Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Arte da voz e do corpo: poéticas de narradores urbanos (Melgaço-PA)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-05-28) VIEGAS, Jurema do Socorro Pacheco; SILVA, Joel Cardoso da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6918547599708778In this research we aimed to analyse oral poetics in voices of residents who live in the city of Melgaço, in Forests' Marajó - PA. Taking as base the interlacement between rural-urban in the Amazon and considering that a lot of research about oral narratives focused on rural areas, we interpret these narratives as ways of life, creation, artistic and cultural existence produced in the poetic of the voice, performances and aesthetics by urban dwellers of Melgaço; We mapped creative movements to apprehend ways that the narrators socialize these histories that are invented, recreated, suffer adaptations or enter in disuses in urban lives. Following theoretical orientations of Semiotic Studies, Literary, Psychological, Anthropological and Cultural in connection with the Art field, using the methodology of Oral History, we strive to enter in the oral poeticity of a city of the Marajoara Amazon, capturing the imagination aesthetic that is elaborated in the everyday know-create, gestated in the art of telling and listening by residents of Melgaço. In our perception, the urban oral narratives recover, on its content, afroindígenous memories, historical heritages, practical knowledge, artistic, symbolic, psychological, philosophical and religious transmitted from generation to generation in form of counseling and human conduct. Dipped in this universe, we discovered, by the morphology of oral art, that Melgaço, in the voice of each deponente, is the place of reception, work, friends meetings and fight for life. By performantized voices, the storytellers-poets externalize feelings of dedication, affection and love for the city. The voice’s poetic makes visible the local imaginary aesthetics where the art of narrating has a unique value in the life of each poet because it shares happiness, delight for the soul, therapy for the body, moment of encounter and dialogue with one another, intertwining different times, spaces and generations.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Cartas para Amazônia: convergências entre saberes locais e Ensino Superior(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-07-31) SILVA, Aldenora Pena da; COLFERAI, Sandro Adalberto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9217166268191537Traveling through the various sides of Amazon region is the invitation of this present The present paper. The objective of the research is to contribute to the promotion and appreciation of Amazonian identities in teaching and learning processes experienced by undergraduate students from the North Region of Brazil. In this regard I intend to promote discussions through the convergence between the local knowledge and higher education. The Pedagogical Letters are used in this research as a methodological support for those discussions and to increase connections among students from different realities and different places in Amazon region by reviewing their surroundings, sharing impressions, and identifying themselves in the eyes of others based on differences and similarities. The purpose is to initiate a journey guided by various theories which support this research. The journey begins with the theoretical-methodological proposal by Jesús Martín-Barbero (2004), supported by Deleuze and Guattari (2000) and Passos, Kastrup and Escóssia (2015), such theorists identified in the cartography as a study perspective opened to different views that enable the researcher being part of the research by affecting and being affected by those experiences. Paulo Freire thoughts are present as a methodological tool in the Pedagogical Letters and in the claimed theories of a transformative, critical and emancipatory education. To substantiate the discussion on identity the theories of Stuart Hall (2005), Néstor Canclini (2008), Rogério Haesbaert (2010), Silva (2012) and Oliveira (2019) contribute to the understanding of the confusing ways of the Amazon formation. The discussion on higher education institutions is supported by the theories of Mello (2007) and Mello, Almeida Filho and Ribeiro (2008). It is not possible to develop a research on pedagogical letters without mentioning Wolton (2006), Freire (1985), Amabile (2012) and Paulo e Dickmann (2020) and the concepts that permeate the paths of communication, creativity and intentionality in the exchanged letters. Supported by such theoretical-methodological foundations, we developed the educational product Cartas para Amazônia, which is composed for a) Travel Kit: that brings clues on how the exchange of correspondences can occur methodologically and b) Travel Diary: from the research experienced by me and the students-correspondents and from discoveries and the connections among different worlds and knowledges the final educational product – Collection of Letters – Cartas para Amazônia rises. The exchange of letters proposes to bring, to each of the student-correspondents, the intersection between local and academic-scientific knowledge, enabling a diferente view of their own reality by sharing with others their conceptions of what associates them with this place in the world, appreciating their identity relationship and promoting practices engaged linked with the preservation and appreciation of Amazon.