Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma análise genealógica da objetivação mulher em documentos do UNICEF(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-10-01) MIRANDA, Danielle Santos de; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759International agencies such as the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), connected to the United Nations (UN), aim to be guardians of children and young people in order to ensure compliance and to defend and promote the rights of these segments. Such practices are constituted by heterogeneous knowledge anchored in programmatic axes framed in the manner of concerns, such as the observance of gender objectification in policy to protect children and adolescents in Brazil. Thus, after reading the documents of UNICEF, we can verify the presence of an objective process of gender relations and in particular, the objectification of women as an eyeliner vector of public policies proposed by this body for the rights of children and youth. Thus, we built this master's thesis in psychology with the purpose of studying this problem, using clues from the genealogy of Michel Foucault to question the practices of objectification of woman object in reports of UNICEF, in Brazil, from 2007 to 2009.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cartografias do Diário do Pará: um estudo genealógico do acontecimento homicídio contra jovens em um caderno policial(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012) FRANCO, Ana Carolina Farias; OLIVEIRA, Paulo de Tarso Ribeiro de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9266787581530443; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This thesis aims to analyze how to approach of murder of young in the police part of the Diário do Pará, newspaper of great circulation in the state. The Diário do Pará as a vehicle of mass communication, produces knowledge, circulates certain values, establishing regimes of truth and forging subjectivities, which are consistent with the project's political and economic (neo) liberalism. Thus, we undertook a brief analysis mapping of contemporary political and economic forces that govern the plots juveniles and other population segments that, in our analysis, underlying the rationales of the Journal of Pará in the production of news about the juvenil homicide. With the arquegenealógico method, give visibility to the network listed and non-discursive practices of newspaper, who design the place of youth, especially the poor and non-educated, to the territories of violence and criminality. Notice that in newspaper articles analyzed the death of young is produced as an occurrence at the same time impressive, because of the sensasionalist resources used in the construction of news, and justified by being inteded as a result of an juvenile trajectory who insisted on diverting the model of the good citizen (sweet and productive), to embark on the path of crime and vice. We also conclude that the practices of this paper connect to security-obsessed who have invested the whole social body and has organized from the demand for law and order.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cultura de paz e UNESCO: uma analítica documental da gestão de corpos no Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-10-02) CRUZ, Franco Farias da; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This study aimed to perform an analyses of the power in the document "Declaration and Program of Action on a Culture of Peace", which was legitimized in 1999 by a United Nations General Assembly, establishing it self as the priority directive of the practices in the agency UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). The objectives are to analyze the contributions of Michael Foucault's Genealogy to the understanding of sexual abuse of children and adolescents when committed by the subject teacher; To discuss the forms of knowledge and power adopted by scientific production in order to objectify the practices of sexual abuse against children and adolescents committed by the teacher; Reflect on the coping policies (powers) that come into play to this event within the established programs and governmental actions and how they are applied on the bodies of children and adolescents; Identify and discuss the manner in which the Judiciary has been producing its jurisprudence in cases brought to its appreciation and the relations of power and process of subjectivation that these documents produce. How are research problems highlighted What is the importance of Michael Foucault's Genealogy in the problematization of the analyzer sexual abuse event against children and adolescents practiced by the teacher? How are the practices of knowledge and power triggered for the objective scientific production of this type of sexual abuse? How do such practices come into play and how are they triggered on the bodies of sexually abused children and adolescents by the teacher? How has the judiciary been producing its Jurisprudence in cases brought to its appreciation in relation to the delinquent professor? The methodological theoretical framework adopted is based on a historical-genealogical analysis proposed by Michael Foucault. Bibliographical and documentary research covering the period from 1998 to 2016. The theoretical and documental evidences showed that the sexual abuse event has become the object of study in different researches carried out in the various areas of knowledge, transforming itself into an epistemological investment field, Particularly in the dissertations and theses produced and defended in the Graduate Programs in Brazil. However, there are few works that approach this phenomenon having as principal agent the subject teacher. Moreover, in the area of education, this subject is still covered by taboo, but within the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the State of Pará, the decisions show that, despite the entire system of guarantees and public policies in Brazil , The teacher who is invested with knowledge and pastoral power, instead of being a subject that promotes citizenship and human dignity through the school education process, becomes a delinquent who makes his profession a means of enticing children and adolescents to perpetrate sexual abuse.