Diretrizes para a melhoria do nível de serviço logístico na execução de perícias criminais de engenharia civil: um estudo de caso

In this work are discussed issues related to verification and analysis of logistical service level provided by the State in the execution of criminal civil engineering expertise. Were considered factors such as equipment and means of transport used, qualification of professionals involved, standardization of procedures adopted and expert reports. The goal is to obtain guidelines on activity studied through identification of potential opportunities for improvement in the management of this area of Criminalistics and considering the logistical components of performance related to key factors: inventory, transportation, facilities and information. The research methodology used was the case study, with the use of statistical reports and semi-structured interviews with the managers of the body responsible for forensic activity in Pará. Regarding the results obtained, when the the content's interviews was analyzed, it was noted that the working hypotheses has a correlation with some guidelines, such as the increase in efficiency of logistic service level in activity studied through the adoption of standardized operating procedures.
