught and learned by a complex sensorial engagement with the environment (LAVE, 2015) and b) the entanglement body-environment (INGOLD, 2015) is central to peasant daily life, which implies interpreting it while overcoming the dualisms of culture/nature and production/reproduction. These connections partially explain the socio-environmental virtuosity expressed in the data.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cultivando sonhos: a Escola Nacional de Formação da CONTAG no Estado do Pará, Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-12-15) PRAZERES, Maria de Jesus Corrêa dos; ASSIS, William Santos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0188412611746531; GUERRA, Gutemberg Armando Diniz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4262726973211880The present research aimed to analyze the training processes developed by ENFOC in the State of Pará and its interference in trade union practices. In this, priority was the Case Study, focusing on the qualitative approach. In the study, there were no fundamental concerns with the processing and quantification of statistical data in terms of numerical representation. The time frame was 2006-2013, during which the ENFOC expanded in the state, becoming a reference in the Brazilian labor scenario by introducing the "Pedagogical Days" as teaching methodology, and has been a pioneer in conducting Regional, Micro-Regional and Municipal Courses. It is based on historical documents and interviews with different actors that integrate the MSTTR. 15 interviews were conducted. Considering the reflections promoted by this school in regard of changes of union practices that are inconsistent with the struggle of the movement, there was the question of what would be the interferences of the formation processes developed by ENFOC in the practices of those who are part of the MSTTR of the State of Pará, focusing on the democratization of trade union spaces and the renewal of leadership. The survey showed that this school introduced debates that are directly linked to their practices and actions, leading to a contribution to a change in trade union organizations to increase the participation of rural workers in the deliberative and consultative bodies of the movement, as well as motivating the renewal of managers and leaders in trade union organizations both at the municipal and state levels, and, above all, was an indicator of the change and the strengthening the union base. There is evidence of positivity and limitation elements of this school in the state. Finally, there is a presentation of new issues to be considered and reflected by the unionsDissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Formação, transformação e expansão dos quintais agroflorestais de agricultores familiares da Cooperativa D’Irituia, Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-12-27) SILVA, Sinara Dias; SABLAYROLLES, Maria das Graças Pires; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0250972497887101; KATO, Osvaldo Ryohei; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4241891652832872; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2422-9227The various problems caused by the cutting and burning process demonstrate how important the soil is for the family farmer, so the use of management practices that enable nutrient cycling through the maintenance of organic matter and soil micro-life are essential. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the process of formation, transformation and expansion of agroforestry yards in family farmers production systems of Cooperative D'Irituia, Pará. To meet this proposal, it was decided to use a methodology based on the theoretical bases of the systemic approach. For this, 23 families of family farmers from the D'Irituia cooperative who have agroforestry yards and five key informants from the main institutions linked to rural dynamics were selected. of the municipality. The methodological tools adopted consisted of historical interviews, secondary data, semi-structured questionnaires, typology and chronicles of the establishments. The results showed the external factors that influenced the formation of agroforestry yards were the credit public policies such as FNO and Proambiente; the Secretary of Agriculture of Irituia and the cooperative D'Irituia itself. The agroforestry yards found in Irituia have a great diversity of species, including fruit and annuals. It is noteworthy that in 74% of the areas where agroforestry yards are currently installed were capoeira areas and 13% in fields. Through the typology it was possible to form two large groups, besides one of the main factors responsible for the transformation and expansion of agroforestry yards is the need to increase production. With the chronicles of the establishments we can observe that the events identified over time was not always the motivating factor of the changes identified within the agricultural establishments, however, it affected the two groups represented here, but differently. Therefore, it can be concluded that the agroforestry systems found today in the municipality of Irituia are of great importance in guaranteeing food sovereignty as well as in the socioeconomic development of these families, besides having an important role in environmental preservation.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Resistência camponesa à agroindústria do dendê na comunidade Conceição do Guajará em Bujaru / PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-03-30) PONTES, Daniel Lucas Ribeiro; GUERRA, Gutemberg Armando Diniz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4262726973211880This paper has as a goal to analyze the peasant resistance tothe palm oil agroindustry existent in Conceição do Guajará community, in Bujarú county in Pará State.
