Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Conciliação medicamentosa e revisão da farmacoterapia em oncopediatria: ações efetivas para prevenção de erros(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-08-23) PENHA, Nathalia Santos da; SILVA, Marcos Valério Santos da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0379783635000306; https://orcid.org/ 0000-0002-7824-0042Medication errors in oncopediatry affect the chemotherapy treatment of prolonging hospitalization time, aggravate adverse reactions and the results in the patient, and are not desirable for the child-juvenile patient. Being a public where they are tested the viruses are very limited, they compete with a Clinical Pharmacy, an identification and identification of medication errors that can occur during the prolonged chemotherapy treatment of inpatients. This study was carried out with the objective of clarifying the diagnosis of mental disorders in patients hospitalized at a reference hospital in oncopediatrics in the north and northeast regions. 87.5% were diagnosed with 65% of patients with stable outcome status and 35% resolved status. In addition, 236 drugs were reconciled, identifying 51% of discrepancies, 90% being unintentional and 100% acceptability of the data. Based on the data, it is possible that the proportion of drug reconciliation and review of drugs are important to prevent errors and promote capacity reduction during the chemotherapy treatment of the child with cancer.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Dor Musculoesquelética na Coluna Vertebral em Crianças e Adolescentes: uma análise de rede(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-08-27) GOMES, Marcella Veronnica Pereira; MAGALHÃES, Maurício Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7766377002832983; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7857-021XIntroduction: Musculoskeletal pain is common in children and adolescents, with prevalence ranging from 4% to 40%. Back pain-related symptoms rank 5th in terms of years lived with disability among children aged 10 to 19 years, affecting approximately 2.443 million people. Additionally, it is associated with high healthcare costs and can lead to persistent pain in adulthood. Objective: To analyze the relationship between musculoskeletal pain in the spine in children and adolescents through a network approach. Methods: The study population consists of children and adolescents of both genders, who are regularly enrolled in elementary and high school. Children and adolescents of both genders aged between 10 and 16 years were included. The Back Pain and Body Posture Assessment Instrument (BackPEI-CA) and the Instrutherm pressure algometer, model DD-500, were used to assess pain intensity and threshold, respectively. Data were tabulated, and JASP was used for statistical analysis. A network analysis was conducted to investigate descriptive relationships between individual and contextual factors with self-reported symptoms of back and neck pain. Results: 185 participants were included in the analysis. The network analysis observed that the variable 'Lower Back Pain' was negatively correlated with 'Family Pain History' (-0.14) and positively correlated with 'Sex' (0.19) and 'Neck Pain' (0.12). The 'Sitting Position When Using Cell Phone/ tablet' showed a negative correlation with 'Neck Pain' (-0.19). A negative correlation was observed between 'Sex' and 'Physical Activity Outside School'. Centrality metrics indicated that 'Age' (betweenness = 1.420) and 'Sex' (betweenness = 1.278) had the highest betweenness values. Conclusion: The study concludes that sex is a significant variable in back pain among children and adolescents, with a higher prevalence among girls, possibly due to sexual maturation and lower levels of physical activity compared to boys, who are more active. Additionally, the pain is influenced by poor posture while writing at school and using electronic devices. However, the results should be interpreted with caution due to the limitations of the analysis.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Eu e a rua: ser criança em situação de rua na cidade de Bragança-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-05) SARAIVA, Luis Costa; CORRÊA, Jéssica do Socorro LeiteThe present study is a result of research carried out with street children in the years 2014 and 2015, in the city of Bragança-PA, in order to verify the circumstances that attract children to the street and in many situations make them Social actors vulnerable to verbal, physical and emotional violence. Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A subjetividade da criança como chave de leitura para os entraves no processo de aprendizagem: a importância do laço educadora-criança no processo de inclusão(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-03-01) PAIVA, Erika dos Santos; BARROS, Izabella Paiva Monteiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1803233392625209Being education a fundamental and necessary precept for the individual in development, the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA) postulates that every child and adolescent has the right to be literate. In this way, two important concepts are understood in this context: literacy, defined by the teaching of codes and letters that make up the standardized education system, and literacy skills represented by behaviors and techniques that go beyond the mastery and construction of alphabetical and spelling systems, that is, it encompasses the ability to interpret and contextualize. Although Decree 7,611/11 emphasizes the importance of specialized educational attention for children with disabilities, global developmental disorders, and high abilities, ensuring the inclusion of children with obstacles in literacy or psychological constitution in the school