Scrutinize the guarantee of the fundamental architectural accessibility in light of ethical and political foundations inserts on international, constitutional and infra relating to the matter. We used a set of theoretical-methodological procedures which enabled us to analyze and understand the real role that architectural and attitudinal barriers desemprenham as barriers to full social inclusion of people with disabilities in municipalities alluded. From the perspective of sculptured figures in the Constitution as human dignity, equality, citizenship and social inclusion, which consign this right lacks effectiveness, especially the fragrant disregard to situations related legal rules, corresponding to a real ideal to be reached. Another ride, we understand that ensure the conditions for architectural accessibility demands the commitment of many segments of society, eliminating stigmas, stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination and providing people with disabilities contributions of material resources by eliminating architectural barriers in order to ensure them access, mobility and enjoyment of public goods and services in a satisfactory manner, regardless of the impediments , restrictions or physical impairments that have biological or functional . Given the blatant mismatch between the undeniable advances in administrative plans and pertinent legal matter and reality fateful present proposals or referrals viable political and reputable aimed at realization of the right to accessibility as a corollary of the fundamental right to sustainable and inclusive city. It is to ingratiate the dictates of equality in its many aspects, and respect for differences. This entails various orders and changes in various dimensions and must involve the whole society.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Adesão das famílias camponesas à produção da palma de óleo nos municípios de Moju e Concórdia do Pará: estratégia de parceria das empresas Agropalma e Biopalma(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-08-18) GUEDES, Ana Claudia Filgueiras; SANTANA, Joana Valente; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1192736573759096The aim of this paper is to analyze the membership of peasant production of palm oil from partnerships with farmers and Agropalma Biopalma the municipalities of Pará Moju and Concord families. It was also observed, expectation of improvement management of activity by the producers, because the training for participating and greater dedication to activity.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) As dificuldades relacionadas à aprendizagem do conceito de vetor à luz da teoria dos registros de representação semiótica(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-10-15) PATRÍCIO, Rafael Silva; SILVEIRA, Marisa Rosâni Abreu da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3588315106445865This work was developed in order to contribute to teaching and Analytic Geometry for learning in higher education. To accomplish this we rely on the theoretical framework of Raymond Duval - With the theory of the semiotic representation registers - in classes exhibitions, classroom activities and the exploration of a greater number of Vector representations of mathematical object. Our goal was to identify and analyze the difficulties in production and processing representations of the vectors that characterize the learning of loopholes concept of that object. The research subjects were students of a in Mathematics at the University of Pará - UEPA, Regional Center of the Lower Tocantins - NURBAT located in Moju - PA. The research was divided into stages, where at first, the group witnessed lectures focused on the study of vectors, exploiting the various representations of the object as well as basic operations, the second stage the resolution list of exercises (activities 1 and 2), with questions taken from the discipline and recommended reading individual assessment. Finally the analysis of the resolutions made by subjects. The instruments of data collection included questions of representation of vector algebra in the records, and figural language natural as well as conversions between these records. After analyzing resolutions, they were grouped by categories including: confusion between point coordinates and vector coordinates, difficulty in application of the rule of the parallelogram, difficulty in identifying vectors equal and records involving the conversion between geometric registration. By final aim of the tests where students feel more difficulties according to the peculiarities of the resolutions presented and they also suggest the possibility of continuing the research on it object.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Dinâmica populacional e atividade madeireira em uma vila da Amazônia: a vila de Moju (1730-1778)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-03-15) BATISTA, Regina Célia Corrêa; VIEIRA JÚNIOR, Antonio Otaviano; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6764908679902300This work intends to look into the strategies of occupation / colonization of the Moju´s region to try to understand the practices experienced by many individuals in the colonization process of the Captaincy of Pará. Magnetometry, scintillometry and ground penetrating radar (GPR) were used in the study. Magnetic measurements were taken as the main tool to indicate places for excavation. GPR was used to confirm the anomalies detected with the magnetic method and provided a restriction to the magnetic anomalies caused by non-archaeological artifacts. Scintillometry was used as an attempt to map the archaeological black earth (ABE) or Terra Preta Arqueológica (TPA) soil through the detection of natural gamma ray emitted by the ground. The excavations carried out on the indications of magnetometry and GPR yielded the recovery of ceramics, faience, lithics, and iron artifacts. The scintillometric data showed that exist a good correlation between low radiation and large thickness of ABE (TPA). The used geophysical methodology proved to be efficient and quick with no destructive impact to the sites.