In the legal field, it is sustained the interpretation of devices to the use of precedents under the perspective of the proposed theory, highlighting the concepts of coherence and integrity. In the practical field, despite the existence of a different conception from the Supremo Tribunal Federal’s ministers about the use of precedents, the change of this vision is defended.