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Centro Histórico de Belém: lugar de história e memória na sala de aula(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-01-29) MARTINS, Lourdes Machado; SILVA, Wesley Garcia Ribeiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2125737316069934; MACÊDO, Sidiana da Consolação Ferreira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4202561791565993The dissertation Centro histórico de Belém: place of history and memory in the classroom, aims to develop a didactic proposition, to teach history from heritage sources, incorporating the use of local historical patrimony. The experiment was carried out at the State School of Elementary and Middle School Rui Barbosa, located at Rua Joaquim Távora, 408 in the neighborhood of Cidade Velha. For this research, two monuments of the Historic Center of Belém were selected: the Castle Fort and the Frei Caetano Brandão Square, as a space for the development of teaching and learning in interface with local history. The result was considered positive, because a great involvement of the students with the proposed tasks was observed, a fact that favored the learning of the same ones. As an educational product of the dissertation, the third chapter presents the pari passu of the didactic preposition that proposes to be used in teaching history in different series and levels of teaching. The didactics of history used foresees a methodological course in which the teacher will be the interlocutor in dialogue with the students, because it is he who will present to the students the sources that will be used, as well as, guide them in the construction of reflections about the historical patrimony , whose main objective is to stimulate the construction of historical knowledge in different spaces of memory. The students, in turn, will be agents of this research, since they will have the opportunity to analyze the sources directly and, at different times, they will be the interlocutors through the answers that they will find in the crossing of the sources to each presented question, whose objective is to approach the students of local history through direct contact with sources and local themes. The project was theoretically reflected in the debates and disciplines in the first group of the Professional Master's Degree in History Teaching, highlighting the Rüsenian didactics in epistemological interaction with the debates about heritage education. The study of the historical center from the perspective of heritage education is the educational product as a result of the master's thesis that seeks to make the dialogue between epistemology and praxis.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Com a cara lavada e a mala nas costas: memórias e identidades na trajetória do Usina Comteporânea do Teatro (1989-2011)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-06-28) ANDRADE, Valéria Frota de; AMORIM, Ana Karine Jansen de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5875820201443540; PACHECO, Agenor Sarraf; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5839293025434267This dissertation study the trajectory of the group Usina Contemporânea de Teatro, established on 1989 in Belém, and that even today still stands out as one of the most active in theater scene of Pará. Originated in the student political movement scene, the group occupied the streets and community centers, adding later, other lines of work, like animation theater and multimedia theatricals in a continuous co-authorship process. The research explores the group memory using the testimonies of some of its founders, and various documents and images, to restore and update past experiences, reflecting aspects of group identity from methodological Oral History and Analysis perspective. Topics of theater theory are used in the approach of the group experiences, and the concepts from structure of feeling, by Raymond Williams, and convivial theater, by Jorge Dubatti, support the comprehension that Usina has his existence based on a web of relationships affections, configuring the group as a collective in which personal ties have always been at the root of creative processes.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Comunicação, Identidade e TV pública no Pará(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, 2012) CASTRO, Fábio Fonseca deArtigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Comunidade quilombola Tipitinga: organização, identidade e direito à terra(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018) FARIAS, Antonio Edson; ARAÚJO, Arivaldo Silva deArtigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Dança, identidade, universalidade: as danças circulares no grupo Mana-Maní, em Belém, Brasil(Universidade Caxias do Sul, 2015-07) CASTRO, Fábio Fonseca de; COSTA, Lucivaldo BaíaThe article takes an ethnographic approach over circular dances developed by Mana Mani, a cultural group from Belém (Brazil). We want to discuss how the circular dances, a booming cultural practice in contemporary societies, contribute to the formation of identity. We discuss, particularly, the production of the empathic social bond as a factor for the constitution of political and ethical references in the identitarian typification process. Accordingly, we look into how the proposed merger between universal and local is inserted among the contemporary cultural practices on hybrid cosmopolitan senses. We also seek to discuss how traditional dances and musicality of traditional Amazonian populations are appropriated by the group and become communal ideals and values and how they produce political and ethical directions and meanings to the to the local, in his dialogue with the universal.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) De professores civis a oficiais militares: experiências sociais de militares temporários para o magistério na Força Aérea Brasileira (2011-2019)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-08-31) GAUDÊNCIO, Sandra Letícia Magalhães; NUNES, Francivaldo Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4125313573133140This dissertation analyzes the temporary hiring process of teachers as Military Officers, considering the demands related to basic education in a militarized structure. The objective is to understand the process of training and performance of temporary military officers summoned to the teaching staff (teaching and pedagogy) of the Brazilian Air Force - FAB, between the years 2011 and 2019, at Colégio Tenente Rêgo Barros (CTRB). Therefore, it is relevant to understand the daily training of these temporary officers, “the swabs” and the dynamics of a “military spirit” whose scope was determined by internal social relations. The hypotheses raised are that the various experiences of social subjects, men and women who worked in this area, permeated through strangeness, resistance, mediation, conflicts that begin from the selection process to the performance in the CTRB. With regard to the sources, the relevance of orality is highlighted based on the use of the technique of interviews, authorized and recorded through google meet, made with the temporary Officers, their memories and forgetfulness, as well as official documents, newspapers, magazines and photographs. We will seek to understand the entry process of civilian teachers in 2011 who became temporary military and are professionals in the area of Teaching and Pedagogy, considering the demands aimed at teaching in a welfare school and the profile of the professionals who sought to reach summoned and formed for a temporary “career” in the Brazilian Air Force-FAB, the so-called 2nd class Reserve Officers Squad Convocados - QOCON.