Considering the artisanal landing sites in the Amazon estuary, Mosqueiro Island, located in the south of the Bay of Marajó, is commercially very important and, as in nearby loading terminal (Miramar), the imminence of an environmental disaster is real. However, there is no detailed information on the fishery and the use of commercially important species, as Gilded catfish (Brachyplatystoma rousseauxii) in the region. With the objective of describing the fishing activity and the use of the region by the Gilded catfish, landings were monitored in Cajueiros Bridge (Mosqueiro) from December 2005 to November 2006. Moreover, the fishery boats were recorded using specialized log-books and trained personnel from the community. The index of relative abundance CPUE (kg/trip) was used to identify the most important species and their catch period, seasonality of the fleet, fishing sites and gross revenue. Considering the Gilded catfish, 30 individuals were obtained from commercial fishery in Mosqueiro from December 2005 to August 2006 in a bimensal basis. Individuals were weighted, measured and gonads were collected with the objective of evaluating the use of the region for reproduction. It was registered 128 fishing boats and Barcos de pequeno porte dominated followed by Canoas motorizadas. Technological differences between boats categories were observed, except in relation to boat length, mean monthly production and storage capacity. Barcos de médio porte present a greater crew and fishing days but they carry out less trips by month in relation to the others categories. Gill nets are mostly used in the area, and the mesh most frequently employed are 50, 60 e 70 mm (streched mesh size). Barcos de médio porte have larger nets when compared to others categories. The main species captured in the region are Silver croaker (Plagioscion squamosissimus), Pacora (Plagioscion surinamensis), Gilded catfish (Brachyplatystoma rousseauxii) and Yellowfin river pellona (Pellona spp.). Fleet from Cajueiros bridge fish mainly in fishing sites near the island during the catch period of the main species (May to December) moving to Marudá region during the offpeak season (January to April) following, mainly, the schools of Gilded catfish. Periods of maximum abundance was the first and the forth trimester for Canoas motorizadas and Barcos de pequeno porte respectively. The fishing sites Ponta Fina and Areia do Cotijuba showed the largest annual relative abundance with the main catch of Gilded catfish and Pacora, respectively. Gilded catfish was regular during the whole period with highest abundance in Ponta Fina and December. Pacora highest abundance was recorded in Marudá (98 kg/trip) and September. Yellowfin river pellona occurred mainly in Enseada and in June. In Mosqueiros Island, fish annual production was estimated in approximately 1.000 tons, leading to a gross revenue of R$ 3 million. Barcos de pequeno porte contributed to 42% of the total production and with 61% of the gross revenue. Silver croaker contributed to 26% of total production and Gilded catfish with 35% of the gross revenue. This species was considered the most valuable fish resource in the area. Sampled individuals measured from 27 to 100 cm total length, and individuals of 50 to 60 cm dominated. Sexual proportion favored females (1:2,2 male:female) which were most numerous for most length classes and months, except February. For this species, the area is not used for breeding but for nursery and feeding purposes. In the situation of an environmental disaster a waste of approximately 1.000 tons and R$ 3 millions for the fishery industry in Mosqueiros Island can be reported. Moreover, an accident in the area could also affect the young population of Gilded catfish causing harmful effects in a long term for catch and economy of the area.

