    Criminologia crítica e apagamento político na compreensão do encarceramento no Brasil

    The present research sought to understand the dynamics involving imprisonment and resistance in Brazil. This is an explanatory and qualitative research, whose method of approach was the deductive, using the technique of bibliographical research. In this sense, the research problem that guided the analysis was: to what extent can the dynamics of resistance in prison be understood from the perspective of Marxist criminology? Thus, the working hypothesis consisted to considering that, on the one hand, the exercise of punitive power mobilizes several grammars that support prison and, in this context, promote a political emptying of incarcerated individuals by inserting them in a position of subjection to the power exercised over them. On the other hand, considering an analytical perspective, it starts from the idea that critical criminology has formulated premises that reaffirm this logic, firstly, by undertaking a limited incorporation of the Marxist contribution and, secondly, by not having consistently developed an analysis of how individuals affected by criminalization processes deal with it. The general objective would be to investigate to what extent the dynamics of resistance in prison can be understood from the perspective of Marxist criminology, while the specific objectives are: a) to verify the challenges involved in understanding the context of imprisonment and resistance by criminology Marxist-based criticism; b) to examine the discourses that make up the grammar of prison, in order to glimpse what role is assigned to it; and c) analyze incarceration seeking to understand the articulations that aim at resistance to punitive power. In this sense, the research presents an initial overview that proposes to articulate epistemological and analytical questions about the projections of discourses on prison about political mobilizations undertaken by individuals submitted to the logic of incarceration, inside or outside the prison walls.

    Taking as main reference the writings of Marx, Vigotsky, Duarte and Saviani, this study discusses issues related to the universality of knowledge and the influences of liberalism and postmodernist ideology in mathematics education, which hinder this universality. Inside a theoretical research, our overall objective is to analyze and highlight the influence of postmodernist ideology in education, present in some research in mathematics education. To achieve this goal, we draw the following specific objectives: a) evidence that in the learning how to learn, the school mathematical knowledge has no meaning and that as such, the meaning is in the practices and popular knowledge; b) indicate that in the postmodernist pedagogies there is the valuation of fragmentation and construction of mathematical knowledge to the detriment of its universalization and transmission; c) point multiculturalism as belonging to postmodernist ideology and as a defender of the differences in mathematics education, as a sign of respect for diversity; d) Show multiculturalism, present in the learning how to learn, as an advocate of cultural relativism; e) discuss the appreciation of differences, in order to maintain inequalities, deviating the attention from the larger problem of capitalism, which is the class struggle. In the various works in the area of mathematics education here analyzed, we found the presence of postmodernist ideology expressed in the pedagogies of the learning how to learn and constructivism, that manifest in the appreciation of everyday life over the academic; the construction of knowledge to the detriment of its transmission by the teacher; the relativism; the uncertainty; the harmfulness of the most developed mathematical content; the defense of everyday math expressions as something libertarian and democratic; the defense of differences, too, on behalf of the differences; the combating of universality; the apology to the local and fragmented; the deviation of the class problem to racial or gender problems, contributing to the fragmentation of the fight for a greater cause that is to emancipate all oppressed classes. In other words, liberalism and postmodernist pedagogies hinder the process of humanization, of universalization of knowledge and overcoming the established order. The process of transmitting, by the teacher, of the elaborated mathematical knowledge in school, or the socialization of school mathematics, is of paramount importance to the process of universalisation of knowledge that aims, firstly, the humanization of the individual and, secondly, overcome, by incorporation, the capitalist society.

    A sustentabilidade e seu caráter fundamental à luz do pensamento Marxista

    The research aims at the analysis of sustainability and is fundamental character in Brazilian law in the light of Marxixt thought, focusing on anthopocentrism paradigms, ecocentrism and sustainnability-centrism. To this end, we use the bibliographical research and the method of content analysis, takin as reference the Marxixt thought jOHN bELLAMY Foster Constitution and infra-constitutional laws. We analyzed the correlation of sustentainability with the principle of human dignity, with the constitucional principle of the anthropocentrism, ecocentrism and sustaincentrism paradigms, the the analysis of perpective, that demonstrates the effects of the capitalist mode of production inthe relationship man-nature, we suggest the need to reflect about sustainability inthe current minimize the alienation of man from nature.