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Do desmatamento ao turismo: a construção de sentidos a partir da leitura de notícias sobre a Amazônia paraense(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-09-29) MAGALHÃES, Degivane Lima; CUNHA, Marcos André Dantas daThis research arose from the need to search for educational activities that effectively contribute to the formation of the reading subject through reading teaching practices in a discursive perspective, taking into account the construction of meanings of Paraense identity by the student subjects, from reading news about the paraense Amazon. Delimited as the foces o four analysis, two themes that can be seen as dichotomous, they would point to something positive and something negative about Pará, which are, deforestation and tourism. In this way, we will seek in this research to work on reading and the construction of meanings based on readings of texts of this kind, especially those that bring discourses about Paraense identity (s). In this study, we used the theoretical and methodological assumptions of Discourse Analysis - AD of French tradition, especially in the conceptions of Foucault (1996; 2004; 2007; 2009), Pêcheux (1995; 1997), Orlandi (2001; 2006; 2015), Gregolin (2007), Cunha (2011), among others. In this sense, we aim that these students can glimpse what are the main social and cultural references that surround the Paraense identity and how they are processed in their reality. This study was developed with a 8th grade of elementary school in a public school in the municipality of Igarapé-Açu-PA. To make our research feasible, the main methodology used was based on action research, of a qualitative nature. The corpus was formed from clippings of responses from student subjects about the reading of news on the theme of deforestation and tourism; related to the state of Pará.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) É tempo de Preamar. To this end, the study is theoretically based on reflections on black feminism, decoloniality, and Education for Ethnic-Racial Relations. The research was developed based on the methodological procedures of action research and carried out in a private school, located in the city of Ananindeua, with students in the eighth and ninth grades of Elementary School, during the school practice of History Teaching. The sources used for the research were the institution's teaching materials, the History contents of Elementary School – Final Years ac-cording to the BNCC, as well as the images and representations contained in the textbooks. As a result, it was found that there are few analyses in relation to the racial debate and the promo-tion of positive black identities, mainly in relation to the historical protagonism of black women. To reverse this problem, we proposed, as an educational product, didactic sequences in History Teaching for Elementary School students – Final Years, who led the debate on race, gender and class based on the historical trajectory of black women. The objective of the educational product is to contribute to the debates on positive black identities and thus enable black students to (re)cognize their historical, racial, social and cultural belonging, and for non-black students, to adopt a critical stance towards racist practices and to promote anti-racist actions.Tese Acesso aberto (Open Access) Entidades e identidades no diálogo entre seres fantásticos das narrativas orais tradicionais da Amazônia e dos RPGS(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-05-04) MUINHOS, Breno Pauxis; SIMÕES, Maria do Perpétuo Socorro Galvão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0672011058049782; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1365-6258The Amazon, besides being a geographic region, is a space of traditional civilizations and their cultures. Several societies flourished and developed in this space, and came in contact with others from other parts of the world, and in this place they came to create another variety of thoughts that are concretized in narratives that continue today. In Literature, it has become a setting for the most diverse manifestations of literary art, and in History it constitutes a framework rich in the phenomena of humanity. Role-playing games, RPGs, are part of a genre that emerged in the late sixties in the USA, which presents in its vast material reflections of different historical and literary moments. His contributions are noticeable in several printed materials aimed at practitioners of this narrative activity and other medias. The present thesis aims to trace the dialogues that the RPG printed texts have with some oral narratives collected by the IFNOPAP Project, which aims to expose the resistant imagery in the local identity about what they understand as mythological reality. The focus of the work is on the texts that report fantastic creatures present in the testimonies of several subjects that were questioned by the researchers. The reports are placed in comparison with the texts coming from books of narrative games, something that aims to present how traditional popular narratives still resist time and are absorbed by a genre proper to modernity. For a complete perception, an outline of the course of studies of oral narratives in Brazil and other parts of the world, relevant to the objectives of the thesis, will be drawn. In addition to presenting the context of how role-playing games emerged, it will also be presented how the narratives present in the works can be perceived as appropriate literary texts for interpretation and analysis proper to Literary Theory. From these premises, it will be confirmed that fictional entities will be at the side of the construction of the identity of these peoples, based on the material of the authors who contributed to the IFNOPAP Project. Finally, in annex, the thesis will present a proposal that presents examples of how traditional oral narratives can be adapted for use as RPG scenarios, which will have their own characteristics to be used as a form of resistance and Amazonian expression.