(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2002) PARDAL, Pedro Pereira de Oliveira; FRANÇA, Francisco Oscar de Siqueira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7343707037851377; REZENDE, Manoel Barbosa de
The Marajó Bay waters become fresh waters during the months when the pluviometric precipitation is high. They also become brackish waters in the other period what makes possible to find stingrays of the Potamotrygonidae family and other seawater species. These stingrays have retrossered and sharp stings that once got into the victims they injure the skin which recovers the glandurar cells with venon, exposing the tissues to the toxin, leading them to clinical manifestations. It has been used an observational and descriptive model of prevalence in order to estimate the clinical and epidemiological aspects of 116 stingrays accidents occurend in the Mosqueiro and Outeiro beaches, around Belem, Para, from July 1999 to August 2001. These accidents happened specially in the Mosqueiro beaches (80,2%) with more frequency in the male sex (63,8%) while in the teenager and adult groups it occurs (38,8% and 50,0%) respectively, and during the month of July (37,9%). In all tides there were victims but with less frequency in the high tide (4,3%). The most accidents ocurred in the bottom of a river with sand (49,1 %) and during the afternoon period (62,1 %). The major part of the stingrays caught in the Mosqueiro beaches belongs to the Potamotrygonidae family. The victims helped in the first hour were 79,3% of the cases being the lowest members the part the most affected in 84,5%specially the feet in 75,0%. All the patients appeared with local clinical manifestations, the pain with 99,1% and the cianosis with 42,2% of the cases. The systemic symptoms were present in 14,6% being the dizziness (6,0%) and the sudoresis (5,2%) the most ones found. The blood pressure above the normal was present in 6,0% and the taquicardiac was in 9,5%. The debridment has been the cirurgic behaviour the most used (94,5). Only 18,1% came back to a revaluation whose 33,4% of them evolved to necrosis 28,6% with local infection. There has been no statistic signifecance in the correlationamong the clinical evolution, the treatments used and the time between the accidents and the beginning of the medical service. We concluded that the stingray accidents are an important health injury for the population who despite the local complications and difficulties, the victims don't display a serious healthy state. The brackish waters period seems to have a great influence to increase the number of these accidents.

The Amazonian estuary is a region with favorable conditions for productivity, and fishery is an important activity. The islands of Combu, Onças and Mosqueiro, focus of this study, are part of the Amazonian estuary and fishing is an important activity. Based on this information, the objective of this study was to describe and to compare the different types of fishing at Combu, Onças and Mosqueiro islands, identifying sustainability indicators, considering the economic, social, ecological and technological aspects, which results may help to assist to generate subsidies for the formulation of public policies to the fisheries sector. Descriptive and numeric variables considering the different dimensions were used in order to describe the systems of fish production to make comparisons including both the systems and also the islands studied. For comparative statistical analysis only the numerical variables (means and percentages) were used from data collected by researches and from secondary data. Multivariate analysis; Cluster analysis and ordination (MDS) comparing the systems were applied to identify groups and the possible causes of the similarity between the systems for each island. On Combu´s Island it was identified the following fishery systems: matapi, gill net for consumption, block net , longline hook medium and longline hook large. On Onças´s Island it was observed the fishery systems matapi, gill net for consumption, gill net for commercial purpose, block net , longline hook medium and longline hook large. On Mosqueiro´s Island it was identified the fishery systems matapi, gill net commercial, longline hook medium and longline hook large. The analysis of systems in all dimensions showed that the island of Mosqueiro differs to the other islands. When analyzed separately by dimension Matapi system, block net and gill net consumption of the islandes Combu and Onças were very similar. However, systems observed in Mosqueiro´s Island differ from the other islands mainly considering the economic dimension. Based on the results, it can be said that fishing in the islands of Onças and Combu is for subsistence and the main activity is the vegetable extraction while fishing in Mosqueiro´s Island is commercial. Although fishing in the islands of Combu and Onças is only for subsistence, it´s also an important source of food and extra money for the residents. In Mosqueiro´s Island fishing has high economic importance, but the fishing areas are also exploited by fishermen from other parts of the state without any management initiatives by the government.

The present study aims to analyze the role of communication in solidarity economy and local development, especially in Community Development Banks (BCDs). The primary form of communication to be discussed as a result of the Social Capital and mobilization, because the use of mass comunication is not enough to reach the entire community in which the bank operates. For this purpose the theoretical framework focused on the solidarity economy and the environment; communication; social capital; and social mobilization. Also, it was realized visits to a two BCDs in Manaus, in the Palmas Bank (Fortaleza) and in the Banco Tupinambá (Moqueiro), where a qualitative study of mothers enrolled in the Bolsa Família, Federal Government Program which funds assistance to families living in poverty or extreme poverty, who participate in the project CECI-Mulheres, whose results showed that although the project has been carry out for a year, the participants do not clearly have the basic concepts of Solidarity Economy and BCDs – as women who belong to it are opinion formers, then their position give clues about how the community sees the bank. As part of conclusion of the work, it was realized an assessment about communication channels of Tupinambá Bank emphasizes that the outside communication is more advanced than the inside communication, therefore were made suggestions for new channels focused on mobilization and growth of social capital in Baía do Sol community.

