Conceitos de gestão e gerência do cuidado de enfermagem: revisão de escopo

Introduction: Terms “Care Management” and “Care Administration” are strongly present in the reality of health services and academic literature in studies at the most diverse care levels. The scope and differentiation of the terms Nursing Care Management and Nursing Care Administration are a matter of great concern. Objectives: To define the Management and Nursing Care Administration concepts based on the existing scientific production. Methods: This is a scoping review based on the protocol of the Joanna Briggs Institute. Data was collected in the 04-25/04/2020 period. The researched papers were retrieved from LILACS, CINAHL, MEDLINE, and SCOPUS databases without time limits. The sample consisted of studies published in Portuguese, English, and Spanish from 2007 to 2020. Results: We established a structural framework that involves the Nursing Care Management and Nursing Care Administration concepts. The definition and characterization of each component of this framework, its relationships, and, mainly, the conceptualization of the Care Management and Nursing Care Administration terms. This study identified that working in “Nursing Care Management” requires the same skills as working in “Nursing Care Administration”. However, such concepts are mobilized under different frequency and density, and skills with more significant strategic-administrative nuances are more strongly mobilized in the “Nursing Care Administration” thematic core. In contrast, skills mobilized show essentially strategic-cognitive nuances in the “Nursing Care Management” thematic core.

This brief essay, in the style of bell hooks, remains issues between domestic and institutional work, having as its focus home, which, in other respects, is our country and our planet. The problem is updated beyond a female question based on Byung-Chul Han's psychopolitics, especially with regard to the constraints suffered by Brazilian intellectuals and artists. Burnout of the society of tiredness generates carelessness, not paying attention to what you really are. Not having gender is feeling out of any category and this can be interesting to overcome the lack of compassion of the performance subjects and create a poetics that affirms an unsubdued existence.

O Mestre e o Psicanalista: tecendo laços nas políticas públicas

The psychoanalytic discourse insertion into public health institutions causes some technical and ethical deadlocks for confronting the singularity of “an individual”, that is an aim of psychoanalysis, to the kind of healthcare employed by public policies of attention and care “for all” users of certain categories. This fact has made many psychoanalysts to wonder about important points of this experience, for example the role of subject in healthcare services, whose emergency gets subservient to the master’s discourse, which structures the institutional relations. How to keep the specificity of the psychoanalytical praxis in the institutional context, in which bonds are structured by the master’s discourse? How do agreements and disagreements between discourses of master and psychoanalyst happen? The Psychoanalysis, according to the Freudian-Lacanian orientation, responds to these issues taking into account the analyst's discourse peculiarity and treatment of the subject of the unconscious from what Lacan called psychoanalysis applied to therapy, which makes possible the inclusion of psychoanalysis the institution.

Representações sociais sobre alcoolismo entre alcoolistas abstêmios em tempos de pandemia

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the SARS-Co-V-2 virus, has been producing repercussions on a global scale, bringing both biopsychosocial, economic, political, cultural and historical impacts, unprecedented in the recent history of epidemics. The population was in isolation and social distance to avoid contamination among their peers, causing, in a way, changes in the physical and mental health of the human being, which can lead the person to risk for the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Problems related to alcoholism affect the individual and the family as a whole, causing psychological, emotional, spiritual illness and breakdown in the family system. Thus, in order to understand the social representations related to alcohol use, it is necessary to retrace the paths and contexts of its social construction. Objective: To understand the social representations of alcoholism among abstemious alcoholics in times of the COVID-19 pandemic in a Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and Other Drugs in Belém-Pa. Method: This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, using the theoretical framework of the Theory of Social Representations (SRT) in the procedural aspect according to Serge Moscovici, Denise Jodelet and collaborators. The research scenario was developed at the Center for Psychosocial Care for Alcohol and Other Drugs - CAPS AD III Marajoara, district of Entroncamento (DAENT), municipality of Belém, where abstemious alcoholic users participated through the application of the theoretical data saturation technique. Data collection took place through the sociodemographic profile, the analysis of research on alcoholism, the technique of free association of words (TALP) and the semi-structured interview. For the preparation of the material, the ATLAS.ti version 22 software was used, with the Braun & Clark thematic analysis being carried out until, and later, after organizing the data, the report was produced. Results: from the analysis of the data obtained, the registration units converged to three categories, namely: Social representations about alcoholism and its social challenges; Social representations of the meanings of CAPS AD and its repercussions for the treatment; Social representations in the (re)construction of alcohol abstinence. Final considerations: The social representations of alcoholics made it possible to know and understand the true extent of the challenges that caring for an alcoholic user entail in their daily lives. In addition, CAPS AD offers a significant welcome in the lives of users and families at different levels of care, valuing the role of the alcoholic user, in the construction of their citizenship, integrating to their territory in which they live, in a perspective of a way of to be and to live singularly as a person, and not as one discriminated against by society.

O Uso Cuidadoso das Redes Sociais Virtuais

Virtual social networks allow an individual to share connections with other and establish strong and weak social bonds. In this scenario, its abusive use takes place under the influence of Information and Communication Technologies. The purpose of the text is to reflect on the use of virtual social networks, and ignorance of the other; and gestaltic connections for the careful use. The method was theoretical and critical analysis of texts, examining the search for the affirmation of diversity and difference in contexts of deterritorialization, biotechnologies, post-truth, reduced empathy, psychic fragility that affects the subjectivation of people, causing psychological distress. We consider that, caring is imperative, involves preventive and interventional strategies around people and institutions to face physical and psychological inequities, to which we are exposed. It is a guiding thread of health. We point out that Gestalt-therapists converge with the heideggerian's thinking that postulates care as the essence of human existence. Caring is the counterpoint to the sickness that is performed as a spectacle that regulates social relations mediated by the use of the internet. It is also tolerance, deep respect for the other, it is solidarity between all men and all women, justice, democracy and respect for human rights.
