    The current corporate scenario seeks to integrate social and environmental elements in the management process, where organizational effectiveness would be much more than allocating resources and maximizing results, it would involve the ability of managers to harmonize business management and Social and Environmental Responsibility in the search for sustainability. This business challenge requires new managers capable of understanding the complexity of environmental issues and their risk scenarios in a critical and integrative way. Based on this theme, this dissertation seeks to answer: How is the training of future managers capable of promoting an understanding of the complexity of environmental issues? And how does a methodological tool of a pedagogical character allow to promote processes of reflection and awareness about environmental risk scenarios? The social relevance of this research seeks to contribute to the process of training bachelors in Administration at the Faculty of Education and Technology of the Amazon (FAM), in the city of Abaetetuba / PA, responsible for their role in society, training future managers in addition to technical knowledge and disciplinary. The main authors that supported the theoretical foundation were: Giddens, Beck and Lash (1997), Becker (2001; 2004), Cavalcante (2015), Loureiro and Pomier (2013), Zhouri (2008) and Acselrad (2015) addressing environmental risk scenarios; Lui and Molina (2016), Da Costa Tavares (2011), Becker (2001), Araújo and De Sales Belo (2009), Kohlhepp (2002), Teisserenc (2010) and Loureiro (2002) are based on discussions about risks in the Amazon; Reigota (2017), Freire (1996; 1987), Loureiro; Tozoni-Reis (2016), Guimarães (2000), Loureiro and Layrargues (2013), Leff (2006; 2010; 2012), Lisboa et al (2012), Borges and Alencar (2014), Moran (2014), Aires (2015) and Jacobi et al (2011) for fundamental questions about environmental education as a tool for sustainable development; Berté (2013), Demajorovic e Silva (2012), Dias (2017), Springett (2005), Quintas (2004), Layrargues and Lima (2014), Leff (2012), Tachizawa (2017) and Barbieri (2004) referencing the challenges of Socio and Environmental Responsibility in the teaching of Administration. The study methodology has a qualitative approach, of an applied and exploratory nature. To achieve the proposed objectives, documentary research was used to analyze the environmental approach in the Pedagogical Project of the Administration Course; in the field research, a structured questionnaire was applied to 52 students from the seventh semester of the Administration course and based on the answers, a didactic proposal for the teaching of the Social and Environmental Responsibility discipline was built and tested. The results validate the research, as they contributed to the students' sensitization and awareness about risk scenarios and environmental complexity, in addition to enabling the training future managers incorporated to the challenges of sustainability.
