The primary form of communication to be discussed as a result of the Social Capital and mobilization, because the use of mass comunication is not enough to reach the entire community in which the bank operates. For this purpose the theoretical framework focused on the solidarity economy and the environment; communication; social capital; and social mobilization. Also, it was realized visits to a two BCDs in Manaus, in the Palmas Bank (Fortaleza) and in the Banco Tupinambá (Moqueiro), where a qualitative study of mothers enrolled in the Bolsa Família, Federal Government Program which funds assistance to families living in poverty or extreme poverty, who participate in the project CECI-Mulheres, whose results showed that although the project has been carry out for a year, the participants do not clearly have the basic concepts of Solidarity Economy and BCDs – as women who belong to it are opinion formers, then their position give clues about how the community sees the bank. As part of conclusion of the work, it was realized an assessment about communication channels of Tupinambá Bank emphasizes that the outside communication is more advanced than the inside communication, therefore were made suggestions for new channels focused on mobilization and growth of social capital in Baía do Sol community.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cooperativa agrícola resistência do Tocantins - CART: alternativa de organização sócio-produtiva do pequeno produtor rural em Cametá/Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-08-31) SOUZA, Michele Lima de; BARBOSA, Maria José de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6967470592226610This thesis is an analysis of strategies for small farmers organized in cooperatives in search of job security and income in Cametá City, Pará. In this way, it was considered initially influences the conditions for social integration, productive and economic incentives and the Prelature and advisory institutions that reinforced the organization. In this way, the Union of Rural Workers struggles of demand led to the improvement of socioeconomic conditions in Cametá City. The theoretical reflections and practical reality, these actors, show that the relationships have been articulated to promote a view of the changes that have impacted this city, which has been compounded since the implementation of major projects in the Amazon, such as the deployment of Hydroelectric Tucuruí, which significantly changed the lifestyle of this population. Thus, the Rural workers, organized collectively, now play for overcoming these difficulties through productive activities as a strategy for local sustainable development, highlighting instruments to guarantee the production and marketing of fruits, with emphasis on açaí, but also in other products such as cassava flour and recently oilseeds. Underpins the theory is the appropriation of the concept of Instrumental Freedoms (FI's), discussed by Amartya Sen (2000). Are both the end and the middle of the development process. Intertwine and become stronger as they are reached. These instrumental freedoms were called political freedom, economic facilities, social opportunities; transparency and Guarantees and Measures ensurig social protection and security. To achieve the results of this research, we observed the internal and external aspects of a social organization and analysis of the prospects of removing restrictions on such freedoms, from an experience of strategic planning conducted by the group of women Herb Life in Marapanim (PA). The group was selected from an action of solidarity economy, developed by Etnofarmácia laboratory, the Center for Environment UFPa with a women's quiet neighborhood in the district of Marudá in Marapanim (PA) involved in the production of medicines craft. Considering the results of this research, the products are direct from the drafting of the strategic planning group and produce a guidance manual for facilitators of local planning. The analytic cutting to understand the experimentation of another economy in the Sitzenship Territory of Low Tocantins, while administration strategy and territorial development. The present work is structured in two analytic axes: (i) the experimentation of another economy while movement of organized civil society, by one lide, and (ü) the fomentation to that "alternative model" of social-economic as government politics, for other. The general objective of the research was to present and understand the reality of a rural community inserted in the Marajó region, focusing on the set of solidary economic activities, in order to identify its limitations and potential, with a view to contributing to the permanent search development anchored in the territory. The methodological procedures used were bibliographic research, documentary research and field research, using the qualitative method, with an exploratory approach, through a case study. It stands out as a hypothesis that the community is in full construction of a solidary and cooperative culture and has been developing several initiatives focusing on production, distribution, consumption, savings and credit, organized in the form of self-management that effectively contribute to the achievement of territorial development and better management of natural resources, but which still requires a leap in quality both in the maturation and operationalization of its projects, in the effective access to new markets, and in the improvement of its solidarity collaboration networks inside and outside PEAEX Acutipereira , in order to achieve full social emancipation and collective well-being. It was found that the solidary economic initiatives in operation in the research community, in fact, are providing families with jobs, income and better living conditions, even if in an incipient way. The survey was developed based on the experience of that program, conducted from 2007 to 2010, while government proposal who wrote the Public Policy Work and Income of the state, signaling the possible strategies for the construction of the fight against unemployment, poverty, social exclusion, especially of young people from the social economy. The Work Scholarship Program had three main social and professional qualification: professional training for the formal market, creation of individual and family development and organization of enterprises collective solidarity. For analytical purposes the research was defined in the latter axis, given their difference in promoting inclusive production through cooperative work and self-managing. Thus, he was elected a qualitative approach to realization of this dissertation combining documentary research on projects and reports related to Work Scholarship Program with the completion of an interview with engineers and technicians who participated in the program. In addition to research on books, dissertations, monographs and other productions on the policies discussed in this work. However, from the Psychiatric Reform Process the job enters the scene from new perspectives. Accordingly, this study analyzes the relationship between the mental health policies where work is associated with the solidarity economy, in order to understand the meaning attributed to the associated work, seeking to identify their social productive insert practices and how that is incorporated into the Field of mental health in the State of Pará. this is a qualitative research, based on interviews, observations in locos, survey of documentary and institutional material. at the same time, was realizaed the study using the material, so that the data were organized, and highlight the experiences observed by means of workshops and / or production developed in replacement services, as well associations and cooperatives. Was Obtained in the result that the social and productive activities related to mental health services are part of the CAPS developed, but are also encouraged from these spaces as in the case of the Brightness and Light, the only association of people with mental disorders. Despite, if they show incipient and fragile in its constitution, requiring adequate infrastructure and resources, therefore, no possibility of autonomy and independence from their partners, especially government, it is found in the individual strengths of people entered. This work shows the Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperatives and Enterprises Solidarity (ITCPES), a program of teaching, research and extension to the "Cooperativa de Fruticultores de Abaetetuba (COFRUTA)". We started from the exploratory-descriptive in a qualitative and quantitative approach to demonstrate the process on dimensions of sustainability as: economic, social, political, management and training. It aims to contribute with the debate around the conquests from the collective practice experience on the local development construction at Igarapé- Miri. Then, the target of this research is to understand the solidarity economy scenario, as well as the different conceptions around this prominent theme with the local development when both are understood as important strategies to the women contribution as a collective subject capable of break up with the invisibility, empowering themselves and become the protagonist of their own history. Important moments of fight and female resistance are emphasized around the equality of rights, income generations and participation at the public life. In this way, the emphasis of social movements and the organizations wich those women were/are articulated, was important to the comprehension of how they achieved their space and a local, regional and nacional politics representation, showing that the new political-cultural and socio-economic practices become references and changes the role of those women at the contemporary society. Finally, it was emphasized that the Igarapé-Miri construction was/is from a lot of fights and consequently, by conflicts that express themselves at familiar and work ambit, clearly showing inequalities that are hidden most times. This research brings to the debate the solidarity economy principles, as a propitious environment to the women‟s empowerment, and the strategies for a local development and public visibility to those women.
