Clube de ciências da Universidade Federal do Pará: ensino de ciências e divulgação científica: um estudo iconográfico antropológico narrativo
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-08-04) BANDEIRA NETTO, Felipe; GONÇALVES, Terezinha Valim Oliver; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0496932429575513; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8285-3274
I seek in this dissertation to analyze epistemological and historical aspects of science teaching at the Clube de Ciências da Universidade Federal do Pará - CCIUFPA. For this, I make use of photographic images of the collection of the Clube de Ciências and the personal collection of teachers and coordinators graduated from this training space. In this research, I begin with my first contacts with photography, which is designed since my childhood in Quilombo de Mangueiras, located in the Ilha do Marajó, in the city of Salvaterra, in the Estado do Pará, until the current moment of this master's research. The problematization of this research occurs through memorialistic reports evoked from photographs of people who lived the CCIUFPA in different times. For the analysis of speeches and images, I make use of relevant theoretical elements that help me in the collection of information and in the construction of data. I seek anthropological theoretical contribution in the thinking of theorists such as Geertz, Campos, Bourdieu, Kossoy, as well as Hine and Turkle to discuss virtual anthropology. As this is a qualitative research in the narrative modality, I take the theoretical perspective of Clandinin and Connelly. For the analytical movement, I make use of the discursive textual analysis of Moraes e Galiazzi. As the research took place during the Covid-19 pandemic, caused by the Sars-Cov 2 coronavirus, part of the interviews were conducted virtually, and to respect scientific limits, I make use of theorists who assist me in this process. The analytical movement made it possible to build two categories dealing with Scientific Initiation and Scientific Communication in the historical trajectory of science teaching at CCIUFPA.

Constituição da memória institucional sobre sustentabilidade ambiental divulgada no âmbito da Universidade Federal do Pará
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2023-01-31) SILVA, Carla Patrícia Lima; ALMEIDA, Aline Christian Pimentel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1388841813412015; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7421-5632; CONDURÚ, Marise Teles Condurú; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6085807397296909; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4545-4199
The Institutional Memory is constituted from the process of choice and selection of what was and is relevant to the history of an Institution, in this scenario the News Portal of the Federal University of Pará and the Institution's Academic Units is studied to identify this relationship . This research has as its guiding problem: How does the information on environmental sustainability disseminated within the scope of the Federal University of Pará constitute its Institutional Memory? To answer this question, the general objective is to analyze the dissemination of technical-scientific production on environmental sustainability generated within the scope of the Federal University of Pará for the constitution of Institutional Memory. As for the research methods and techniques, a single case study was carried out for data collection, and Content Analysis for the analysis of the data obtained. According to the cut delimited by the research, five sources of evidence were analyzed: Institutional Documents of the Federal University of Pará and the Institutional Communication Office; Analysis, based on data mining, of the pages of the News Portal of the Federal University of Pará and the websites of the Academic Units; Questionnaire answered by the administrators of these pages; Interview with the Director of the Communication Office of the University and Survey of Technical-scientific Production on the subject in the Institutional Repository of Theses and Dissertations of the Federal University of Pará. As a result, it was identified that the disclosures made through the Portal and the websites of the Academic Units are recognized by the University's management as an instrument in achieving the Institution's strategic management. There is dissemination of information on environmental sustainability on the University's websites, however the theme can be worked on further. The Communication Office recognizes the relevance of the theme and has been developing strategies for greater dissemination. As for the constitution of the Institutional Memory, although there is recognition that the Portal is a form of Constitution of the Institutional Memory of the Federal University of Pará, there is still no concern in the sense of structuring and maintaining it from this perspective, with the need to instrumentalize such a need. It was concluded that the University News Portal and the websites of the Academic Units can be considered as instruments in the constitution of the Institutional Memory of the Federal University of Pará, although currently they are not treated nor prepared to act in this way, however, they can become institutionalized places of memory.

Modelagem matemática e teoria da complexidade: diálogo multitemático no ensino superior
(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2021-04-19) SANTOS, Neuma Texeira dos; BRAGA, Roberta Modesto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3004012674017274; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3747-5862; SANTO, Adilson Oliveira do Espírito; EIRA Lattes iD http://lattes.cnpq.br/5870609258842071; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2728-8169
The research accomplished in this doctoral thesis was motivated by the interest in understanding whether the activities of Mathematical Modeling in College Education, discussed from the seven knowledge of Edgar Morin's complexity, allow the defragmentation of knowledge and the reconnection of knowledge, since the education of the 21st century needs a complex thinking, moved by the feeling of belonging to a planetary unity. In this way, the themes sought to monitor mangrove swamps, ducks (dendrocygna autumnalis) in different contexts, the Covid-19 pandemic, social networks, fake news, infographics and scientific dissemination, to articulate knowledge by developing face-to-face and on-line activities. The selection of empirical data was inspired by the methodological procedure of content analysis, and the discussion of data organized from the Modeling steps, proposed by Professor Rodney Bassanezi. The text was organized in the aggregation format, bringing together three connected and independent articles, accompanied by an integrating text, introduction and general considerations. The first article deals with a theoretical reflection on the epistemological foundations of Edgar Morin's theory of complexity, in order to identify the intertwining with Modeling, which enables the reconnection of knowledge. In the second article, an empirical activity was carried out, with the theme of setting in the mangrove. This field activity culminated in the multi-thematic approach of the third article. The research has shown that the Modeling approach, which provides complex thinking, is based on a transdisciplinary perspective. Facing the complexity of the problems experienced in this century, it is necessary to act beyond borders, allowing Mathematical Modeling to exist and enhance the articulation of knowledge, for the full exercise of a planetary citizenship.
