Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma abordagem metodológica para implementação multi-modelos de teste de software adotando o MPT.Br e o TMMi(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-01-20) BRITO NETO, Olavo Nylander; OLIVEIRA, Sandro Ronaldo Bezerra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2080791630485427Through the years software quality models and correlated has emerged and gained more space in software development organizations. These models cover the entire development process, or specific areas of the process. Due the test area qualify the result of the products generated with the reduction of defects found during the development and being an area with little attention during this development process. This work presents a methodology for implementing multi-process models of software testing. Emphasizing an approach used to create material support in implementing multi-models applied in models MPT.Br and TMMi, aligning with the present levels of maturity models, emphasizing the methodology and materials generated during this process. Generating inputs that tend to facilitate knowledge adherence to the aforesaid models and facilitating the adaptation of international organizations wishing to know the Brazil’s test culture.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma abordagem sistêmica para apoio à realização de diagnóstico inicial de avaliação do MPS.BR(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-12-17) BRABO, Silvia Mariana Furtado; OLIVEIRA, Sandro Ronaldo Bezerra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2080791630485427Organizations that develop software in Brazil are investing more and more in improving their processes. At present, improvement initiatives are recurrent, with the MPS.BR model being an economically viable option for medium and small companies. Within this context, this master's dissertation presents a software tool to be used in the phase prior to an official evaluation of the MPS.BR model, in order to help the company to measure conformity compliance before an official evaluation and takes account the characteristics considered fundamental to the interpretation of the data made from articles, guides, manuals made available by SOFTEX regarding the model MPS.BR. The research seeks to understand the metrics used by the evaluators to define the completion of a task, to achieve the expected results and to apply automatic procedures capable of making the evaluated company aware of the next phase of the process. The tool has an intuitive and easy to use interface, it assists in a quantitative analysis of the MPS.BR model, which can help both the evaluator and the evaluated company to organize and make available the supporting documentation in an official MPS.BR evaluation. for software and enable the organization to use the tool during an evaluation, since the documentation to be evaluated would be organized within the system, leaving the evaluation process faster and possibly cheaper.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Alcance da qualidade do produto a partir da qualidade do processo: análise da implementação integrada das práticas do CMMI-DEV com os resultados esperados do Certics(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018-12-17) SÁ, Marcelo Rocha de; OLIVEIRA, Sandro Ronaldo Bezerra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2080791630485427This dissertation addresses the aspects related to the search for software product quality certification from the implementation of software process maturity model in the context of a software company that in the development of one of its products obtained the CMMI-Dev 2 and started the respective CERTICS certification Describe the experience in the search for the certification of the PAGETO (Passive Agile Software Management Tool) product from the practices of CERTICS in line with the evaluation of the CMMI-DEV software process maturity. The results obtained relate to the identification of harmonization points between these two models and of complementary strategies and activities, in order to guarantee the overcoming of models divergences. These results were obtained from a peer review conducted with a specialist in the models involved in this research.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Metodologia para implementação do MPS.BR utilizando o ambiente webapsee(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2009-04-29) ROCHA, Vanderlene Covre; REIS, Carla Alessandra Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1614538302774823; FAVERO, Eloi Luiz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1497269209026542A number of initiatives to improve the software process has emerged recently to improve quality and productivity in software organizations. Some models and standards have focused the implementation of improvements in the software development process area; MPS.BR model is an example of thiese models. This process improvement model aims to improve software quality, preferably for micro, small and medium enterprises in order to meet the needs of their business model and was chosen to be explored in this work. Several advantages are gained during process improvement effort, one of them is the definition of a systematic process for software development, which helps to achieve the process quality and productivity and also the developed product quality. The use of a defined process model brings several benefits associated with standardization, such as the optimization, the re-work cost reduction, less defects in products, among others. But there is a lack of models that can be applied directly to a specific company of software development and therefore it is necessary to model the process, customizing it with the ultimate goal of creating a model that adequately represents the organization process. One of the difficulties for the implementation of models such as MPS.BR is the lack of methodologies that shows how the implementation of improvements to be made and not only what should be done. In this context, this work proposes a methodology for the implementation of the MPS.BR model based on IDEAL model, through a specific tool, called WebAPSEE, which works to coordinate the methodology execution. The methodology was tested in a local organization called CTIC - Center for Information Technology and Communication of UFPA which was assessed as level of G MPS.BR.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Uma ontologia que estabelece os relacionamentos de dependência entre as práticas de gerência de requisitos e gerência de projetos constantes nos modelos MR-MPS-SW e CMMI-DEV(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-04-16) YOSHIDOME, Ewelton Yoshio Chiba; OLIVEIRA, Sandro Ronaldo Bezerra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2080791630485427The models and standards for software quality aim to propose a set of best practices to support the software companies in order to achieve the continuous software process improvements, so, those companies may develop better products. Commonly, the software companies need to hire implementation consultants in order to support the best practices institutionalization. In this context, there are companies and novice consultants that have the difficulty to understand about the practices and the relationship between those practices in quality models. In order to resolve it, we will create a ontology. The ontology is “a set of ordered terms, by hierarchy, in order to describe a domain that can be used as a knowledge base”. Thus, this research proposes a ontology that establish the dependency relationship among the best practices of project management process and requirement management process. In order to achieve this result, we need: (1) a study about the best practices presents in MR-MPS-SW and CMMI-DEV models, in order to find the relationship among the best practices; (2) create a ontology in UML – Unified Modeling Language; (3) define the ontology axioms, in order to consolidate the meaning of dependency relationships; and (4) survey the companies that have official certification, in this survey we collected the evidences used to implement the best practices suggested in quality models, in order to instantiate the ontology for its evaluation. In the end, our outcome was a ontology (structured model and axioms) that establish the relationship of the best practices among Project Management and Requirement Management process.
