Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise ergonômica no posto de trabalho numa linha de produção utilizando método Niosh: um estudo de caso no pólo industrial de Manaus(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011-02-28) AGAHNEJAD, Payman; OLIVEIRA, Roberto Célio Limão de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4497607460894318The present study aims at an ergonomic analysis in a production line. Through research, analysis and reporting procedures became possible to reach conclusions that allowed to formulate proposals aimed at reducing the impact of the work done on the health of the employee. Thus, the main objective of this research is to analyze the ergonomic situation of the production line of work focusing on biomechanics. The reason is because of the large outflow of workers due to health problems related to ergonomics, derivatives of the main problems they face with the handling and moving heavy loads, such as back pain, leading to the present chronic and acute problems. The method used consisted primarily in collecting data on real production company, in similar cases studied in literature and math that might prove the analysis, noting that, despite advances in technology and mechanization of tasks, many activities continues to be done manually. The conclusions make clear that care should be taken with the employee's health through the implementation of actions aimed at improving the work area with appropriate equipment for the intended activity, resulting in benefits for both the employee and for himself employer.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Bioetica, gestão do meio ambiente e pagamento por serviços ambientais: teoria e prática de uma estratégia para proteção ambiental no sistema capitalista(Universidade Estadual de Londrina, 2020-03) ALENCAR, Evandro Luan de Mattos; RAIOL, Raimundo Wilson GamaThis article aims to conduct a bioethical discussion on environmental management and payment for environmental services. The methodology to be adopted will be qualitative research, with a socio-juridical bias, with bibliographical and documentary data collection, to answer the problem of how the payment for the maintenance of environmental services presents itself as a bioethical proposal for the promotion of health and preservation of environment in the context of natural resource management in the capitalist system. The results show that payments for environmental services are a juridical and economic proposal to face the issues of collective health and environmental protection.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Caracterização socioepidemiológica em comunidades quilombolas do nordeste do Pará-Amazônia, Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-12-19) RAMOS, Noêmia Maria José Maia; NASSAR, Sérgio Eduardo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3066738195459439; OLIVEIRA, Euzébio de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1807260041420782; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8059-5902The trajectory of the black population in the Brazilian historical context gave rise to Quilombola Communities, which consolidated themselves in spaces of resistance against slavery based on their social, economic and cultural relations. This context has generated significant consequences for blacks, such as the great socioeconomic and environmental inequalities, which contribute to the mortality process for diseases linked to the precarious living conditions to which these populations are subjected. The objective of this research was to characterize the main socio-environmental and epidemiological problems of anthropic origin existing in the quilombola communities of Taperinha and Sauá-Mirim, in the Municipality of São Domingos do Capim - PA, which contribute to the illness process. The research was carried out apart from a quantitative and descriptive study, through bibliographical surveys, field research, with the use of a questionnaire applied to the communities under study, with closed and open questions, (related to socioeconomic, epidemiological, environmental issues, etc. .) and Chek-list. After collection, the data were stored and tabulated for the elaboration of figures and graphs that served as a means of better visualization, presentation and discussion of the results. These showed that these Communities have a high poverty rate, related to socioeconomic, cultural and environmental issues, which are responsible for the conditions of social inequality. As well as for the interference in the quilombola's way of life, recurrence of infectious diseases and incidences of chronic degenerative diseases, which have shown to have important epidemiological repercussions when referring to quilombola communities. Finally, it is worth noting that these results will be made available for future academic publications, in order to serve as subsidies for new researches matched with the Study in question, as well as other focus themes referring to quilombolas, so that the results found may contribute to the development projects and greater public attention in relation to quilombola communities.