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A genealogia em Foucault: uma trajetória(2009-12) LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; CARDOSO JÚNIOR, Hélio RebelloThis article aims to achieve a path of genealogy as a way to write history as question / problem, according to Michel Foucault, breaking with a continuous, linear, teleological history, which sought origins and similarities between objects and attempts to establish causal relationships between the events. A history of discursive practices, power and subjectivity was the contract proposed by Foucault. The analysis of the source and emergency broke with a whole historiographical tradition which made the events memory and monuments constructed and interpreted by categories of similarity. Foucault questions this model to make history, working with new issues and problems and working with the multiplicity of scattered, rare, heterogeneous events, in clippings of series of statements in files, without searching for early origins and without utilitarian goals to be achieved.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A genealogia filosófica em Nietzsche e em Foucault(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-06-10) NASCIMENTO, Ronaldo Luiz Silva do; BARROS, Roberto de Almeida Pereira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4521253027948817Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Interrogando práticas do UNICEF para os adolescentes no Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-06-17) SILVA, Ana Lúcia Santos da; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759This assignment intended to investigate and to interrogate the speech practice of UNICEF directed to the Brazilian “adolescents”. The foucaultian theory appeared in the historic genealogical method to question the “Brazilian Adolescent Situation” report (2002), which is a privileged source of this research. Thus, the questions that moved this study were: which UNICEF practices took place over the adolescent bodies, at begins of XXI century? Which subjectivities these practices produce? How do them objective the adolescence? Which power relations set before these bodies? What are the effects they do? The history of the false and the truth was not the aim of these problematic issues, once it does not have political matters, but to put in doubt the production of the truth system in respect to these subjects and its effects nowadays. So, to mark the singularity of the events that forged this object as an issue to human science, as a question to the UNICEF and to the System for Safeguarding Human Rights. This way, the aim of this study was the analysis of speech practices of power and subjectiveness that object and subject the Brazilian adolescence. With this device, we demounted the document, chopped the series, disarticulated the continuities, rewrote and reinvented the adolescence object, lifting up the certainty and the truth that crossed them and that intended to constitute them as an natural object, immerse on solidness and homogenizations. As results we have identified dichotomies in the document, for instance, such as potentiality/risk and positive/negative phases that tried to neutralize the subject as something took a priori. A subject that has an essence and he was objectified and a subjectified by straight perspective of the human development, for instance, adaptation/unadaptation, normal/abnormal, maturity/immaturity and a straight sequence of phases that also responds to economical-developmental neoliberal conceptions concerned with the cost-benefit equation. We tried with an aware look to the power nonentity to destroy certain and evidences, attempting not only to intentionality of the power games but also to the struggle chances.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Modos de subjetivação de adolescentes ‘incorrigíveis’ pelo UNICEF no Brasil em projetos de aceleração da aprendizagem na distorção idade-série(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-05-27) MESQUITA, Marcelo Ribeiro de; LEMOS, Flávia Cristina Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8132595498104759; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4951-4435The object of this research is the age-grade distortion for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) as an issue that becomes an abnormality in the society of performance and information. Thus, as a study problem, the theme treated as the object of this study has in view the uniqueness of the cases that include students “to be corrected” perceived not as subjects, but as data and investments historically manufactured as products of knowledge/power relations constituted from the hegemony of school education in modernity and the sciences that serve as a theoretical substrate. Question: How does UNICEF monitor what it calls age-grade distortion? How does UNICEF create the notion of abnormality from the schooling process articulated to the notion of development of children and adolescents through the chronological idea linked to performance? The thesis states that UNICEF, in Brazil, acts in the policies of acceleration of learning in Brazil in the correction of the school flow and produces effects in the subjectivity of the students seen as bodies "to be corrected" in an ageist way in Pará. The methodology is the genealogy from Michel Foucault and the documentary research of Cultural History. The general objective is to problematize and investigate the modes of subjectivation in UNICEF publications and their reverberations in the implementation of learning acceleration projects. The specific objectives: to scrutinize the daily life of the “incorrigibles” in the acceleration project implemented in the state of Pará, as well as the education professionals involved and question how the knowledge and practices that made possible the invention of the student with age-grade distortion in educational public policies for UNICEF. Among the results, it is possible to state that UNICEF, despite being concerned with the right of children and adolescents to education, ends up carrying out a process of ageist classification in relation to the schooling process.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Um projeto civilizador: revisitando Faoro(1995) MENDONÇA, Kátia Marly LeiteRaymundo Faoro's interpretation of the formation of a ruling "bureaucratic status group" in Portugal and afterwards in Brazil is examined. Unlike his great contemporary Sérgio Buarque de Holanda, Faoro's conception is "civilizing", it is argued: it is more concerned with the search of the "Other" than with proposals that imply the approval of the origins.