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) O espaço-vivido como lugar de projeto: reflexões a partir de um assentamento rural do Sudeste Paraense(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) SANTOS, Clarissa Vieira dos; SIMÕES, Aquiles Vasconcelos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0471255070027912; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2194-6594This work consists in thinking about how is the construction of space-lived and the consolidation of this project as a place of settlement in a rural region of southeastern Pará. From this perspective it is understood that, apart from the 90's, farmers in southeast Pará emerge as key social actors in terms of influence on the local territorial dynamics, due primarily to their increasing ability to organize and the relative Federal investment in public policy development said. A new field of possibilities opens to the domestic sphere to those who perceive the field as a place of work and housing. In this situation strengthens the discourse of the existence of a possible overlap between the two spheres of action (government and household). Given this we believe is extremely important to understand the multiple logics of action that guide decision-making of individuals who build their daily living space and design strategies as a place to consolidate the project. It is argued, then, that regardless of the existence of coordination between the governmental sphere and domestic farmers in their daily build strategies to strengthen the area as a place-lived project. It is believed that this process is the emergence of a social category that I call here as subject-place, because from a redefinition of the movement and its deliberations outside the framework of possibilities, the individual constructs favorable conditions for their social reproduction and his family. Thus we understand that the way for the construction of development policies that are truly transformative social situation to which they are farmers in the southeast of Pará is the construction of actions from a perspective that allows the endogenous emergence of autonomous individuals capable of reflect on the position they occupy in the dynamic development of its space-lived.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Um estudo do termo “cerâmica icoaraciense"(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-06) MORAIS, Elizabeth Conde deThis objective reflection define concepts related to the term Cerâmica Icoaraciense, from conception to show that the lexicon of a language is susceptible to change, with the innovation of words, just as the term is renewed to express the cultural practice carried out by the community. This analysis uses the readings from bibliographic studies dealing on Terminology, with reference Faulstich (1998), Krieger e Finatto (2004) and Lara (1999), for which matter the institution of the meaning of the new term; texts scientific whose midpoint surveys pottery created in Icoaraci. This approach, interdisciplinary, relies on the constitution of term texts in the fields of anthropology and the social sciences. To endorse the discursive constitution of the term with the identity relation adopted the analysis Maingueneau (2008), since the appropriation of this new form of expression is an appropriation to justify cultural identity with their locus of creation.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Eu não sou agente, eu sou polícia: representação social do policial penal(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-01-19) BARROS, Andressa Regina Sandres Guimarães de; MOREIRA, Hélio Luiz Fonseca; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3977870273059388This dissertation aims to analyze the social representations of criminal police officers who work in one of the prison units of the Santa Izabel do Pará Penitentiary Complex, located in the Metropolitan Region of Belém. Based on the Theory of Social Representations - SRT -, it is based on questions about the representations of the identity and work of criminal police officers after Constitutional Amendment No. 104, of 12/04/2019 (EC Nº 104/2019). In the research, a qualitative approach was carried out, with a literature review and the application of semi-structured interviews in loco. After EC Nº 104/2019, the legal changes have repercussions on several factors, such as the identity of the criminal police officer, generating paradoxical sensations, such as empowerment due to the use of firearms and, at the same time, the feeling of insecurity outside the prison context. In addition, they reflect on the relationship with work by maintaining perceptions related to prison officers, such as exhausting and tiring work. Thus, it is concluded that the meanings constructed on identity are different, although the meaning of the work is the same.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Experiência geracional e identidade de fronteira: representações sociais sobre o rural amazônico(Universidade Federal Fluminense, 2017-08) CASTRO, Fábio Fonseca deThe article reflects on the conformation of the world view of a group of young people from a city in the southeast of Pará, Parauapebas, about the experience of living on an Amazonian border. The visions of common sense – on the one hand the promise of wealth and development; on the other hand, the image of crisis and violence – are contrasted by the representations effectively constructed by these young people in their daily lives, forming a generational experience marked by the sensation of transience. The discussion is based on research about the social representations of a group of 38 students of a Communication- Journalism course. For the most part, these students were born outside the Amazon region and experienced the social situation identified by several authors as being marked by the conflicting and transient dynamics that characterize the social processes of occupation of the Amazonian territory – a situation that is often identified as an ontological void. We test this perception by contrasting it with the actual daily experience of young people. To do so, we collect their social representations of where they live, inquiring about how their perceptions of the world and the rural Amazon are mediated by the intersubjective and media tissues that make up the Amazonian "frontier" as a space condemning to the transition and to the eventuality.