Biodiversity of decapod crustaceans in the estuarine floodplain around the city of Belém (Pará) in Brazilian Amazonia
(2012-06) CAVALCANTE, Danielle Viveiros; SILVA, Bianca Bentes da; MARTINELLI-LEMOS, Jussara Moretto
The present study focused on the decapod fauna of the fluvial-estuarine environment of the Guajará Bay, in the Brazilian state of Pará, where specimens were collected monthly from six sites, from May 2006 to April 2007. A total of 6,793 specimens were captured, belonging to 11 species of crab and shrimp: eight palaemonids - Macrobrachium amazonicum (Heller, 1862), Macrobrachium surinamicum Holthuis, 1948, Macrobrachium carcinus (Linnaeus, 1758), Macrobrachium rosenbergii (De Man, 1879), Macrobrachium spp. 1-4 -, one portunid - Callinectes bocourti A. Milne-Edwards, 1879 -, and two trichodactylids - Sylviocarcinus devileii H. Milne-Edwards, 1853 and Sylviocarcinus pictus (Milne-Edwards, 1853). While no significant differences were found in the ecological indices of diversity with respect to season, site, or trap size, a tendency for increased abundance and species richness was found during the dry season (August-November), in particular at some sites, apparently reflecting the influence of the estuary's saline wedge.

Biologia e ecologia do camarão dulcícola Macrobrachium surinamicum Holthuis, 1948 (Decapoda: Palaemonidae) no estuário Guajará, Pará, costa norte do Brasil
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012-02-29) CAVALCANTE, Danielle Viveiros; MARTINELLI-LEMOS, Jussara Moretto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5264841936875017

The present study evaluates the vertical distribution of Neritina zebra in rocky outcrops in the lower and middle intertidal, intertidal as well as the horizontal distribution between rocky and clay substratas of an estuary in the Brazilian Amazon. The sampling areas are located in an oligohaline area in Icoaraci, Mosqueiro and Colares, at the coast of the State of Pará, Brasil. To evaluate the vertical distribution on orocky substrata, substratamolluscs were esampled in the lower and middle intertidal. intertidal In the lower mesolittoralmto, where clay and rocky substrata occur, substrataoccursamples were collected to verify the effect of the substrata on othe distribution of the mollusc. For each substrata and intertidal zonet zone, 22 replicates were randomly sampledusing a quadrant of 25x25cm² during the rainyrainy and dry season. An Analysis of Variance was seasonAAVancewasperformed to test (1) the effect of the intertidal zone and (2) the substrata onsubstratao the density of N. zebra. Analysis Athe vertical distribution results showed that in the lower zone, ,juvenile individuals show a higher density than in the middle zone, and an oppositeand anp pattern compared with adults appear to occur.Regarding the distribution on the different substrata,on the differentsubstrata results showed higher densities ono rocky substrate than onon clay substrata for young individuals, whereas no definite pattern was detected for adultss. This variability between the substrata and intertidal zones showed the influence of the seasons and the sampling sites. Icoaraci showed theshowedlowest densities, which can be associated to the anthropic activities in that area.

