Tese Acesso aberto (Open Access) Ações mediadoras de alunos no fórum de um curso semipresencial de especialização(Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, 2012-08-06) CUNHA, Ana Lygia Almeida; FREIRE, Maximina Maria; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3673007161789295This research is inserted in the realm of Applied Linguistics studies and aims to identify mediating actions performed by students in the 2007 class of the Specialization Course Teaching and Learning of the Portuguese Language for through the interpretation of messages posted in the discussion forum. During the activities developed in the course of Linguistic Pragmatics discipline, the finding that some students when interacting with their classmates acted as mediators led to the conception of this research whitch investigated the conditions that can make the student a mediator, thus contributing to the study of semiotic-pedagogic mediation that takes place in the online context. By starting from the Vygotsky’s notion of mediation (1967/2008), the theoretical foundation of this study was grounded in authors interested in researching on the conditions under which interaction through forums are carried out in the online courses – such as Gunawardena (1999), Garrison e Anderson (2003), Pallof e Pratt (2004), Coffin et al. (2005, 2006), Celani e Collins (2006), Collins (2008), Coll e Monereo (2010), Monereo e Pozo (2010), among others. The interpretation of messages posted by student mediators was based on the hermeneutic orientation supported by Ricoeur (2002, 2006, 2009), for whom the actions expressed in written texts can become an object of science. The research interpretation indicates the importance of the discussion forum as a privileged space for mediations made by students toward their peers.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Entrevista em serviço social: uma rediscussão crítica do instrumento técnico-operativo(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-08-26) RODRIGUES, Samara Morais; PONTES, Reinaldo Nobre; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8577276734482884The interview instrument understood as a mediator in the process of knowledge, enables the social worker approaches the reality of their demand, transcending the appearance of phenomenon and getting larger interventional possibilities on the expressions of the social question. Based on this understanding, this dissertation analyze, critically, as has been given to contemporary professional practice of social work, specifically the use of the instrument interview. for this purpose the different theoretical and methodological conceptions about the interview were identified in the social sciences and the debate on the relationship between theory and practice in social work, as well as, was analyzed the understanding about how to use the interview by social workers in professional practice. Guided by dialectical critical method, the argument came from analyzes of theoretical support materials and of a field research with interviews with two social workers active in the social assistance and two in theHealth. In methodological terms, this is a theoretical research, with a critical and interpretive approach, which tries to develop the informational perception of the librarian in informational environments, which is responsible for the formation of information patterns that direct the perception-action of its users. In conclusion, it is considered that information as a phenomenon of cognitive action emerges by fissuring the technical structures of information theory by developing in the discursive act and in the intersubjective dialogue of the librarian as mediator and in the subjects that seek the knowledge available in libraries.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Resiliência em assistentes sociais que atuam na proteção social especial- PSE - de Belém do Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-02-27) RIBEIRO, Jorgeane Corrêa; SÓRIA, Heliana Baía Evelin; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4706853841098034This work is master in theoretical and methodological construction, developed through bibliographic research, resilience questionnaire in Social Work prepared especially for this research, semi -structured interviews with 10 social workers who work in Special Social Protection of Medium and High Complexity of Belem do Pará, these 3 Specialized Reference Centers and Social Care and 7 spaces Care for children, adolescents, women victims of violence and homeless adults. That work has identified resilience while coping process, strengthening resilience and, in this work of professional social workers, showing that it can be used as a theoretical and methodological tool that has the Guarantee of Rights as important protective mechanism to block factors risk. Thus, resilience as a theoretical - methodological tools can support the theories of Social Work, as relates to the assessment and intervention, through the mediation between risk and protective mechanisms, facilitating the action-reflection-action.