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Desastre socioambiental em Barcarena: a percepção dos moradores de Vila do Conde sobre o naufrágio Haidar(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05-14) MACÊDO, Jucimeire Rocha; CUNHA, Janice Muriel Fernandes Lima da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4027012189701116; OLIVEIRA, Euzébio de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1807260041420782; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8059-5902This research has as its thematic delimitation the study about socioenvironmental disasters in the Amazon region, and its main research proposal is to understand the socioenvironmental effects generated by the sinking of the Haidar vessel to the residents of Vila do Conde - coastal community of the Brazilian Amazon. The socio-environmental disaster occurred on October 6, 2015, in which a Lebanese-flagged cargo ship loaded with approximately 5,000 live oxen sank in the Port of Vila do Conde, causing the animals to die through intense suffering, spilling 700 tons of fuel oil in the Pará River, 90 tons of hay bale and 50 tons of rice bales destined to feed the animals during the trip. The general objective that guided the study sought to understand the socio-environmental and health effects of the residents of Vila do Conde, generated by the Haidar wreck. The specific objectives were based on: 1) To characterize the way of life of the residents of Vila do Conde, in a brief historical outline; 2) Analyze the social and environmental effects of the disaster; 3) Investigate the health effects of residents from the Haidar wreck. The path taken to understand the phenomenon has theoretical references based on authors such as: Artaxo (2014), about planetary transformations; Victor Marchezini (2018), who works on the theme of social and environmental disasters, which evoke reflections on the legitimacy of environmental issues and social inequality; Rita Barata (2009) and Ribeiro (2004), who exemplify the understanding of environmental health and also the result of social and environmental inequalities in the field of human health and Nascimento (2010), which elucidates the occurring and recurrent social and environmental disasters in the municipality. from Barcarena. Understanding the complexity of the object of study, the approach used was the quantitative and qualitative research. Regarding the procedures, the field research was chosen. The techniques applied for data collection were semi-structured interviews, application of questionnaires elaborated with mixed questions and records in the field diary. The data collected were organized, categorized and analyzed through content analysis, in a temporal cut, before and after the disaster. The final considerations showed that the socio-environmental disaster led to a series of imbalances regarding health, leisure, the economy and socio-cultural reorganization. Regarding health, 603 medical visits were quantified, and the most recurrent symptoms were: feeling sick, headache, malaise and vomiting. Leisure practices were compromised as the beach was banned. Economic activities concentrated in leisure, tourism and fishing were severely hampered by the beach ban. The departure of residents from their homes, located on the beach of Vila do Conde, thus marks the socio-cultural reorganization after the disaster.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Ensino na Saúde como objeto de pesquisa na pós-graduação stricto sensu: análise do Pró-Ensino na Saúde(Universidade Estadual Paulista, 2018) BAHIA, Silvia Helena Arias; HADDAD, Ana Estela; BATISTA, Nildo Alves; BATISTA, Sylvia Helena Souza da SilvaItem Acesso aberto (Open Access) Ilhas de Belém - mapeando vulnerabilidades socioambientais: subsídios à Atenção Básica à Saúde(Universidade Federal do Maranhão, 2023) ROCHA, Gilberto de Miranda; ROCHA, Emílio Chaves; BARATA, Clícia Julie Batista; SOARES, Daniel Araújo SombraThis article aims to contribute to the identification, mapping and analysis of spaces of socio environmental vulnerability in the insular area of the Municipality of Belém do Pará, in order to contribute to the elaboration of the map of the territory assigned to Primary Health Care, with a view to contributing to the policies and health actions to make service to the population operational and meaningful.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Inter-relações entre variáveis ambientais e doenças de veiculação hídrica no Município de Belém-Pa(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-11-09) VARELA, Andrew Wallace Palheta; PESSOA, Francisco Carlos Lira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8031687016215046The theme related to health and the environment is gaining more and more prominence in the scientific environment, since man is sensitive to the constant changes in the environment that surrounds him. The spatial and temporal variations of climatic elements, as well as the worsening of socio-environmental problems, provide specific environmental conditions and, consequently, can favor the emergence of diseases related to water transmission, such as leptospirosis and dengue, especially in regions with peculiar climatic characteristics and serious problems of environmental and social nature, for example, the city of Belém-PA. Thus, the objective of this work is to correlate environmental variables with the occurrence of waterborne diseases, in the 21st century (2001 to 2019), in the municipality of Belém, state of Pará, as well as to identify possible associations of health problems arising from the basic sanitation conditions of the locality. For this, a survey was carried out of the number of monthly cases of leptospirosis and dengue, through the Information System of Notifiable Diseases (SINAN) and Municipal Health Department (SESMA), as well as the variables precipitation, temperature and relative humidity, through the National Institute of Meteorology (INMET) and, subsequently, the following methodologies are applied: descriptive statistics, Spearman's correlation coefficient (ρ), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Multiple Regression Analysis, spatialization by IDW interpolation and the assessment of basic sanitation conditions. The results show a similar monthly behavior of the variables: precipitation, relative