In monthly biological samples of M. amazonicum in Guajará Bay and Mosqueiro island, were studied reproduction, density, morphometric relationships and population dynamics. Two other sample designs was realized in two perennial the same estuary. Results indicate differences in capture of this species using different bait of meal, but is solely on the abundance and population structure does not change. The species is most abundant in the dry season, supporting the idea higher catchability of fishery resources. In Combu island was found species with larger sizes. Females are significantly larger and heavier than males, indicating the differentiation in metabolism due to reproduction. Sex ratio of males is higher in smaller size classes, which may indicate an increase in predation on smaller sizes of males due to their behavior more aggressive than the females or males simply because they reach lengths larger than females are more heavily preyed upon by fishing, with the recruitment of only the smaller males. First maturation length for both sexes resulted in 11.5 mm – carapace length - (11.5 mm in males and 11.2 mm in females). Reproduction in M. amazonicum is continuous or periodic a gradual increase during the months from October to March. The most common sites housed, as inner regions of tidal channels or holes (common in Amazon estuary) sites are preferentially sought by mature females for spawning and juvenile growth. Von Bertalanffy growth parameters obtained were very similar between the sexes, where L ∞ = 44.8 mm and K = 0.35 for males and L ∞ = 46.5 and K = 0.31 for females. Mortality and exploitation obtained was in maximum sustainability and the management should be treated fairly care. In this situation, any increase in effort may result a state of over-exploitation of growth. Allied to near commitment of the stocks of M. amazonicum of the socio economic fishing is no different from other systems of coastal fishery Para: poor education, poor performance of professional associations, chain productive complex and that its main underprivileged. We suggest the statistical monitoring of production, the delineation of the minimum capture length in 4.5cm; suppression of fishing with matapis in headwater areas of creeks and tidal channels, a census of users and the use of models bioeconomic that include major aspects of its biological and productive chain.

This study has guided the analysis on concept of landscape in systemic perspective and understand there’re elements that interact in complex ways. Areião Beach shows a peculiarity. Thus, the study was made to understand elements that act in southwestern part of the coastal zone of this island, where is located the search area. In one hand, physical elements are analyzed at landscape, such as waves action, wind, tides, vegetation and rainfall, in other hand, the influence of anthropogenic elements are analyzed such as the pier, the effluents and process of using and occupation. Nevertheless, some steps were followed to understand Areião Beach landscape elements in this study. The first step was to create a theoretical-conceptual reference in geography concepts, following the objectives of this work. There’s adopted the classification of Landscape Units proposed by Bertrand (1972). Later it was understood the structure of the landscape, showing the facts of study area on spatial distribution in maps. Four diferent parts were delimited at the beach. After, the seasonality was evidenced by the physiology of landscape and it was highlighted in the analysis guiding interpretations of data variability of morphology and granulometry, as well as their interactions with anthropogenic elements. At this time, the pier’s influence in landscape’s identified. It is believed that pier creates a buffer zone, where tidal action is attenuated to erosional processes that reach the beach. Furthermore, granulometric analysis and the degree of selection showed that there were two sediment transporting cell. The first before the pier, where are the profiles 1 and 2 was located. And the second one after pier, where profile 3, 4 and 5 were located. So Areião Beach was classificated in landscape units. The beach was rated on Geosssistema’s scale, being subdivided into geofacies Ie, IIa1, IIa2, IIa3, IIIe, IIIa, IVa and IVe. At each definition of geofacies we wanted to point, in a spatiotemporal scale of detail, the interrelationship between the physical and anthropogenic active in each landscape unit. The morphology and granulometri data were crossed with qualitative analysis developed through observations in locu to complete the definition.