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Metodologia geofísica aplicada ao estudo arqueológico dos sítios Bittencourt e Jambuaçu, Estado do Pará(2010-06) ARAGÃO, Rigler da Costa; LUIZ, José Gouvêa; LOPES, Paulo Roberto do CantoMagnetic, total count gamma radiation, and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) measurements were carried out on two archaeological sites located adjacent to the place where a miner duct will be buried. The aim of the measurements was to indicate the optimal áreas for archaeological excavation to find subsurface remains related to ancient communities that lived in the sites. Magnetic measurements showed anomalies that lead to the discovery of a large amount of ceramic fragments and other remains. Gamma radiation allowed discriminating argillaceous from sandy soil, an important result since sandy soil can be correlated to the archaeological layer, where remains are normally found. Ground penetrating radar confirmed the magnetic anomalies and showed several other anomalous features not related to the archaeological remains.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) "Nem parece que tem quilombola aqui": (in) visibilidade da identidade quilombola no processo formativo da CFR do Território Quilombola de Jambuaçu Pe. These occupations originated 20 maroon communities, 14 of which comprise the Territory of Maroon Jambuaçu River in the Municipality of Moju-PA. Throughout the development of these communities, residents living there have experienced numerous conflicts with regard to the preservation of their land, ranging from attempted repression and destruction of ancient shacks in the eighteenth century to the invasion and illegal occupation of land in present day. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the Moroon Identity, affected through these struggles, is incorporated into the training process of the Rural Family House “Fr. Sergio Tonetto”, given the context of training. Conflict between the Maroons Jambuaçu river and Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD), during the instalation of a pipeline to transport bauxite, along 15 km of the Territory, which has caused the destruction of fields, chestnut forests and siltation of rivers and streams. In this perspective, the present research will address the struggle for land rights and education as an essential element in this process, revealing similarities between contexts in Rural Education, and the Moroon and moroon Identity. The methodological procedures that guide the insertion in the field are based on interviews and systematic observations conducted in the community with the subjects, and analysis of the political-pedagogical project of that, from a qualitative descriptive approach. To analyze the speech of Maroons subjects of Jambuaçu, proceeded to content analysis of the interviews. Quilombolas de Santa Maria do Traquateua frente a interesses do poder privado em Jambuaçu/Pará(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-07-07) ALVES, Suely Rodrigues; CASTRO, Edna Maria Ramos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4702941668727146We approach, in this study, part of the history of a rural black community called Santa Maria of Traquateua, in the municipality of Moju, State of Pará, that by incorporating ethnic factors in the struggle for land, define themselves as remaining of quilombo. Having the Earth as a nucleating category, in which they practice the common use of the natural resources, we investigate the process of this community resistance against the conflicts with private power companies, especially monoculture form of palm oil and mining companies on its territory (which started since late of 70s). This study was developed, following the critical thinking, starting from the field theory of Pierre Bourdieu and dialoguing with the concepts of traditional peoples, peasants and development. The methodology included a literature review, documentary consultation and field study followed by interviews. The analysis led us to conclude that, in spite of facing the changes and intervention of economic agents on their territory and even in front of expropriation process of their social reproduction conditions (whether territorial, socio-economical or cultural), the community rebuilds strategies to ensure their permanence in the place of ancestral occupation. Thus, in this sense, the resistance as a way of life is peasant and quilombola.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Para além da informação: dilemas e desafios da participação(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2006-01-24) STEINBRENNER, Rosane Maria Albino; HURTIENNE, Thomas Peter; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7133222063843073In the age of the so called society of information, one tends to think that "to know about the things" makes the difference in the moment of the choice for a determined behaviour. What can be perceived, however, is that, without undeserving the relevance of the information in the processes of constructing consciousness and social empowerment, such correlation is far to have a that direct evidence. Nevertheless, many institutions dealing with development, even thus using an advanced discourse, still remain leashed to an outdated diffusionistic understanding, which treat information and communication as synonyms. To try to understand the relation between communication and participation of citizens, was what motivated this study, which focuses the Amazonian country side, considering a process defined by an external induction of sustainable local development (Project GESPAN), with prominence on the processes of participation of a specific social actor (The Municipal Council for Rural Development of Moju City). It turned evident that communication itself and the central actors in the communication process play an ambivalent role in the dynamics of agricultural development. They can contribute for participation and inclusion of rural communities or on the contrary, can delimit, manipulate or even obstruct the access to information and therefore, promote an even increased isolation of communities in peripheries. Also a correlation between social capital and dissemination of relevant information in the communities has been revealed.