Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma análise sobre o patrimônio construído do ponto de vista dos aluguéis e usos comerciais da rua João Alfredo – Centro comercial de Belém - PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-12-13) COSTA, Fábio Lúcio de Souza; SILVA, Harley; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1485109352201821This Dissertation work, together with the Postgraduate Program in Applied Economics at UFPA, reflects on the economic dynamism that occurred, throughout the decades, from 1980 to 2010, in the historic and commercial center of the Capital of Pará, in terms of the behavior and socioeconomic impacts related to the variation in property rental values, due to several changes that have occurred over time, through constant alterations in the use of commercial activities and their impacts, in addition to that, this work brings an analysis of the changes that this space has undergone, specifically Rua João Alfredo, a street that has a huge history of transformations since the founding of the city of Belém. The dissertation's methodology was developed, through research and interviews with agents, directly linked to the study area and, the data collected, were catalogued, compared and analyzed, initially, in direct relation to the average rental values of m² and the minimum wage at the time, which demonstrated a drop, at the end of the last season (2010), around of 80.62%, when it was evaluated that at the beginning of the first decade, the average rent per square meter from the downtown area, it corresponded to 9.03% of the minimum wage and, at the end of the 2010s, it reached 1.75% of the minimum wage. However, a complementary comparison research was carried out, in the same study period, between João Alfredo Street (section – studied area) and adjacent areas, evaluating the behavior of rental values between these zones, which showed the same downward trend, corresponding to 54% at the end of the last decade of the study, in relation to the comparison zones. It is worth mentioning that the research work was based on newspaper classified ads in archives in the Centur newspaper library – Cultural and Tourist Center Tancredo Neves, as well as interviews with business leaders, property owners and lessors. It was noted that the economic dynamism in that area affected the valuation of properties and, consequently, the reduction in rental values, partly because to the migration of residential use to other areas and the commercial dynamics of modern commerce, very focused on lowerincome social classes, mainly, with growing informality, unlike in past times, signaling opportunities to work, in the future, on public policies aimed at attracting investments and revitalizing space with ordering and search reintroduction of residential use, along with commercial activities.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Experiências e reflexões sobre espaços urbanos de patrimônio e arte pública a partir da dimensão sociotécnica(Universidade Federal de Alagoas, 2014) SILVA, Carmen Lucia Souza daBesides presenting the Internet experience of the Urban Transcodification Project on virtualisation of historical monuments, which took place in Belém – PA, this paper aims to provide a theoretical reflection about how a socio-technical order has been effectively changing not only the interaction and production ways, but also how this order deals with the experience in effective urban spaces, which are pervaded by Public Art related heritage seen as spaces being affected by process of musealisation. The present paper also discusses the social use of heritage and the digital and virtual media, being as way to socialise information and knowledge or to consolidate a space that allows the access to the memory and experience of cultural heritage in cities. This theoretical-reflexive approach is based on researchers like Canclini (2006) who deals with historial monuments in Latin America, Levy (1999) and his issues on deterritorialisation, and Castells (2003) and FaustoNeto (2008) who argue about the socio-technical dimension.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Paradoxos da conservação da biodiversidade e da salvaguarda do patrimônio imaterial no Estado do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-07-12) CUNHA, Ana Paula Araújo Gomes; CARVALHO, Luciana Gonçalves de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9870905738650852; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7916-9092This research focuses on issues relating to policies relating to the cultural and natural heritage of the State of Pará. Even though the inseparability of nature and culture is recognized in chapters of the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the Constitution of the State of Pará of 1989, the cultural and environmental dimensions are addressed separately in the process of patrimonialization of balata crafts in the face of restrictions on access to this raw material. The general objective of this research was to discuss whether, and how, the practices of the State of Pará in relation to intangible cultural heritage and the environment contribute to its safeguarding and conservation, respectively. This is qualitative and explanatory research to specify characteristics that determine or favor the occurrence of the social phenomena focused on. The methodology involved bibliographical research and field research, which included semi- structured interviews and participant observation. Thus, it was found that the State of Pará, although it has recognized the balata craftsmanship as intangible heritage through the legislative power, threatens the material support of the craftsmanship through the executive power insofar as it allocates the trees that provide the material- cousin who makes handicrafts for companies to manage in the Paru State Forest. The bodies responsible for managing cultural heritage and the environment, as well as the legislative and executive powers, are disjointed. It is necessary to accelerate disconnections in the operations carried out by agencies and seek more integrated practices.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Manaus (AM): história, patrimônio e significância cultural(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-05-05) SILVA, Camyla Lorena Torres; MIRANDA, Cybelle Salvador; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3254198738703536; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5913-989XThe Santa Casa de Misericórdia of Manaus / AM is one of the oldest public hospitals in Amazonas and its assistance and health activities are linked to the long tradition of the Misericórdias.