(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012) MALCHER, Sérgio Alexandre Oliveira; BICHARA, Cléa Nazaré Carneiro
Schistosomiasis mansoni is one of the most widespread parasitic diseases in the world and has a higher prevalence in developing countries, and is currently a serious public health problem in Brazil. In Belém-PA, District Administrative Mosqueiro (DAMOS), there are possibilities of occurrence of autochthonous cases of schistosomiasis mansoni, due to geographical proximity to other areas where there are records of this disease, as well as the presence of other environmental risk factors, as the presence of Biomphalaria straminea. With the proposal to determine the prevalence of schistosomiasis mansoni in the neighborhood of Marazion-DAMOS, a cross-sectional study was conducted prospectively between March 2011 and January 2012, through parasitological survey by the quantitative method of Kato- Katz, associated with social inquiry demographic and environmental location. Participated in the sampling universe included 407 individuals in the care of the Family Health Strategy, which voluntarily agreed to participate in the survey, according to the ethical regulations. The socio-demographic profile of the population was mainly aged between 11 and 40 years without gender differences, whose occupation of housewife and student, with incomplete primary education were the most cited. Most residents were born and proceeds from the DAMOS, residents in the neighborhood of Marazion for over 20 years, without reports of significant displacement to other locations. Most households had piped water service, with indoor bathroom, toilet presence of bound stools in the septic tank. Water collections peridomestic ditches were characterized by low flow and small water flow, high concentration of organic products, the presence of vegetation and macrófitica vector Biomphalaria straminea. This population reported having no contact with the water collection and know the planorbid vector, as well as the very schistosomiasis The investigation has resulted in 100% parasitological blade negative and the identification of eggs of S. mansoni, leading to the conclusion that although the neighborhood of Marazion is still harmless, several factors have to install a focus of active transmission of schistosomiasis, but there is still a fragile ecological balance, supported by the reduced exposure of individuals to water collection, bit shift population to areas with established foci of endemic and reasonable coverage of sanitation. This set of variables has acted as limiting factors to the process of endemic schistosomiasis in the neighborhood of Marazion, however, must be kept under surveillance by the peculiarities conducive to closing the cycle of S. mansoni.

The Macrobrachium amazonicum is a freshwater prawn with ample fishing exploration in the Amazon region, virtue of the abundance and good acceptance in the consuming market. The aim of this study was to characterize the fecundity and fertility of M. amazonicum in two estuaries environments in the State of Pará. Of form that was accomplished monthly collections in the period of September 2008 the August 2009, in the city of Vigia and Belém in the Island of Mosqueiro, the females were until the Laboratory of Ecology Aquatic and Tropical Aquaculture - LECAT in the campus of the Agricultural University Federal of the Amazom - UFRA in Belém. For the determination of fecundity 30 females were collected monthly on average ovigerous of each point of collection, the eggs adhered to the pleopods were removed, using sodium hypochlorite as 2 % of active and stored chlorine in alcohol 70%. The individual fecundity was determined from the total counting of eggs. For a determination of the volume of eggs it was selected of each place of collection randomly 50% of the total number of destined females ovigerous the fecundity, following two groups: eggs pigmented and non-pigmented. To determine fertility, ovigerous females of M. amazonicum were stored in individual glass tanks 2L. After hatching, the larvae were siphoned and counted. For all females was measured the weight of each specimen and evaluated their biometrics with the aid of a precision caliper. Females of M. amazonicum coming from the Municipality of Vigia had absolute length between 4.8 and 9.3 cm and weighing between 2.21 and 11.81 g with absolute fecundity between 38 and 5749 eggs (2296 ± 1288 eggs). For females of Belém, from the island of Mosqueiro, the length varied between 3.71 and 8.14 cm, weight between 1.27 and 11.2 g with absolute fecundity ranged from 123 and 7571, mean 1448 ± 990 eggs. The volume of eggs for females obtained in the City Watch, referring to the non-pigmented eggs, had an average volume of 141.37 mm³, whereas for pigmented egg volume was 116.13 mm³. Females from the island of Mosqueiro, with non-pigmented eggs an average volume of 118.97 mm³ pigmented eggs and the average volume was calculated at 144.61 mm³. The analysis of fertility in the females of Vigia had a length between 5.41 and 9.72 cm and weighing between 2.51 and 9.60 g absolute fertility was 14 and 4430 larvae mean 1152 ± 822 larvae per female. The island of Mosqueiro had a length between 3.53 and 7.67 cm and weighing between 1.12 and 8.77 g of absolute fertility between 7 and 4121 and averaged 755 ± 871 larvae per female. The referring values fertility and fecundity for the Vigia and Belém - Island of Mosqueiro indicate that it has proportionality enters the variables of length and weight. Although showing lower fertility and fecundity values presented for breeding other species of commercial interest, the values shown here show that these two places the species meets provide arrays potential for aquaculture.

