According to Xavier (2006), the knowledge of the African civilizing presence in the cultural horizons of global societies can be done through the study of their religious complexes, among the other forms of reconstruction of Afrodescendant territorialities. In the scenario of religious intolerance that we live in today in our society, it is of paramount importance to bring to academia and society knowledge that can combat such practices. Thus, the Afro-religiosity Umbanda became the object of study of our research, which was carried out within an interpretative qualitative approach, making use of some ethnographic instruments such as observation, collection of oral narratives and application of semi-structured questionnaires. We propose to research the genealogical history of Umbanda domain Nanã Buruquê and the "Terreiro of Century XIX", and its interfaces with anthropologization, based on an interdisciplinary perspective, because it believes that this is a sociocultural element of fundamental importance for the maintenance and positive visibility for the practices of Umbanda in the municipality of Castanhal, Pará, Brazil. We start from the following problem: How does anthropization occur within the terraces of umbanda and what are the impacts of this relationship on the socio-environmental environment from an interdisciplinary perspective? What generated the following hypotheses: if anthropization is considered an intervention of man on the environment, both environmental and social, there is some kind of anthropization within the terraces of Umbanda, which already carries within its genesis an interdisciplinary character because it is the result of "syncretism" with other religious matrices. The work has as general objective to identify the relations of anthropization within two terraces of umbanda and their possible impacts on the socio-environmental environment, from an interdisciplinary perspective. We made contributions with Coelho (2001), Leff (2004), Bertrand (1971; 2007), Elissalde (2009), Bastide (1971), Durkheim (2006), Geert (2009), Campelo (2003), Amaral (2014), among others. The research revealed the following data: the relationship of anthropization within the terraces is based on orality, transmitting environmental Afro-religious values, in an interdisciplinary way based on the modus operandi of the daily routine of the Umbanda domain, in which each subject is responsible for its integration into the environment, both with regard to religiosity and the environment. The types of anthropization found in the terraces were environmental, religious, mystical and mythological. The impacts caused by the presence of the yard in the social environment of the city are characterized in the field of the provision of assistance, collective, community and solidarity services.

This research assumed the purpose of investigating how women healers are affected in their practices with elements of healing in the city of Castanhal (PA). In this sense, it addresses the geographical location, the profile of women healers in the municipality of Castanhal and the know-how in the midst of urban anthropization, the elements of material and immaterial healing of the benzection and their adaptations and difficulties in healing practices. Therefore, the investigation presented the qualitative approach with descriptive-exploratory procedures and developed under an anthropic look with the methodological bias of ethnomethodology. The techniques used were: participant observation, informal conversations, audiovisual records, field notebook and interviews with five women healers. The analysis of the data identified that the women healers are located in two different zones, four of them are located in the Area of the Compact City of Priority Occupation (ACPO) and corresponds to the respective neighborhoods: Novo Olinda (Dona Dedê), Caiçara (Dona Rosilda), Milagre (Dona Gertrudes), São José (Dona Maria) and a live in Predominantly Residential Zone (PRZ) corresponding to the Japiim Set (Dona Sabá). The profile of the healers comprises the age group between 62 and 94 years old, they are mostly widows and Catholics, born in Pará. with an average performance of 62 years in the work of benzection and who inherited the gift of benzection from mothers, fathers and / or grandparents. The process of urban anthropization is marked by industrialization, businesses and services, producing different ways of acquiring its elements of healing in the craft of benzetion, in addition to revealing anguish and yearning for them, caused by the scarcity of such elements, with a close adaptation relationship, which leads the healers to carry out their practices with the elements cultivated in their own backyards in the face of continuous urban growth. It was found that they are organized in micro-territories that structure an urban network of reciprocity and solidarity, which promotes exchanges of values and interpersonal dialogue. The healers women of Castanhal treat their gift as an intrinsic and legitimate element and as a gift from the divine. So their practices present genuinely Amazonian craftsmanship anthropization that will survive in the face of the interrelationship of the urban and continuous growth of the city. The presence of benzection is configured as an act of resistance from a rural past that tenses and eases urban geographical imagery. Through their narratives, it is noticed that the action of urban anthropization on their healing trades ends up overcoming the difficulties with adapting to new elements in their practices. The appreciation and recognition of the work of women healers in Castanhal is a necessary action to value and maintain the blessing and the blessing in the municipality, in addition to being a powerful instrument to face the dehumanization crisis.

