The study had as theoric and methodologic referencial the “Social Representations”, developed by the romenian Serge Moscovici (2009), Jodelet (2002), Marková (2003), Nscimento (2014), and others, which makes it possible for us to articulate the processual approach to the sociocultural country. With this referencial we built the logic of dimensions that compose the representative scaffold of this study. In order to accomplish this, we followed the indicative support of Jodelet (2001, 2009), synthesized in the following formulations: 'Who knows?', 'What is known?' and 'What effects?', and added the 'What for?'. These supports nurtured the dimensions and structures of analysis present in this study: 1) Being a Young One of the country in Bragança's country; 2) The Social Representation of the Young Ones graduated in the Program “PROJOVEM Country- Knowings of the Earth” about their juvenile condition in the country; 3) Re-significations of the juvenile condition in the country: analysis of the inclusion proposition at local level. The participants of the research were 10 young ones, the Program Coordinator and the educators. In order to collect the corpus of the research, we utilize as methods: Listed Interviewing and the Focal Group. Apart from the analysis dimensions, we used for the analysis of the corpus of the research the technique of “Discourse of the Collective Individual” of Lefevre and Lefevre, for highlighting of objetivations and anchoring. In the hypothesis proposition we defend that the construction process of the Social Representations of the Young Ones graduated in the Program “PROJOVEM Country- Knowings of the Earth” is linked to the social inclusion limits, which constitutes the dialectics of inclusion-exclusion, inherent to the capitalist system. The results reveal changes in the Young Ones' Representations regarding its juvenile condition in the country, thanks to their experiences in the mencioned Program. However, even recognizing that these new representations were constituted by their experienced in the PROJOVEM Country, in practice the changes in juvenile condition do not configurate as possibilities of change for the development of the country in the Bragança municipality.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Juventude e participação: jovens na gestão compartilhada da Reserva Extrativista Marinha de Caeté-Taperaçu, em Bragança, Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-10-21) LAMARÃO, Maria Luiza Nobre; MANESCHY, Maria Cristina Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5129734199358770This thesis analyzes the weak participation of young people in the shared management of a coastal protected area – Extractive Reserve - in Bragança municipality, Pará State (Brazil). It focuses on the question: if the Reserve is a public policy aimed at the environmental sustainability of the territory, how to ensure this goal without meaningful participation of young residents and users? The research data derive from interviews with eighty young residents of two villages within the Reserve jurisdiction, as well as with the leaders and managers. It found that the youngsters do engage in communitarian practices without, however, entering the arenas of the territory management, especially local committees and councils. Actually, they more often ignore the policy from which they benefit. Besides, there is no consistent capacity building in view of the new commitments regarding the Reserve management. They face the dilemma of staying or leaving the communities, as there are few opportunities to work and study. Their life projects are thought away from fishing, crabs collection and small farming within the boundaries of their communities. It is therefore necessary to invest in socializing means to involve young dwellers in the formal spaces of management, in ways that encourage their creative potential and cooperation. The end is to foster local livelihoods and culture, backing the identity of their territory in its new social and political structure.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Juventude rural e trabalho: o caso do Assentamento Mártires de Abril, Distrito de Mosqueiro – Belém/PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-09-23) SILVA, Jane Andréia Cabral e; NASCIMENTO, Nádia Socorro Fialho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0757907626776627This study addresses the conditions of life, work and organization of rural youth of Martyrs settlement April/AMA located in Mosqueiro district - Belém/PA. The research, anchored on a qualitative basis, had the locus on Mainardi village, a pioneer community in accepting MTOS in the region. As the primary data collection semi-structured interviews were used and data was treated in the light of the thematic content analysis. The results that came from the field research were faced with the contribution raised in discussions around the central theoretical axis of research, namely: Modular Teaching Organization System, High School, Youth (and, in particular, rural youth) and Rural Education. The epistemological reference for the research was sought in the assumptions of historical and dialectical materialism, especially the categories of contradiction, totality and historicity of believing that such references allow an analysis which exceeds the mere descriptive statement of the facts and into the web of relationships that make the object of study manifest in a certain way, within the historic conditionalities in which it creates its essence. Thus, the developments of the investigative effort carried out with this design pointed central limitations of MTOS, among them: the failure of the school calendar; the difficulty of ensuring the permanence of the student in high school; the feeling of exclusion triggered by factors relating to, for example, the infrastructural weaknesses and the organization of the system; the inadequacy of the system with regards to the reality of the rural youth; the inadequacy of the educational and administrative monitoring. These limitations reveal that MTOS plays the dualism that historically is within high school, when transplanting piecemeal to the country a city model of teaching, without seeking to address the specificities of the local and the public to whom it is intended, featuring a lack of its own pedagogical identity. On the other hand, while showing the mismatch of a MTOS-ian experience regarding training needs and expectations of rural youth on the high school, the contradictions of reality studied brought about elements that pointed to the necessity of the important MTOS contribution as the only viable alternative access to secondary education for a large portion of this audience, revealing an inclusive dimension of the system even in the midst of the fragility with which it is implemented, which is evidenced, for example, with the ever increasing admission in higher education, of the youth from the modular system of education, opening to them new perspectives of education and social inclusion, that without MTOS would hardly be able to come about.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O tempo livre e a produção da existência da juventude do campo: um estudo com jovens estudantes do Assentamento João Batista II - PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-05-26) NASCIMENTO, Tábita Cristina Modesto; SILVA, Lúcia Isabel da Conceição; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5758168217659420Time is a historical construction, that is to say, it is a construction fruit of the moderni-zation of the society, that was being shaped along the development of the modes of production and incorporating elements of these in its definition. The notions of time vary culturally and historically and for class reasons. In the society of capital, for the bourgeois class time takes on proportions linked to productivism and profit-making. For the working class, time is closely related to the presupposition of all human exist-ence, its first historical act, the production of means for the satisfaction of the neces-sities of its material life. In this same society, Time considered Free, as it has been characterized today, is also closely linked to the process of constitution of the capital-ist system, in this way, it assumes the premise of being that time left over after com-pleting the work day. This research aims to analyze the use of Free Time of young students of the School of the Field, starting from the identification and categorization of the activities developed by young people in their daily lives. A field survey was car-ried out with 27 young people, of whom 16 were male and 11 were female. As a data collection instrument, a questionnaire and interviews with community leaders were used. As Analysis methodology, Content Analysis was used. The first results to which we have arrived through show the need for more scientific research, mainly at the national level, on Free Time and Youth, as Free Time is reflected in most studies, That is, only as a space to think about the practices of physical activities, without a look at the totality of facts and the historical understanding of Time. Other results that we have obtained through the field research highlight differences by gender in the occupation of residual time, that is, the young women spend their time with domestic activities and the young men end up performing other leisure activities more fre-quently. We also noticed that young people are mostly developing leisure-time activi-ties such as "watching television", "accessing the internet" and "using the cell phone", which are also influenced by technological advances and lack of spaces and oppor-tunities in the community. We also conclude that the young people in the João Batis-ta II Settlement have not yet overcome in their Free Time the mere reproduction of activities carried out by the media (such as playing football and using social net-works), both for lack of choice (since the public power Municipal social policies of sport and leisure), as well as for the lack of understanding of the possibilities of emancipation arising from residual time.