(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-10-27) MORAES, Elisangela Marques; ALVES, Laura Maria Silva Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6009592378453661
Researches on children in Brazil have pointed toward a new way of looking at childhood, bringing the child as a legitimate actor and not just a subject of investigation. Children to live in a context of a social movement like the MST have in your life the marks of the struggle for land and agrarian reform, which influence their ways of being. Look for the child of the MST is to see it as a being who participates in the ―organicidade‖ (forums of deliberation) of MST. Therefore, children create spaces of organization and mobilization. In this sense, I question: What are the senses and the meanings of childhood in the speeches of the children in the settlement ―Mártires de Abril‖ of the MST? The survey was conducted in ―Mártires de Abril‖ settlement MST, located in Mosqueiro, a district of the city of Belém. To collect the survey data, I used workshops and group interviews with the children of the settlement. In all 23 children participated in workshops, these workshops had as objective to approach me the children and create a climate of confidence for interviews. The interviews involved 13 children aged between 06 and 11 years, called by the collective movement as the ―Sem Terrinhas‖ (Landless children). The interview was divided into four sessions. The reports of the interviews were transcribed and organized into seven thematic categories. As a benchmark analysis I support the notion of sense and meaning that are expressed through language and are related to the formation of the self in a socio-historical perspective, based on Bakhtin. The survey results shows the different looks that Children of the settlement ―Mártires de Abril‖ have on childhood: they see childhood as a time of play and be children in the MST is experiencing a playful experience of participating in a movement that struggle for rights of the excluded. Children of the settlement talks about their space structural: about the domestic space, they tell us the relationship with the adults in your family is built with great care, but also with the contradiction of authoritarianism; in respect to the space structural of production, the work takes another dimension in space of the settlement, as a time of learning and participation in community life; and in respect to the space of citizenship, school is far from being a place where the right to play is respected. The children’s cultures are produced by children from the settlement in their peer relationships through play, which emphasizes space is important for the enrichment of play culture, whether on the beaches, the creeks and trees. The children of the settlement still tell us that television influenced their lives, their schedules and their way of life to act. Finalized the text indicating the characteristics that make playing the way through which children can act on the world and effectively exercise their right to participation.

This thesis research object is about the constitution of women teachers teaching in the early years of basic education. We started the process of research based on the assertion that the woman teacher experiences are the basis of their practice in teaching, the stories of existence and possibilities provided by the time and the space are the elements that mobilize the teaching practice of the women teachers that work in the early years of basic education, in addition to professional formation that receive. It was decided to do research with subjects that had suffered unusual life experiences, far from the locus generally chosen by researchers, that the urban schools. The group that at first glimpsed, it was decided to work with women teachers from schools around the islands of Belém. Engaged in a broader project about the women teachers of insular space of Guajará bay, for this thesis, we choose to realize the research near of women teachers from communities Caruaru e Castanhal of Mari-Mari, in the Mosqueiro Island - the largest island of Belém. To reach the assertion above, the research was conducted with two women teachers who were born on the Mosqueiro Island and their stories are linked to this place. The research questions raised are: What is the relationship of space and time on the island with the life stories of the women teachers? To what extent the life stories intertwine with the practice of teaching it was defined as the aim of the study "to analyze, through oral records, life stories of women teachers from Mosqueiro Island, Belém of Pará, Brazil, to understand the Amazônia teaching". The methodology chosen was the use of the research strategies of Oral History, choosing in particular the Oral History of life. And so, we used the technique of the unstructured interview over two years with the women teachers. The results indicate that teaching is a profession especially marked by life experiences and the professional formation takes a very special place to articulate these experiences. It can be argued that the space where live these women teachers have direct relation to the teaching profession and this must be considered both in a continuing formation, in a teaching week event, in the educational policies directed to the women teachers Islands. The life stories of these two women teachers are close when they reported difficulties to become a teacher and the challenges to overcome in the course of teaching. These stories also are come close when both women teachers deal with the ingression in the public service as a teacher by means of competition. To if evidencing that it has a bigger number of women teachers working in those schools that bond with the place does not exist, and that, therefore, are alien bases on the objective conditions of students to learn, it places in question the forms of ingression and allocation of teachers in the schools by the government. The difference between the practice from who belong the place and who doesn´t is related in this study, it indicates that it is necessary, including, reviewing the actual conception about public competition and the conditions of the possibilities of the women teachers formed in a non-urban space from town of Belém.

