    The mapping of individual competences for implementation of the public budget was applied in the Federal University of Para, Northern Brazil. This research considered the technical administrator federal and freeholder employees that develop their activities in the units of the Upper Management, supplementary units, University Hospitals and in the Planning Coordination, management and Evaluation (PCMEs) of Institutes, Centers and Campuses. The range of information were obtained from official documents based on documentation analysis technique, allowing defining specific characteristics, establishing relations between the several variables linked to their responsibilities. The qualitative approach considered the subjectivity in the interpretation, attributing general meanings to the phenomena to identify sectorial and individual competences linked with the strategic objectives of the institution. Quantitative analysis used the essential individual competences for the organization, translated in numbers and based on the questionnaires results. The first and second phases of the research identified and validated the sectorial and individual competences. The third and fourth phases defined the importance degree of competence to the unit and the domain degree of the employees in those competences. The last phase was generated the Training Degree Request (TDR) for the technical administrator federal and freeholder employees. In general, the results indicated the TDR related to the individual competences, but the main result was the acquirement of the TDR related to units of the Upper Management, supplementary units, Institutes, Centers and Campuses and the University Hospitals. This final TDR will could support the development of programs focused in the sectors that request training in the budget, financial and accounting implementation area of the Federal University of Para

    Dinâmica espaço-temporal dos manguezais do delta do rio Doce-ES durante 2010-2020, litoral sudeste brasileiro

    Mangroves are ecosystems present in a large part of the Brazilian coastal zone that are home to a wide diversity of organisms, as well as being true nurseries for several individuals of the fauna. The present study carried out a mapping of the remaining mangroves of the Doce river delta in the complete interval of one decade, using images compartmentalized in intervals of 5 years (2010, 2015 and 2020), along the tidal flats of the Mariricu river, coastal region of the city of São Mateus-ES. For this, the objectoriented classification methodology (GEOBIA) was used, which allowed the generation of high-resolution data, achieving excellent results, diagnosed by the global accuracy numbers and Kappa index, considering an average of 96.78% and 93.5%, respectively, besides low values of disagreement with an average of 3.22%. The change detection analysis showed alterations in the landscape over time, with 9% of the mangrove areas being extinct, 12% with areas of expansion and 79% of the unchanged areas, remaining preserved. Therefore, our mapping data are consistent with the data published by the State Institute for the Environment and Water Resources of the State of Espírito Santo (IEMA), as well as with scientific works that recorded areas of reduction and expansion for mangroves along the Brazilian coast, but mostly with large, preserved areas. With that, our results demonstrate great application of geotechnologies for coastal environmental analyzes with low cost and high response speed.

    This work examines the theme of teacher education, through the cut from the state-of-the-art object on teacher education and ethnic-racial relations, published between 2003 and 2013, in periodicals with A1 to B5 qualifications, theses and dissertations and related events in the period that marked ten years of enactment of Law n. 10,639 / 2003. The purpose of this bibliographical study is to analyze the literature on the subject of teacher training and ethnic-racial relations during the period 2003 to 2013, which marks ten years of Law no. 10,639 / 2003. Anchored to this, the specific objectives intend to distinguish what features are conferred on the academic production published in the qualified journals, during the ten years of the law that establishes the obligation to include the theme of Afro-Brazilian History and Culture in the official curriculum of the educational network; to identify the conformation of these discussions in theses and dissertations regarding recurrences, theoretical-methodological contributions and the outlined perspectives; to relate the works published in events situating aspects present in the specialized literature, structuring in the production of meanings that circulate in this field. The problem that triggers this research is based on the need to intensify studies of this nature which demand the analysis of production in certain fields. In this aspect, the research questions that will permeate this doctoral thesis, inquire: What features are conferred on the academic production published in the ten years of the law that establishes the obligation to include the topic of Afro-Brazilian History and Culture in the official curriculum of the network of teaching? What is the conformation of these discussions in relation to recurrences, the theoretical-methodological contributions and the outlined perspectives? What aspects present in the specialized literature structure the meanings that circulate in this field? In view of the problematic presented, this study is based on the thesis that, the tensions mobilized in the legitimation of the field, in view of the enactment of Law no. 10,639 / 2003 present in their conformation guidelines that emerge from historically silenced demands. Amidst the disputes over the urgent and expensive themes of the issue of diversity in Brazilian education, the visibility given to the debate about the formation of teachers in intersection with ethnic-racial relations, marked by the production of articles in qualified journals, in theses and dissertations and publications in events, imposes displacements that assume modes of perception, and that generate practices and / or habitus, internalized in the teacher training processes and in the teaching practices of these. For the purpose of reading the object of the present proposal, the formulations on symbolic power, habitus and field in Pierre Bourdieu (1983, 1998, 1999, 2003) will be adopted as a theoretical-methodological contribution; representations in Chartier (1991, 1994), teacher training and ethnic-racial relations in Gomes (2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2011, 2012); Cavalleiro (2000); Coelho (2009, 2010, 2014); Coelho and Coelho (2013, 2013a, 2014) and state-of-the-art studies in André (2001, 2002, 2009, 2010); Brzezinski, Garrido, et. al. (2006); Brzezinski (2014). The methodological contribution will be supported by Bardin (2008), through the adoption of some techniques of Content Analysis to treat the information that will be raised through the analysis of the mapping of academic production on teacher training and ethnic-racial relations. The results indicate that, although it seems "there is a divorce, or a huge gap, between these researches and the reality of a significant part of the teacher training courses, especially in the different degrees" (SISS, 2005, p.10-11). ), the visibility given to the debate about the formation of teachers and ethnic-racial relations, registered in the elements that compose the corpus of this investigation, imposes displacements that engender practices and / or habitus, internalized in the processes of teacher training, representing a matrix of perception conforming the field.

