Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma análise da experiência do fazer jornalístico e sua reconfiguração diante das mudanças tecnológicas(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-11-23) NASCIMENTO, Valéria dos Santos; CASTRO, Fábio Fonseca de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5700042332015787This research seeks to understand the journalistic work, from the perspective of those who deal with the professional activity affected by the accelerated process of communication technology. Our reflection takes place through a hermeneutic approach to the phenomenon of media communication, which involves journalistic activity, interpreted under the thought of the philosopher Martin Heidegger, in his existential analysis of Dasein, the Being-there that is inevitably a Mitsein, the Being-with -others and the matter of technique. We also added authors such as Muniz Sodré (2015), Fábio Castro (2013, 2015, 2016, 2017), José Salomão D. Amorim (2012), among others. The central objective is to reflect on contemporary journalistic practice, based on the journalists' understanding of practices, in order to understand how they make possible both the social legacy of the profession - the right to information - and the service to the new consumption habits of news due to the spread of the use of digital technologies. As a methodology for the proposed discussion, we used participant observation and interviews with professionals who work for the printed newspaper O Liberal and the portal OLiberal.com, in Belém, between 2019 and 2020. The information and data collected are exposed based on the professionals' findings and how they develop paths for action, confronting empirical and theory. In advance, it is possible to argue that there are journalisms in progress, yes, in the plural, since the profession, depending on the resources invested by companies and editorial guidelines, has different practices nowadays. In the case of this research, the observed practice reconfigures the routine established until then, impacting, to a large extent, on the journalist's own ability to maintain classic precepts of the profession, in the face of the pressures of unbridled market competition.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A educação na era da técnica e o des-encobrimento poético segundo Martin Heidegger(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-02-28) PONTES, Lucival Barbalho; SEIBT, Cezar Luís; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7464213317216078The question of technique is a frontal preoccupation in the thought of Martin Heidegger after the 1930s, since it becomes the guiding thread of the conjunctural analysis that the German philosopher effects to understand the ultimate metaphysical stage erected by man since the essence of technique (Gestell/enframing) was installed as an epochal principle of the atomic age. In this scenario, the sciences in general, as well as education, were coopted by the essence of the technique, which was based on contemporaneity, thus resulting in harmful consequences for the field of education, since it was converted into human resources training, capable of forgetting the fundamental and original questioning. However, for Heidegger even in the imminence of his overthrow, man preserves the essence of what saves him, and from the disguise of his forgotten essence he can take the steps that make emerge his essential poeticity, so abandoned since delivered to the essence of the technique (Gestell/enframing). Thus, it is thought to look ontologically to education insofar as it has become an instrument of technique, to show that it can be a vector of change in this panorama, so that man is not a mere technician, because education has the power to reveal to the same possibilities still not glimpsed of truths, it is up to the masters, to rise as poets, to enable the flourishing of the questioning as a tool that can open a world of genuine unveiling, to serenity bring to the fore the let-learn as the maxim of an aporetic act, as suggested by Heidegger. Thus, this research in philosophy of education, carries out a hermeneutic-phenomenological analysis of the problematic raised from several texts of Heidegger in the maturity of its thought, being capital between this collection of texts, its conference titled Question concerning technology (1953), in order to point out the way in which an era dominated by technique was established, which imposed on man a destination. In addition, there are dialogues with great scholars of the mentioned subject, among them: Benedito Nunes, Marco Antonio Casanova, Ernildo Stein and Steven Hodge.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Finitude e morte: o “ser-para-a-morte” de Heidegger como limite e horizonte da compreensão humana(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-02-27) BRAGA, Arnin Rommel Pinheiro; SEIBT, Cezar Luis; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7464213317216078; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0166-0919This research revolves around the question of a more experiential understanding of human existence from the perspective of finitude. Assuming that every human understanding of oneself, others, and the world around us arises not only – and exclusively – from reason but also – and fundamentally – from all its vital, historical, and cultural aspects that constitute finite human existence and its world of relationships, this research will focus on the analysis of the human reality that presents itself as the most evident index of finitude: death. For this, we will employ the phenomenology-hermeneutics of the German philosopher Martin Heidegger (1889-1976). In this approach, the author seeks a "return to the things themselves," meaning that he does not aim to define the phenomenon in pre-existing categories already taken as evident. Instead, he primarily seeks to approach the phenomenon from the most experiential and original level as it reveals itself and is perceived by us. In this sense, through phenomenology-hermeneutics, Heidegger suggests that human existence reveals itself fundamentally as Dasein, or "being-there”. Once in existence, Dasein already reveals itself as a "being-towards-death”. Its existence unfolds within the bounds of temporality and mortality. Death, in turn, is not a reality external to the existence of Dasein, as if it came from outside and visited it at a certain moment in its life. Instead, death, as an intrinsic reality to the existence of Dasein, is the most certain, irremissible, and insurmountable possibility. Therefore, death reveals itself as a unique reality for each Dasein, and through it, existence always shows itself as an increasingly personal reality. Therefore, this research posits the hypothesis that death – understood within the framework of "being-towards-death" – unveils and releases a more authentic understanding of human existence. This understanding does not generalize or define existence based on pre-existing concepts but rather starts from human existence itself at its most personal and experiential level. "Being-towards-death" reveals that human existence can never be confined within a preconceived conceptual framework but always manifests as a possible, open, unique reality, and, most importantly, as an increasingly personal reality. Based on this, we believe that by reclaiming the finite ground of human existence through the understanding of "being-towards-death," we can once again bring available psychologies – and the psychologist's practice in the clinical setting – to the mode of being in human existence that is most inherent: being open to possibilities and the human characteristic of not closing oneself off to determinisms that can cause suffering. We think that by reclaiming this finite ground often concealed by the conception of a self-sufficient "thinking subject", human existence can be experienced in a more dynamic, historical, open, and responsible manner. Contemplating death and finitude restores in the human being an attitude of responsibility toward life—a life that is open and always possible, constructing and deconstructing itself, where the human being is continually compelled to "gain oneself or lose oneself”.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Linguagem e comunicação em Heidegger(Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, 2014-06) CASTRO, Fábio Fonseca deThis article discusses the ontological dimension in the Heideggerian category of “talking,” based on which we seek to make an interpretation of communication as a fundamentally intersubjective phenomenon. To this end, we use Heidegger’s Being and Time. We begin by explaining Heidegger’s concept of language, which he discusses in the above cited book, to gain an understanding of this philosopher’s concept of communication. We seek to demonstrate that talking is equivalent to giving ordinary meaning to something: not the encounter, the revelation, of the meaning itself of something, in its so-called ontical dimension, but the meaning present in intersubjectivity, in the shared world, and in the resources of understanding that the individual uses in his interactions with others. Based on this rationale, we seek to demonstrate that philosophical reflections about language and communication should be rooted in the ontology of being-with-others in order to go beyond the bounds of the individual’s metaphysics and of subjectivity in order to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of intersubjectivity.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A questão da finitude nos escritos de Heidegger de 127-1930: transcendência, mundo e liberdade(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-03-12) BRAGA, Arnin Rommel Pinheiro; SOUZA JÚNIOR, Nelson José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7150345624593204