(2008-09) CAVALCANTE, Inara Mariela da Silva; NOGUEIRA, Laura Maria Vidal
This research has a general intention of understanding the collective health social practices made in the "Assentamento Mártires De Abril" (AMA) settlement. It is a qualitative study, which comprehends the hermeneutics-dialectic data that was focused on Mosqueiro Island, metropolitan area of Belém Pará. Five social citizens had spontaneous participation in the research. The collective health social practices in AMA settlement are based and dependent on historical aspects of life, on the "Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais sem Terra-MST" fight (a landless laborers movement), on the health/illness conception and its relation with the land. It was concluded that its action expresses a form of care, essentially influenced by the natural ways, proposing to the Nursing care a new model of attention to the health. According to the studies, a period of training, based on experience with and in the social movements, is suggested as pedagogical practice to the Nursing Course of the "Universidade do Estado do Pará" (UEPA) university.

(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008) LINS, Ana Carolina Araújo de Almeida; BARRETTO, André Maurício Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3046718437592588
The objective of the present study was to understand the imaginary representations of the doctors who work with families in the Brazilian Family Health Program in Belém, in Mosqueiro district, about their professional performance. Based on qualitative methodology, it aimed to analyze the discourses of the doctors composed by family doctors who are in groups of the Family Health Program and worked in Family Health Care Units in Belém, more specifically in Mosqueiro disctrict. Semi structured interviews were used guided by a script. The data were analyzed by the discourse of the participants, in which coincident subjects reported by all the participants interviewed were grouped in thematic nucleus, always related with the objective of the study, analyzing the consensus and the differences of each theme. It was observed that, for these professionals, the Family Health Program represents only a pathway or a laboratory for those who are starting in the Medicine, giving them a possibility to acquire knowledge and experience, while they don’t get what they really wish, that is, a specialty (which is not in Family Health Care Medicine).

The present work aims to characterize the main prosodic dialectal variation of the Portuguese spoken in the rural town of Bethlehem (PA), Mosqueiro district. The field research had been conducted based on the methodology used by the project AMPER, with the corpus of 102 sentences, obeying the same phonetic and syntactic constraints. Thus, the phrases used in the recordings for the composition of the corpus of rural Bethlehem and being analyzed in this work are the type SVC (subject + verb + complement) and their expansion with the inclusion of adjectival and adverbial phrases, sentences the corpus can have 10, 13 and 14 vowels, with the latter two types have phrase with adjectival or adverbial extension, respectively, to the right of the verb, as in "O pássaro gosta do Renato nadador" or "O pássaro gosta do Renato de Monaco. " Each sentence is repeated six times, forming a total corpus of 612 sentences for each informant. The acoustic parameters used are: duration, fundamental frequency and intensity. The analysis of the parameters was performed using data generated in MatLab applications PRAAT and Interface. The survey gathered data from six informant adults of both sexes, elementary education, secondary and higher. The results provided a drawing comparative intonational phrases declarative and interrogative, and brief observations on the behavior of unstressed vowels, postônicas and tonic, according to the accentual structures and words in different positions on sentences. The focus was directed to the Final Noun phrase and their extensions over which verified that the interrogative sentences start due to the low peak intonation in the verb "gosta” and subsequent descent in the stressed syllable, and the declarative start higher, but suffer high in pre-tonic and subsequent descent at the end of the route melodic.