    This thesis had the overall objective to map the individual skills of the occupants of positions servers in people management area in HEMOPA Foundation, and specific objectives as: Inventory the current level of skills of servers that work in people management area HEMOPA Foundation identify the sector Skills in the Strategic Center for People Management - NEGEP obtained from the Competency Mapping in HEMOPA Foundation and identify the current level of skills gaps of NEGEP servers. This research this is a descriptive study with field research, which sought to analyze the relationship between factors intrinsic to the investigated organization, and its relationship with the environment task (customer-user, server) through two phases in the research (preliminary and main) subdivided into steps. In the preliminary phase of the research data about the implementation of the management cycle competency in HEMOPA Foundation were analyzed. In the other phase, the data inventory and assessment of current skills, which aimed at defining individual skills in a team of people management can support the mapping of competencies in the institution were analyzed. As search results, presented themselves: the Sector Skills and their performance indicators in the people's management area of HEMOPA Foundation; delimitation of competences of individual positions of administrator, economist, educator and administrative agent in the people's management area in the context of implementation of management skills; core competencies and develop their level of need for mapped positions, and finally, the procedures for competency mapping used by people's management area of HEMOPA Foundation. As results, are described the main results achieved with the implementation of research in HEMOPA Foundation, describing the individual skills of the servers that hold positions in the Strategic Core People Management (NEGEP), which favor the implementation of the Management Cycle Skills, and from these data were inventoried current levels of competency in the area of people management servers, identifying major gaps in competence, moreover, the quality documents were presented, generated from the deployment cycle competency management in HEMOPA Foundation

    Sociabilidades adolescentes na escola básica: um estudo sobre as teses e dissertações defendidas nos cursos de pós-graduação do Brasil entre 2004 a 2013

    This is a study about the Adolescents Sociabilities of school age, that is, about how students engender, suffer or mediate influences on (or from) their peers within the Brazilian Basic School. Regarding the methodology of the research. We adopted as theoretical guidance the qualitative approach, and as a research strategy the bibliographic study, which allowed us to reflect on the phenomenon of adolescent sociability in the Basic School, from the knowledge presented in twenty-one research available in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations - BDBTD. It is therefore interesting to investigate the different forms of adolescent sociability in the Basic School, more specifically the theoretical thoughts that permeated the production of knowledge about this subject in the Brazilian Postgraduate Programs defended between 2004 and 2013. To do this, we performed the Mapping the work on the theme and categorize what academic productions say about teenage sociabilities in this temporal cut. We used the content analysis of Bardin (2011) as a methodological contribution; and to the field concepts in Bourdieu (1989, 1996, 2003 and 2014) and adolescent sociabilities of Coelho (2009, 2016A, 2016B) as a theoretical contribution. The results show that the study of adolescent sociabilities in the field of education is focused on the relations established by students from public schools in the Brazilian peripheries, with violence as the main agent influencing sociability, besides indicating the school as a social place aimed at The sociabilities and, therefore, capable of rearrangements in the relations of power present in the same, which ratifies the importance on the study of the adolescent sociabilities in the Basic School.
