The construction industry provides occupational hazards to workers at construction sites. Despite the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), noise is one of the occupational hazards that persist as one of the most damaging to workers. The causes may be inherent in the control, but also by the inappropriate choice of methods of hearing protector implantation as an individual control measure. This work aims to analyze the efficiency of hearing protectors, taking into account the octave band spectrum at the sound pressure levels of the main equipment used in the civil construction sector in the city of Manaus.

Transformations in space and in the world are known to arise from processes of production, development and commercialization in the places where they live. In this context, the fairs are considered sources of production, processing and tourism, so this research project was elaborated with the theme “Analyze the logistics process (handling, storage and exposure) for marketing of fruit and vegetables at the Banana Fair in Manaus”. Thus, the objective was to identify the preponderant legal factors that influence the marketing in the fair itself, seeking if these factors are attending the fair, to describe the process of transportation and storage of products destined to supply the fair and to propose actions of Improvements to better facilitate communication between supplier, marketer and end customer, having for this the creation of interactive application. It is possible to realize that there is a need to improve the formats and adequacy of transport used in the marketing process of products. It was also noticeable that due to inadequate transportation and poor road conditions, 30% of the produce is discarded due to the sensitivity of the products, resulting in a loss in marketers' revenue and a considerable loss in the entire production chair.

In order to seek improvement in procedures and increase the competitive market differential, organizations aim to develop programs and planning that assist the needs of companies. Therefore, this research presents a method capable of assisting in the elaboration of internal and external analysis of a company, which is the SWOT Matrix, to provide a self-diagnosis, key points of the organization such as: Weaknesses, Forces, Opportunities and Threats, that interconnected with Fuzzy Logic allows a holistic view of the points that need attention. The methodology used was the application of questionnaires, direct observation and data collection, developed in the form of a case study in a construction material company. The application of the organizational diagnosis is performed through forms, which are compiled and demonstrated through the Fuzzy graph. Then the internal and external environments are analyzed, and the graph of the critical areas is assembled. In this study, the results pointed out that the critical areas were: Marketing, Physical Environment and Procedures, which need to be adapted to the needs of the company. Thus, a new strategic plan was applied involving methods necessary for the success of the critical areas that consequently brought about improvements to the company as a whole, which has undergone relevant modifications. Thus, it was verified that one must be awabhre of the necessary changes in the newix scenarios and in the new times that the market itself in which the company is inserted demands.

With the fourth industrial revolution underway and a globalized market, organizations must be agile and flexible to meet customer requirements and needs. As a result, organizations should use management tools and techniques that add value to their products and/or services, that is, that allows them to produce more with fewer resources. In this perspective, this work aims to develop an analysis of the application of Lean Manufacturing tools in the management of Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) of a mining company. The study was based on a diagnosis of the initial situation of the PCM, in which low adherence to some indicators was identified, as well as the lack of a problem-solving method. Based on this, a methodology was developed to evaluate the indicators after the implementation of the shop floor and routine management tools (FMDS, kaizen and Andon), and also developed a flowchart to facilitate the employees' decision making regarding the type of continuous improvement tool to use to develop projects. within the PCM. With the implementation of the FMDS tools, Andon and kaizen were achieved consistent results that are presented in graphs, these results were achieved after using the Lean Manufacturing philosophy.

The planning and programming of major maintenance or general reviews (Major Overhaul) aims to identify needs, coordinate activities and plan resources. Detailed and efficient planning provides compliance with the deadlines and optimal maintenance criteria allowing the equipment to be maintained with minimal incident or accidents, thus avoiding the occurrence of large operational and financial losses for the entire plant. Thus, the present work was structured in the type of exploratory research that aimed to understand the standardization of planning and scheduling processes of a large maintenance stop of the bauxite mill that is inserted in the Bayer process, alumina's production process, using a planning and control tool. It sought to carry out preliminary studies, aiming at structuring the context. The results obtained from the development of this work affirm that project management to obtain control over maintenance is the best way to improve and quality, once effectively performed, maximizes the reliability and predictability of prevention and correction actions, safety, as well as the resources necessary for the execution of these actions. Another factor of great importance is the gains from mappings and controls, whether from planning deliveries, resources and documentation. Thus, from the development of this research it was possible to collect a set of lessons learned to be used in the next major industrial maintenance stops, as wellix as the opportunities difficulties in performing pre-stop activities of the equipment, occurring some delays and also the inclusion of some activities and improvements during the project.

Produção e implantação de uma base de testes: aplicação em testes de placas de computador e notebooks em uma fábrica na cidade de Manaus

The current factory scenario presents a problem with the very high cost of importing test bases for each model and line setup of the models. This work aims to improve the productive process in a line of computers with a single test base in the functional test stations of the boards. It will be a unique testing base for all motherboard models of the line, without lost of the quality and reliability of the existing process with imported bases. The planning will be applied within the scope of the engineering by means of employees apt in the development of the creation of the unique base, solving and improving the process of test in the company of activities of industrial follow-up. The cost in the test station was identified in the production line in relation to the cost of importing bases and then a single base was developed and tests were performed with four different plates using the single base. The objective of the single base was achieved, since it eliminated the cost of importing bases and decreased the setup time among the models.