humidity and minimum temperature; and dengue and leptospirosis; with a greater number of cases in the rainy season in the region. Furthermore, with the exception of the minimum temperature, there was a correlation between the environmental variables and the diseases studied in this work. It was also observed the precariousness of sanitation conditions experienced by residents of some neighborhoods in Belém, which facilitates the proliferation of transmitting vectors. In this sense, it is inferred that seasonality may indicate a possible contribution to the rates of the mentioned diseases, especially in the rainy season, leading to an increase in the number of cases, however, for the municipality of Belém, this factor is not limited to the variable variable, but to a series of environmental and climatic conditions relating to the period in question. Furthermore, it is estimated that this study will serve as a reference for other research, as well as contribute to the development of solutions that minimize the problem.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Intervenções psicossociais aplicada a situações de conflito conjugal(Instituto de Treinamento e Pesquisa em Gestalt-Terapia de Goiânia, 2017-08) VALE, Kamilly Souza do; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro GonçalvesThis paper analyzes scientific productions that address the interventions in domestic violence situations carried out in primary health care service and psychosocial assistance. Bibliographical research was used through virtual survey of productions available on the bank of CAPES thesis between the years 2010-2015 and academic articles in SCIELO database in the period 2005-2015, aiming at building an integrative review. The keywords used as search criteria were: Conjugal violence and health and brief psychotherapy and health. After careful reading of the material, they selected 46 works, in which they identified the areas of the (remove) theoretical, conceptual and philosophical conclusions identified in the studies. The survey aimed to systematize an overview of forms of theme understanding to support the training of psychologists working in the field. It is concluded that psychotherapy is configured as a suitable field to foster deconstructions and social introjects immobilizing social relations in an operating mode of action, based on norms and rules that generate the practice of conjugal violence.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Médica da (e na) floresta: a trajetória de uma parteira, pajé e benzedeira Tembé Tenetherar(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-06) PANTOJA, Ana Lídia NauarThe purpose of this article is to reflect on the importance of traditional knowledge and traditional healing practices among the Tembé Tenethehar indigenous peoples, in the northeast of the state of Pará, through the biographical narratives of a midwife, shaman and healer from Aldeia Ytuaçu. The exploratory research using the biographical method and oral history, had the data submitted to qualitative analysis, pointing to the importance that women assume in the community and in particular the midwife Francisca, whose trajectory reveals, the tradition of popular medicine that it is not always valued in the context of indigenous health care policies that have been implemented by the State and at the local level, thereby pointing to the risks of uprooting ancestral cultural values essential to the preservation of their traditions and identities.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Modos de enfrentamento do HIV/AIDS: direitos humanos, vulnerabilidades e assistência à saúde(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-04) MAIA, Érica Catarine Ataíde; REIS JÚNIOR, Leandro PassarinhoCoping with HIV/AIDS configures itself as a challenge for contemporary society, in view of the control several aspects of the epidemic. In this research, the objective was to analyze, through theoretical studies, the HIV/AIDS social coping, circumscribed in the references of human rights, vulnerability and health care in Brazil. It was found that the notion of human rights brought innovative contributions, demonstrating that their violation increases the possibility of dissemination of HIV; the concept of vulnerability is an analysis of structures that incorporates an interdependence of individual, social and programmatic aspects in greater or lesser exposure to HIV infection; health care in the context of HIV/AIDS permeates integral public health care in the country. Finally, a reflection on these theoretical contributions in interface with HIV/AIDS coping, demonstrate them inequalities, discriminations, health system precariousness are closely related to the health-disease dynamics.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Objetivos de desenvolvimento do milênio da ONU: redução da mortalidade na infância e saneamento básico urbano no estado do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2006-06-13) VINAGRE, Marco Valério de Albuquerque; LIMA, José Júlio Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5176390429456548Sanitation and health are inseparable. Under this premise, is conducted the investigation contained in this study, that looks for to contribute offering to the society a new interdisciplinary point of view in the formulation and accompaniment of the public politics of urban sanitation. The use of urban indicators is improvement factor in the planning and administration of the cities, and matter up to date. There is abundance of them, however this study search the cognitive simplicity, although without reductionism, and there the concern resides with the Interdisciplinarities contained in the approach of this investigation, that culminates