    Com a palavra os pais: uma análise sobre o encaminhamento psicológico do filho

    This work is a qualitative research that analyzed the implications on parents when their child is routed to psychological assistance. The study was conducted at the Center for Psychosocial Care for Children's Health in the city of Macapá / AP, it was used a psychoanalytic understanding and was made from six semi-structured interviews with couples who had their children referred by others (school, doctors, nutritionists and others)for psychological monitoring. The interviews were subsequently transcribed verbatim and subjected to content analysis according to Bardin (1977).The criterion for participation in the research was that parents had children aged 6 to 11 years of age and that the couples had stable relationship. It was found that the couples used comparisons of children with the development of other children to better deal with the possibility of lack of mental health of the child triggered by his/her psychological referral. Moreover, they showed ambivalent feelings in relation to the psychological referral as feelings of joy and shock, and reports of estrangement and emptying about the understanding of the motivations that led to the formalization of routing. Although the parents had identified a need for professional help earlier, none of the respondents sought the service voluntarily, even after routing the discourse on normality in the child remained as a way to get a confirmation of health or disease. It was found that all the couples made use of ways of facing the feeling of unease caused by the psychological referral of the child, especially for bearing the latent content that became closer from the routing. Among the ways of facing, it was highlighted the request for help, this occurred for all couples that sometimes, during the interviews, behaved themselves as rivals in the request for assistance, expressed feelings of overload due to their child care, especially the internal aspects (mental), and blame for the current situation of the child, professional and emotional helplessness, as well as an attempt of denial and standardization of the aspects of the development of the child. It was visible the disorganized and inaccurate way in which the discourses were presented, especially regarding the appointment of the symptoms of the children and for their feelings in relation to the complaint represented by psychological referral. The psychological referral, despite the ambivalent feelings aroused, was essential for the parents have sought professional help and certainly, led the couples to a broader understanding of health and mental development of children and of themselves, a necessary recognition that indicates its importance in health, especially in mental health, in regard to prevention and psychological treatment.

    In this work we investigate the feelings and perceptions of the parents towards their involvement in the homework of their children. A qualitative research was made with emphasis on the use of the focal group. The study had 12 participants : people responsible for teenagers who were in the 7th, 8th and 9th grade of the basic education from a private school. The data were analyzed by content analysis. The results indicated that the parents see the homework as an element which belongs to the dynamics of school activities, despite the negative feelings that permeate their involvement in the mentioned schoolwork.

    The behaviors that a person with ADHD has can cause a tangle of feelings within the family and within social, wearing their relations which can lead to rejection of that individual or even exclusion from the social group to which they are ligados.Esta research aimed to investigate the presence of stress and socialization goals of parents of children with and without ADHD. For this purpose, two studies were conducted. At first it was assessed the presence of stress in parents of children with and without ADHD and checked if there was correlation of these levels with attentional impairments and hyperactivity patterns / impulsivity of their children. In the second investigated the socialization goals and strategies of parents of children with and without ADHD. Participated in both estudos78 parents, divided into two groups: experimental group formed by parents of children or adolescentescom the diagnosis of ADHD and control group formed by parents of children without the diagnosis. Data were collected in a University Hospital and duasescolasregulares the public network in the city of Belém / PA. The instruments used were: Socio-Demographic Questionnaire, MTA-SNAP IV, Parenting Stress Index (PSI) .The first study results showed that the stress level of parents of children without ADHD (GC) was higher than that of parents of children with ADHD (GE) and the second study showed that parents of both groups have their main goals related to self-improvement, differing as the action strategies used to achieve the goals.

    This research seeks to examine in detail the legal position of the recognition of homosexual rights deriving from their social interactions with their peers. Offering mainly aimed at addressing the feasibility of adoption by homosexual couples as an expression of respect for fundamental rights and guarantees of man and citizen and as unambiguously development and social inclusion. This is because not only recognizes the practical relations homoafetivas the character of a family unit - safeguarded by the principle of equality, as understand the Supreme Court (STF) in the ADI decision nº. 4277-DF, judged on 05 May 2011, which recognized unions as stable unions between persons of the same sex since met the legal requirements - like, likewise, contemplates and ensures the rights of children and adolescents a safe and healthy home environment, able to provide them with adequate physical, mental and moral.