This research presents a study that aims to analyze whether decoloniality is present in the actions carried out at the Science Club Prof. Dr. Cristovam W. P. Diniz, pluralizing the perspectives of knowledge. Its construction emerged from reflections of the researcher's personal and professional life trajectory, that throughout the entire journey, made many ponderations about Mathematics Education and other Sciences, how they are passed on from generation to generation. Therefore, with the purpose to problematize the teaching and learning processes established in this non-formal science education environment, we applied a semi-structured interview, through the Google Meet platform, in which we seek to interpret the process of emergence and functioning of the Science Club, from a decolonial perspective. As a data decomposition tool, we used video recordings of the interviews, and then the transcription of the participants' speeches. The research methodological proposal consists of a qualitative approach, in which we use content analysis to analyze qualitative data and interpret information. The research environment is a differentiated educational space, that allows the teacher monitor to act in a different way as well. The research participants were the coordinating teacher, three monitor teachers and two students, totaling six (06) social subjects. During the analysis, we observed, in the participants' speeches the plurality of knowledge dialogues presents in the activities developed, the role of student and teacher monitors during the foundation and functioning of the Club and the involvement of subjects in the educational process. It was concluded that the Science Club Prof. Dr. Cristovam WP Diniz keep decolonial practices in his pedagogical activities, valuing students' prior knowledge, as also need to improve on issues involving the student's social environment, understanding that they are ties that go beyond the classroom and need to be questioned, that is, thinking from the reality of the other.

The confrontation of the illiteracy of old women in the Municipality of Castanhal, in the Paraense Amazon, was the object of this research, when it aroused in us the problematization and the will to investigate this phenomenon, for the much that it excludes in this region, particularly in Castanhal, in the State of Pará, where the Campus of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) is located, which, through university extension, develops the program Education Group in the Third Age (GETI), the locus of this research. The study was carried out with 12 subjects, students and former students of the 2nd stage classes of Youth and Adult Education (EJA), resulting from the partnership between the Campus and the Municipal Education Department (SEMED), aiming to investigate the determining factors for the confrontation of illiteracy by the old women who attend the GETI program. As a researcher, teacher and old woman, our interest in the study was of a theoretical, political and existential nature. In this sense, we conducted a qualitative-exploratory field research, which forged some methodological procedures, namely: the bibliographical survey, with the reading of the theoretical ones on the subject, immersion in the program file GETI and the necessary listening of subjects through semi-structured interviews. To analyze the interview data we use Content Analysis, based on Bardin (2016) and Franco (2018). The study revealed the situation of socioeconomic and cultural prejudice of the old women investigated, as a consequence of the long period of life in illiteracy or low level of schooling. It also evidenced the protagonism when overcoming this condition by revealing attitudes of independence and autonomy acquired by the literacy process. It is also pointed out that current educational systems are not prepared to meet the specificities of the elderly, which requires the government to implement legal determinations concerning the right of the elderly with adequate physical and pedagogical structure in the sense of ensuring that these citizens are welcomed with physical and emotional security through critical, dialogic and respectful pedagogical interventions, in a perspective of providing meaningful learning throughout life.

Youth and adult education is a specific genre in the basic education, which is aimed to the inclusion of a group of people who were away from the educational process during their childhood or adolescence. Thinking about this thematic a study was designed and named “Persistency and school dropout in the EJA (Youth and Adult Education) in the northeast, Castanhal-PA: analysis and propositions”. With it, it was tried to identify factors which contribute for persistency and dropout of these social actors enrolled in the basic teaching in the EJA modality, in the northeast of Pará, in three municipal schools situated in far neighborhoods, which are formed by student from rural areas. The research was made with students, teachers, principals and specialists in education. We started from the hypothesis that the use of the DTICs (Digital Technologies of Information and Communication) and varied methodologies in context at school which offers the EJA tend to decrease school evasion. The theoretical contribution of this study anchored in authors like Arroyo, Bordieu, Freire, Patto and Fazenda, who talk about the actors inserted in various social contexts which are fundamental to resignify human relations, fair and solidary, and Fernandes, Pires, Ramos and Seruffo, who have “designed” a pedagogical practice in the amazon context of the EJA social actors, emphasizing student’s otherness glimpsing social and teaching work in the dynamics of the institutions. The data were acquired by means of quantitative and qualitative research, selected and analyzed, displaying which school presents the highest evasion and/or school persistency indexes. Rede Bayesiana was used while computer intelligence strategy, by which variables are verified which can be taken into consideration to identify successfully the reasons of evasion and/or school persistency of the EJA students in Castanhal-PA. The reached results show factors, which most contribute for the dropout of these actors of EJA at school, like “low grades”, “lack of interest”, “disease” or “work” matters, like the distribution of frequency of the profile of evaluated students, among others. It was noted, also, that the use of different methodologies in an interdisciplinary perspective and the use of the DTICs in the classrooms tend to decrease school dropout, increasing the persistency of students, enabling the conclusion of the studies in the basic education and, thereby, providing them reading and writing development, the ability to solve problem situation and the search for professional qualification and social insertion.

