Interações rural-urbano: a sociobiodiversidade e o trabalho em portos, feiras e mercados de Belém, Pará

Many species that represent Amazonian sociobiodiversity, in addition to their ecological role, also exert an impact on the economy by means of their various usages — alimentary, therapeutic, ornamental or for handicraft — and reflect the productive potential of the islands of the municipality of Belém and other parts of the State of Pará. The promotion of those products boosts the activities in the marts, wharves and marketplaces studied — the Ver-o-Peso Complex, Porto do Açaí, Porto da Palha, the Jurunas Supply Complex and the Icoaraci Riverbank Mart — and insere the reproduction of rural social groups and informal urban workers, who number over a thousand individuals directly involved in their trade, organized either singly or in families, and mostly earning a monthly income of one to three times the minimum wage. It is essential to consider the riverine waterfront of Belém as a place of interaction between the rural and the urban, so as to allow for a critical analysis of the forms of appropriation of the city, or social production and reproduction of the work system, the actors involved and the benefits of sociobiodiversity.

Os limites da ação coletiva nos Conselhos Municipais de Saúde

This article addresses the collective actions of participation in the municipal health councils. The underlying research sought to establish the performance of the councilors in the municipal health councils in the Metropolitan Region of Belém in the State of Pará. A survey of documents for the 2005-2010 period, structured interviews and observations with counselors in sessions of meetings of the boards of three counties were analyzed. An indicator of three levels of participation centered on the legal functions of the health councils and based on the theory of social groups as its analytical principle was constructed. The results indicate that the activities of the councils are marked by the co-option of councilors and the definition of deliberative agendas on the part of representatives of management, in which individual interests predominate over the collective interests of the councilors in the deliberations. The conclusion is that such behavior is contrary to the principles of the Unified Health System - SUS and weakens the social image of the councils, in addition to opening up a new analytical perspective.

This paper analyzes the works of women artists and contemporary plastic and visual art of Pará. However, I quote this search to Antonieta Santos Feio modernist painter to represent the woman of Pará. First, is presented starting from a historical representation of women from the statues of Venus Steatopygous of prehistoric sculptures of Venus from the Classical Era to contemporary reinterpretations. This work also traces the path of struggles and achievements for the professionalization of women in the arts to contemporary times. Later, a brief introduction to different perspectives on concepts of gender, identity, identification and social movements in contemporary releases that contributed to social, sexual and intellectual to the artistic universe. Research shows the female universe in the arts, women's artistic expression, the interpretation of the female artist about on women and the symbolic representation of the regional women. The artists chosen for this study are composed narratives, aesthetics and poetics of the feminine in contemporary art of Pará.

Partilha da intimidade e busca de acolhimento: testemunhos e interações da comunidade LGBTI no grupo Lana Del Ray Vevo

In the presented research, we discuss the types of self-exposing and the seeking for refuge through the LGBTI community interactions in the secret Facebook group Lana Del Ray Vevo. The point of the group’s creation in 2013 was only to produce content for its homonymous page on Facebook. Nowadays, after reaching almost one million members, the LDRV conquered unprecedented popularity in its host social network. The group has been a strong LGBTI community representativeness ally, since the most of its members are part of that community. It was a favorable environment for the testimonies and sharing of experiences, in light of the community demands for listening and hosting. The research dialogues with Goffman (1985), Giddens (2002), Papacharissi (2011) and Sibilia (2004) in order to understand the self-representations in this social network environment and in the LDRV group, as well as Queré (1991) and France (2004) to understand the guiding principles of group interactions. The boundaries fluidity and the interpenetrations between the public, the private and the relations that are established as well as the interactions intimacy occurred in the virtual environment, are discussed based on Winocur (2011, 2012) and Arfuch (2010), while the social roles played in the group and the relationships that are established in the internet social networks are observed from Recuero (2009). For more, Ricoeur (2014) allows us to understand the self-image construction. From the methodological point of view, the research has clipping posts showing testimonies about the "coming out" time of the LDRV members, using the formulations of Sedgwick (2007) to understand about the "epistemology of the coming out" allied with a recent subject research as Silva Filho (2012), Reis (2017) and Serejo (2018) to set the context that permeates the research. Resorting the netnography, as proposed by Kozinets (2014), the research analyzes the posts, combining it with semi structured interviews with members of the LGBTI community, authors of the selected posts. It intends to understand why the LDRV has become, among of the everyday trivialities shared in the group, an environment in which the participants expose personal, private and intimate life, in the desire to be hosted and get attention.

Unidades de conservação e as populações tradicionais: uma análise jurídica da realidade brasileira

Este trabalho discute a definição jurídica de área protegida, a relação entre área protegida e população tradicional, e quais são os direitos dos grupos sociais que se encontram dentro destas áreas. Buscamos apresentar alguns mecanismos para ajudar na resolução de conflito causado pelo intruzamento das áreas protegidas em terras apossadas pelas populações tradicionais.