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Filosofia, educação e a questão de identidade e diferença(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2005-01) OLIVEIRA, Damião BezerraTese Acesso aberto (Open Access) Formação de professores no contexto de grupos de pesquisa da área ambiental: saberes ambientais e identidade docente(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-10-05) SOUSA, Fernanda Rocha de; FREITAS, Nádia Magalhães da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2982253212145468; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0042-8640This study had the guide question “How do research groups with an emphasis on environmental issues contribute to the constitution of environmental knowledge, professional identity and teacher training in the Amazonian scenario of Pará?” and, to answer this question, it aimed to understand in which terms the research groups in the environmental area collaborate for the constitution of environmental knowledge, for the delineation of the professional identity and the teachers training, especially in the Amazonian scenario of Pará. The study was based in the discussion of the postmodernity crisis using the references of Boaventura de Sousa Santos and Leff to understand the importance of this discussion for the teacher’s training, as well as Ciampa and Dubar to analyse the professionals identities of the teachers. Therefore, it was a qualitative research that used as a data collection technique the semi-structured interview and the content analysis, proposed by Bardin, in the treatment and analysis of the data. This thesis presents data obtained from a field research carried out by the Research Group on the Environment (Grupema), from the University of the State of Pará (UEPA) and by the Research Group on Environmental Education in the Amazon (Geamaz). Six teachers linked to both groups were the informers of this investigation. The text is organized in the form of five articles that aims to understand the contributions of research groups to the proposed discussion. The research showed that Grupema and Geamaz constituted an important base in the teachers training and in the constitution of the professional identities of the interviewees, insofar as they contribute to the professional development of the interviewees in terms of scientific initiation, initiation to teaching, scientific production and research experience with traditional communities, and for the personal and professional trajectory of these subjects; also constituting a link between researchers and groups and communities outside the university. As a potential for future researchs, it is important to expand the view on this discussion in order to understand the place these groups occupy within the university and to look for new ways of analyzing the contribution of these spaces to the various areas of teacher training.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) História na Beirada: memórias de quilombolas do Caldeirão(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-11-13) CASTRO, Laiane Katrine da Silva; ACEVEDO MARIN, Rosa Elizabeth; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0087693866786684; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7509-3884Memory is a central element in the study of social groups, connecting daily life to the historical past of these communities. This dissertation adopts a decolonial and counter-hegemonic approach, prioritizing the voices of the elders of the Quilombola Community of Caldeirão, in Salvaterra, Pará, while linking these narratives to an analysis of the historical and contemporary transformations of the territory. It discusses the colonial process on Marajó Island, marked by the imposition of large estates, the land appropriation by religious missions, and the presence of Africans and their resistance. This colonial context is essential for understanding the identity dynamics of Caldeirão, which preserves insurgent cultural practices in opposition to the enduring colonial legacies. Through memories and oral tradition, the research seeks to understand the trajectories and expressions of local identities, valuing lived experiences as legitimate forms of knowledge. As a quilombola community fighting for the recognition of its land rights, memory plays an essential role in (re)constructing identity, renewing itself without breaking its roots. The methodology — participant observation, oral history, and interviews — enabled immersion in the community's daily life and the listening to voices sidelined by official history, revealing local knowledge and multiple temporalities that shape community life. Thus, memory is valued as a living practice of transformation and resistance, offering a panorama that integrates ancestral narratives, the impact of colonialism on Marajó, and the contemporary challenges faced by the Quilombola Community of CaldeirãoArtigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) A identidade alegórica em Dexter: serial killers como categoria da identidade pós-moderna(Centro Interdisciplinar de Semiótica da Cultura e da Mídia, 2012-10) CASTRO, Fábio Fonseca de; VILAR, Lucila Jenille MoraesThe article discusses, regarding the television serie Dexter, the role of serial killer figure in postmodern culture. That show, which tells the story of a serial killer whose trouble is to kill serial killeres, produces a reflexivity about the condition of identity of the contemporary individuos. We believe that the serial killer allegorizes the historical condition of the contemporary personality through an evocation of the social dynamics of serial consumption, one generalized social practice in contemporary society and through which social status and identity are resignified and typified.