This research investigated about the RCC and its relationship with the ICAR in the context of the Municipality of Castanhal, Pará. In the theoretical framework, we approach as a central axis that the ICAR, since its origins, has had the characteristic of having several movements or sacred territories that form a larger space and this is due to the organization of this institution. There are studies on RCC, however, these studies differ from our approach. It was found as a research question the question of how the arrival of the RCC in the municipality of Castanhal and how (happens) the relations between the ICAR and the RCC, as a general objective we have: to understand the relationship between the RCC and the ICAR in the municipality of Castanhal-PA, as well as in the specific objectives we seek to investigate: identify the view of the clergy in relation to RCC and describe in the view of RCC participants the view they have on the movement. The fact of the growth of the RCC and the space that this movement has occupied within the ICAR motivated us to investigate this theme. This study becomes relevant due to the Catholic and scientific community's need to know better the RCC and its importance for Catholicism, providing the overcoming of possible prejudices. In addition to the literature review, we used fieldwork with interviews with parish priests, diocesan bishop, leaders of the RCC and members of the movement in Castanhal to understand the phenomenon studied. In the results and discussions, we noticed by the clergy a rejection of the denomination of Pentecostal Catholics and a reaffirmation that the RCC is Catholic. Among the conclusions we realize that charismatics see themselves as more authentic Catholics after being part of the movement.

Castanhal was chosen for this work for being one of the cities with the most demographic growth and also for having its public water supply taken from the Pirabas aquiferous system, whiose main characteristic as the fact that it is formed by carbonaceous rocks. The hypothesis suggested in this work is that this lithology explains the loss of drilling fluid that occurred during the drilling of the three wells in the Jaderlândia district, what can yield a subsurface collapse. The methodology applied in this work consisted of several techniques remote sensing, geomorphology, neotectonics, hydrogeology, geophysics and environmental analysis. The maps were prepared utilizing a Landasat -5/TM satellite images, SRTM images, aerial photos in 1: 70.000 scale and orthophotos mosaics in 1: 10.000 scale. To enhance the geological data, geophysical methods such as gravimetry, resistivity, and well logging: γ rays, spontaneous potential and resistance were applied. The hydrogeological study of Castanhal city was conducted mainly by using data from wells intended for public water supply and from private wells. Geologically, the northeast region of Pará state, where Castanhal city is located, is composed by Pós-Barreiras sediments and Barreiras Group rocks, that are underlied by Pirabas Formation, of calcareous constitution which is the focus of this work. The drainage system is structurally ordered and is represented by a stockwork pattern striking mainly NE-SW and NW-SE, withstrong asymmetry, which allowed to visualize a tectonic sectioning of the Sheet Castanhal SA.23-V-C-I including the Castanhal city, identifying in this way high and low blocks that where confirmed by lithostratigraphics profiles of the wells and by the geophysical survey. The tectonic structure is congruous with the dextral system transcorrent of Riedel, and still contains relaystructures found in all the Sheet of Castanhal, favoring to the recharge of the water-bearing systems; however, this increases its vulnerability to contamination. The hydraulical load and the underground flow present a zone of recharge in the center of the Castanhal city and another one in the Village of Apeú, and indicate effluent draining. The analysis of the quality of the waters showed high contents of total iron and turbidness in some wells and of calcium carbonate in the wells supplied by the Pirabas aquifer system. The gravity survey showed a positive anomaly inthe center of the city, indicating a less deep basement, what was corroborated by the resistivitysurvey. In Jaderlândia and Bom Jesus quarters in the city of Castanhal negative anomalies lined up, concordant with drainage alignments of NW direction indicating the construction of two4 karstics buildings between 60 m and 100 m of depth and 200 m and 400 m of extension representing a high risk of collapse in these quarters to occur. The interaction of the abovementioned information made possible the elaboration of geological sections, blocks diagrams and thematic maps that gave origin to the map of environmental risk for the city of Castanhal.
