Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise de impactos harmônicos em rede de média tensão utilizando redes neurais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-11-11) SOUZA, Jayne do Nascimento; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317A methodology is presented to assess the impact caused by the generation of harmonics, located on a bus of interest in the medium voltage substation, in the electric grid of the energy concessionaire. The estimate is to carry out the construction of a model based on data collected, applying the technique of artificial neural network (ANN). The input of the neural model is built by harmonic currents, impacted by nonlinear loads that make up the system of the proposed methodology. The objective of this dissertation is to conduct a measurement campaign to collect data from the electrical system, to demonstrate a study on the quality of electrical energy, considering the recommendations of IEC 61000-3-6 (IEC / TR, 2008-02), IEEE Std. 519-2014, EN 50160-2004 and PRODIST (module 8,2017) and propose the development of an algorithm capable of evaluating measurements using the artificial neural network technique. The technique used in this project was the artificial neural network (ANN) technique, which made it possible to construct the model well with the validation of the results obtained from comparisons of the reference results via computer simulation with results obtained through the neural model. Therefore, the dissertation presented and applied in practice with case studies of the actions for analysis of harmonic impacts in electrical energy distribution systems through the construction of mathematical models using the neural network, obtaining good results, thus validating the applied technique.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise do impacto de conversores de frequência na qualidade da energia do sistema de distribuição de uma indústria de petróleo(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-06-10) MAGALHÃES, Christiane Marques Sousa de; TOSTES, Maria Emília de Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4197618044519148In this work, it is presented an analysis of the distribution system power quality of an oil industry in order to evaluate the impact of the installation of frequency converters regarding the harmonic distortion. In this context it justifies the study of efficient forms of prevention, one of the purposes of this work.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Gestão da manutenção de transformadores de distribuição visando à qualidade no fornecimento de energia elétrica(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2008-11-14) CORRAL, Maria Filomena Brito do; BEZERRA, Ubiratan Holanda; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6542769654042813; TOSTES, Maria Emília de Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4197618044519148This paper has the objective of showing the efficient management of the maintenance in power transformers that are operating in the electrical distribution grid, allowing effective actions which preserve the quality of the energy delivered to consumers, considering the criteria established in PRODIST – Electrical Energy Distribution Procedures in the Brazilian Electrical System. The applied method to reach this objective is the creation of an information system, which allows that the distribution maintenance manager to take decisions considering the occured interruptions and the impact caused in FEC – Equivalent Frequency of Interruptions for unit consumer and in loading of transformers. It is understood that the mitigation actions will be taken in sufficient time, being able to preserve the quality of the supply.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Impactos de cargas motrizes na qualidade de energia e eficiência energética em uma nanorrede de distribuição em corrente contínua(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2024-03-22) ALVES, Victor Parente de Oliveira; GALHARDO, Marcos André Barros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6672470707462259This work presents an experimental study involving the impacts of rotative loads on electrical energy quality and energy efficiency in a Direct Current Distribution Nanogrid (DCDN) idealized and implemented by the Grupo de Estudos e Desenvolvimento de Alternativas Energéticas (GEDAE) in Ilha das Onças, a community on the banks of the Piramanha River, Barcarena-Pará. Therefore, two types of rotative loads were selected for this work: DC motor pumps, directly connected to the DCDN, and AC models, supplied through inverters; and refrigeration equipment: refrigerator and freezer, both with the same compressor model and operating on direct current. The work presents the technical characteristics of the DCDN, as well as the instrumentation used for measurement and data acquisition involving electrical parameters of the grid and monitored loads. The energy quality events addressed relate especially to the presence of ripples with the injection of AC current along the DCDN in the steady-state operation regime of the rotative loads and inrush current during the activation of the motor pumps. Regarding short-duration events, focus is given to voltage sag during the activation of refrigeration, as there is a peak of demand of high magnitude, reaching more than 28 times the effective nominal current, or rms value, for one of the loads. Concerning energy efficiency, a comparative study is conducted involving the current operational scenario of the nanogrid with the use of mixed DC and AC loads and other technically feasible but not implemented scenarios, in order to highlight the benefits of the current configuration for energy supply to families in the area. Finally, cost avoidance estimates and emission reductions are also addressed, considering the use of gasoline motor pumps before the implementation of the DCDN, through the presentation of data and information obtained from one of the households presented in the work.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Metodologia para diagnosticar a qualidade de energia elétrica referente à distorção harmônica em sistema trifásico de baixa tensão utilizando lógica fuzzy(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-09-02) GONÇALVES, Benevaldo Pereira; COSTA JÚNIOR, Carlos Tavares da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6328549183075122This work emphasizes the importance of monitoring and diagnosing the quality of electric power from the viewpoint of harmonic distortion present in the electrical installation in low voltage three-phase system using a methodology to analyze and diagnose the level of harmonic disturbances evaluating the overall indicator of distortion Harmonic (THD), supported by an expert system based on a Fuzzy inference system.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Qualidade da energia elétrica de uma nanorrede de distribuição em corrente contínua sob diferentes condições operacionais(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-02-13) FONSECA, Arthur Corrêa da; GALHARDO, Marcos André Barros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6672470707462259This work presents an experimental study of electric power quality in a Direct Current Distribution Nanogrid (DCDN) implemented in the testing area of the Grupo de Estudos e Desenvolvimento de Alternativas Energéticas (GEDAE) building at the Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA), Guamá campus, city of Belém-Pará. Power quality events are identified through tests carried out on the DCDN and classified based on the recommendation of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) - Recommendation Practice for Monitoring Electric Power Quality - Std 1159, 2019. The characteristics of the DCDN and the load banks subjected to the tests are presented, using commercial loads available on the market, as well as the instrumentation used for electrical and environmental measurements and data acquisition. Among the identified power quality events, long-term variations, transient events during the start operation of DC-DC converters, voltage elevations and sags with the operation and output of loads, and voltage ripple along the DCDN are evaluated. As an additional case study, interruption events are also evaluated in a DCDN located in Onças Island, in the municipality of Barcarena. Thus, in view of the tests and measurements carried out, power quality events present in the DCDN supplied by dispersed photovoltaic generators and battery banks are evidenced, highlighting the influence of these events on different loads connected along the distribution network and under different operational condition