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Programa Nacional de Produção e Uso de Biodiesel (PNPB) - possibilidades e limites do desenvolvimento econômico e da inclusão social para a agricultura familiar na Amazônia: o assentamento Calmaria II, Moju (PA)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009-09-08) ANDRADE, Lucia Cristina Gama de; HURTIENNE, Thomas Peter; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7133222063843073The concern with the environment from 70 years shows the necessity of replacing fossil fuels, and Brazil, as a world reference in the production and use of renewable sources of energy launched the National Program for Production and Use of Biodiesel (PNPB) in 2004 with the distinction of the stimulus to generate income through production and marketing of raw materials on family farms through the “Social Seal”, with will be granted to producers of biodiesel to acquire raw material from these farmers. The research addresses the production of oilseeds, namely the oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.). From the work of family farmers settled via the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA) in the settlement Project (PA) Calmaria II, the municipally of Moju with continuous area to plantations Agropalma Company, organized in an association, have focused on the production and marketing of palm oil as a vector of income and also social inclusion. The paper's goal is to examine partnership as a result of an interactive process of both changes of public policies and the demands of social movements. The paper shows that although social movements are part of a relation of conflict between state and society, in Pará they were a precondition for changes in public policy, financing and in the priorities of regional agencies that resulted in propositions for cooperation between local Government and Local Organizations at município level.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) SOME Municipal de Moju/PA: BNCC e Currículo de História(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2025-03-21) CAMPOS, Wellington Rodrigo de; NUNES, Francivaldo Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4125313573133140; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2750-0625With the rise of the BNCC, in 2017, it was up to the municipalities to adapt to the new curricular guidelines, and in Moju it was no different, with the Municipal Curricular Document approved definitively in 2022. This dissertation aims to discuss the curriculum adopted by History teachers at the municipal SOME of Moju/PA before and after the approval of the BNCC, and subsequently with the introduction of the Municipal Curricular Document. To this end, we sought to understand through Oral Life History the conception of history teachers about the construction of their curricula and which contents were considered most relevant for this construction. As well as understanding the references requested by teachers, observing the subjectivities during their teaching careers, to do so, we must understand that the SOME school environment corresponds to Rural Education and all the complexity that this type of education has with the blocking of workload, the location of the teacher and the usual deficiencies of rural schools in the interior of the Amazon. Through this analysis, it became clear to the interviewed teachers that there are important absences in the prescribed municipal curriculum, such as the distance between Local History and education developed in the countryside, given that the Mojuense countryside is home to a rich and complex history of social struggles and disputes over land ownership.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Sustentabilidade e gestão ambiental no município de Moju/PA: desafios para a produção do biodiesel(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-02-26) CARDOSO, Andreza Soares; VIEIRA, Ima Célia Guimarães; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3761418169454490; TOLEDO, Peter Mann de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3990234183124986The concept of sustainable development and its further management emerge as a need to think of new ways to measure economic growth. The concept of "Sustainability Indicators”, designed to measure the level of sustainability of a system, based on indices from economic, social and environmental sector, can help in the evaluation to point out to the accomplishment of sustainable development of a specific municipality, region or county. The public policy of biofuels executed under the National Policy on Production of Biodiesel – PNPB, was created to be applied in the Amazon Region, including the State of Pará, through the program "Poles of Biodiesel Production ". In this context, one of the main targets was the municipality of Moju figured as one of the largest producers of palm oil in the northern region of Brazil. Despite the huge expansion of oil palm cultivation in this county, there are strong concerns about the ability of Moju to receive this governmental incentive and development program as an effective public policy for sustainability. The potential for strongs impacts in the territoriality configuration and social menace are high. In addition, due to the expected economic and environmental dynamics in a municipality there has not been a preparation phase through environmental management programs to minimize potential hazards in the different sectors that may be targeted by such program. This Study focused in the understanding and measure of the sustainability level of the municipality of Moju and evaluated its environmental management capacity. Interviews were performed and secondary data were incorporated into a sustainability analysis framework of the Barometer of Sustainability. It was observed that the municipality tends to a low sustainability trend with few socioeconomic and environmental advances, which demonstrates the fragility of this political district in environmental issues. In general, the city has license to exercise full environmental management, i.e., presents a desirable or efficient administrative structure but its operational structure is poor or ineffective, which will certainly show problems to couple with the PNPB economic dynamics.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Transformação dos principais usos da floresta no município de Moju, nordeste paraense(2010-07) MOREIRA, Liliane Freitas; MOTA, Dalva Maria da; MELO, Acácio Tarciso Moreira deThe ideas presented here resulted from a survey in the community of Santa Maria, part of Olho D’Água settlement, in the municipality of Moju, State of Pará, Brazil.