environment constitutes a true dilemma for most regular education teachers, as numerous questions arise about how to carry out this inclusion. Therefore, the schooling of children with learning difficulties requires active participation from teachers, the school, and, above all, the child as the protagonist with a voice in their own life story. The personalized bond between the teacher and the child in cases of obstacles in literacy allows the educator to have a new perspective on the subject's subjectivity, providing space for the recognition of the desiring subject. This transferential bond, according to psychoanalysis, is a facilitating and necessary means in the relationship between peers. In this way, the research aims to discuss, through a case study, the importance of the teacher considering, in addition to cognitive competencies, the child's subjectivity in the inclusion process. For this, as a research method, the articulation of an exploratory study with a qualitative approach was used, with the support of the qualitative clinical method that draws on psychoanalytic knowledge, such as transference and the unconscious. The study sample consisted of a therapeutic companion/teacher and a child, who was invited to participate in the research for being a user of the health service of the Center for Women's and Children's Health Care (Casmuc) and for attending Basic Education, inclusion criteria. The instrument used for data collection was APEGI (Psychoanalytic Follow-up of Children in Schools, Groups, and Institutions), composed of a semi-directed interview script and some indicators that report on the quality of the child's bond with others. The data were processed quantitatively and qualitatively and served as the basis for the construction of the clinical case. All desirable ethical recommendations for research involving human subjects were respected and followed. The case of Lucas Explorer indicates that the therapeutic companion-child bond, established through the careful gaze of the professional who made a commitment to what Lucas knew and not to what he did not know, helped support the becoming of the student as a desiring subject, allowing him to speak and have an active voice in society. In this way, the place he previously occupied, that of a child reduced to a label based on a diagnosis, can be left behind.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Vivências de famílias de crianças com câncer no contexto amazônico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-04-03) CARVALHO, Milene do Socorro Bastos de; CARVALHO, Jacira Nunes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9434086419077532; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5464-2434The diagnosis of cancer is a disorganizing moment in the child's life and also in the lives of those who live with him or her, the reactions can be disastrous for the child and their families, leading them to emotional imbalances, insecurity, guilt, fear, and symptoms of depression. Identifying the family system, that is, the family as a complex phenomenon, which demands support among its members, to deal with a particular disease situation, can be the first step towards raising awareness and reflection on the importance and care of the family for the nursing. Family nursing research has contributed to new care experiences, which implies a reflection on new possibilities for nurses / family interaction in different scenarios and contexts. OBJECTIVES: To identify the structure, development and standard of functioning of the children's families with cancer in the region of Amazonia/Belém/Pará, by applying the Calgary Family Assessment Model (MCAF); to describe the children's families history with cancer according to the MCAF in the Amazonian context; to describe the expectations of the children's family members with cancer in relation to the participation of the nurse in the care of the child and his / her family. METHODOLOGY: A descriptive and exploratory study with a qualitative approach, used as a theoretical and methodological reference, the Calgary Family Assessment Model. It was developed in the city of Belém-PA, in a reference hospital in pediatric oncology. The study included 05 families of children diagnosed with cancer who were being treated in the hospitalization sector. A semistructured interview technique was performed, whose sessions were recorded and transcribed entirety, avoiding the loss or misrepresentation of the information. The analysis of thematic content was carried out in the light of the MCAF in three categories: structural, developmental and functional evaluation, presented through the Genogram and Ecomapa through the statements of each family interviewed. RESULTS: From the experiences of caring for the child with cancer we verified that the families experienced significant changes and problems of several magnitudes that came to compromise some relationships in the internal and external structure of the families. The Calgary Family Assessment Model allowed us to observe a scientific and systematic structure, through its categories of family assessment, because it helped us to gather information, which gave us support in the construction of the Genogram and Ecomapa in a way that allowed a broader and more significant view of the family structure. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The child and his/her family need a qualified and systematized assistance in order to enable paths that foster feelings of hope, security and confidence regarding the treatment and consequently aiming a satisfactory prognosis, so we emphasize the need for new studies related to the family, especially the applicability of the Calgary Family Intervention Model (MCIF), in order to deepen and make possible new dimensions, giving to family nursing new collaborations of great scientific relevance.