with the proposition of econometric model relating social and sanitary data censes. They are studied the relationships among mortality in the childhood, urban population, provision of urban services of water supply, sanitary exhaustion and waste collects. The explanatory relationships are verified among dependent's variable constituted by the product mortality in the childhood x urban population and the variables independent urban populations assisted with water supply, sewerage system and garbage collect. Considered the expressed politics of investments in sanitation in the General Budget of the State of Pará for the year of 2006 as usual, and starting from the developed model, the mortality in the childhood is inferred for the year of 2015, and compared with the Goal 5 of the Objectives of Development of the Millennium of UN, which consists of the reduction of the mortality in the childhood in 2/3 among the years of 1990 and 2015. The estimates of resources for the attaining of that Goal indicate the need to maintain the investments in water supply, collects of garbage and to increase them in sewer sanitarium. As logical consequence of the reasoning and of the analyses contained in the work, it is suggested as allocation criterion in the planning of resources for amplification of the provision of urban services of sanitation the mortality in the childhood.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Produção legislativa em saúde nos estados de Amapá, Minas Gerais e Pará (2004-2010)(Câmara dos deputados, 2021-08) SILVA, Raimunda Eliene Sousa; SILVA, Maria Dolores Lima da; SALES, Camila Maria RissoResearches on legislative production in Brazil allow us to understand the relationship between state powers, as well as to verify the role of political institutions in the implementation of the democratic rule of law and in the definition of public policies. This paper aims to analyze the legal production on health issues from 2004 to 2010 in the states of Amapá, Minas Gerais and Pará, with the objective of identifying the contribution of the states Executive and Legislative powers to enforce citizens' rights. Therefore, we will make an exploratory approach to data researched in the Legislative Assemblies, specifically the Ordinary Law Projects (OLP), in order to identify the proposals that were processed in the Legislative Assemblies of the states, their rites and processing times. We found that in the analyzed states there is an internal dynamic between the Executive and Legislative powers directed towards legislative production in health issues.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Programa Saúde na Escola: descentralização e respeito à autonomia federativa(Universidade Estadual Paulista, 2020-06) BANDEIRA, Marconde Ávila; OLIVEIRA, Ney Cristina Monteiro de; MILÉO, Irlanda do Socorro de OliveiraThis paper aims to approach the essential conceptual elements on decentralization and respect for federative autonomy in Public Education and Health Policies in Brazil. Perceiving its concrete definitions in the indexed publications that started in the 1980s, it perpetuated itself with more openness to go away in 1990. With an explorative qualitative approach that focuses on enlargement according to the theory, providing hypotheses for sample conduction and space to be studied (DESLANDES; GOMES; MINAYO, 2009), being guided by the bibliographic review in the database of CAPES, IBICT, SIBI / UFPA, SciELO, Google and books. Both sectors (education and health) highlight an entanglement to promote strategic actions in public policies, with emphasis on the demands of the struggles of both political and sanitary reform movements. Interdisciplinary policies and their intersectoral dialectics require their joint implementation, which mobilizes a new strategic model of these public policies.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O uso de tecnologias sociais para o fornecimento de água potável na comunidade Nossa Senhora de Fátima(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-11-05) SILVA, Neide Andrade da; SILVA, Cleber Silva e; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7673237583688618; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7086-8751Inappropriate water resources for human consumption can cause waterborne diseases. Therefore, the use of drinking water is of fundamental importance for health and good quality of life. This work was based on proposing the construction and use of handcrafted filters, at low cost, as sociais technologies aimed at obtaining drinking water in the Nossa Senhora de Fátima community in the Jardim Tropical neighborhood in the municipality of Breves. To achieve the proposed objective, it was necessary to identify the characteristics of the community where the work was carried out. It was also necessary to show, through an interactive educational lecture, the importance of conserving water resources and which filters can be built (at low cost) and used to lead a healthier life. In addition, it was essential to produce a guide, in digital format, of handcrafted filters. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with the parish priest and the Community Leader in the Category of Managers (CG), in addition to multiple-choice questionnaires being applied to 18 community members in the Community Category (CC). With this study it was found that the community of Nossa Senhora de Fatima is configured with a low-income profile and does not have access to drinking water, one of the most basic human rights. Thus, by building and using low-cost handmade filters, they obtained, for a minimum amount and in a sustainable way, water suitable for human consumption, thus contributing to reduce the spread of waterborne diseases.
