This research aimed to analyze, in a synchronic and diachronic way, the national drug policy and its perspective on gender issues from 2010 to 2020. The study will be developed based on documentary research carried out in four documents on the topic which present a centrality and prominence in national drug policies in Brazil. Noting that the situation and conditions of women in public policies regarding drugs are treated and experienced differently in relation to other social segments, since their bodies are crossed by sexism and unique factors that are part of gender issues, which is why this research will seek a transversal view to understand “how” these policies encompass these specificities. Public domain documents were analyzed to identify and analyze the research problem from a constructionist perspective of social psychology, which considers both historical and relational aspects as well as the construction of the dynamics surrounding the problem. What the documents present is a lack of approach to the gender issue or even just generic references to the woman/female segment as citations about it from a population perspective and not as a matter of analysis, care or policy.

O narcotráfico e o sistema penal federal no estado do Pará
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 1999) ROSÁRIO, Marco Alexandre da Costa; CASTRO, José Carlos Dias
The present work is divided into two parts: one general and another specific. We try, in the general part to give a vision concerning to the issue of the use and of the traffic of narcotics and kindred drugs, under their historical and social perspectives, since their origins, in the old times, till the present one. in considering the formation of the great criminal organizations, formed and starting from the growth of the ilicit trade in narcotics and initiated in the first years of this century, regarding mainly to the cocaine traffic and also to the one of the Colombian cartels of Cali and Medellín, created the latter, therefore, since the decade of 1970. It leads us to analyze, in a simplified form, the social issues provoked by the drug traffic, since the conflicts generated in the producer countries of South America, till their present condition in the State of Pará, as a drug runner. It also analyses the Brazilian legislation and the criminologic issues on the question. In the specific part, we investigate the matter, starting it from fieldwork, as a research on the performance of the component institutions of the Penal System at federal level in the State of Pará, whose task is to fight the traffic in narcotics. In order to reach this objective, we stimulated to research, this way, the criminal processes that exist in the judgmentship of the judiciary Section belonging to the Federal Justice in the State of Pará, besides having interviewed the Federal Judges, Republic Procurators and Federal Police Delegates who exercises their activities in the State of Pará, seeking, this way, to make a clear and objective study, concerning to his subject, fundamentally checking the answers once given by the above mentioned institutions (Penal System) in relation to the problem of the ilicit traffic in narcotics and kindred drugs, at an international level, in the State of Pará.

Sensores de narcóticos, gás natural e syngás utilizando nanotubos de carbono sob ação de campo elétrico externo
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-02-15) AIRES, Júlio Cesar Nunes; CHAVES NETO, Antonio Maia de Jesus; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3507474637884699; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9730-3512
This work presents an analysis of the molecular dynamics between several illicit drugs: benzoylmethylecgonine, diacetylmorphine, 3,4 methylenedioxymethamphetamine, D-Deoxefedrine, lysergic acid diethylamide and, interacting with a section of carbon nanotubes at low initial temperature, corresponding to 10-3 K, and under a uniform electric field, like a drug detection system. In addition to the analysis of the behavior of natural gas molecules and SYNGAS interacting with a carbon nanotube at an initial simulation temperature of 300K, with all systems being relaxed by 50 ps outside the carbon nanotube, describing each possible arrangement for capture; a constant external electric field was then applied to the systems, longitudinally, along the length of the carbon nanotube, promoting an evanescent effect, capable of trapping them orbiting the carbon nanotube. Simulations for electric field intensities within a range of 10-5 to 10-1 a.u. were performed, to verify the behavior of drugs, while for the molecules that comprise Natural Gas and SYNGAS, a range of 10-8 to 10-1 a.u. was adopted. Average orbital radii were estimated, in addition to a number of thermodynamic properties. Our results indicate that the combination of a uniform external electric field and van der Waals interactions in a carbon-derived nanotube is enough to create an evanescent field of attractive potential, modeling it as a system for the detection of temperature and drug rays .
