Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Análise bibliométrica da produção científica das pós-graduações do NAEA e NUMA relacionado à temática recursos naturais na Amazônia(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-02-25) NEVES, João Paulo Pastana; SANTOS JUNIOR, Roberto Lopes dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3355963647616547Bibliometric analysis of the dissertations defended in the postgraduate program in sustainable development of the moist tropic (PPGDSTU) and the postgraduate program in natural resource management and local development in the Amazon (PPGEDAM) at the Federal University of Pará. It aims to identify the main research currents linked to the access of natural resources. The research is characterized as quantitative, descriptive and bibliometric, from the survey of the dissertations in the online portals of the programs (PPGDSTU and PPGEDAM), Institutional Repository of UFPA (Riufpa), and on the Curriculum Lattes Platform. The year of defense analysis, research themes and more productive researchers were selected, presenting the main research strands and offering a "state of the art" in the scientific production of PPGDSTU and PPGEDAM. It was used as research tools: a) The software VOSviewer to identify the main thematic trends of postgraduate programs analyzed; b) The Wordclouds.com software in order to elaborate clouds of keywords, aiming at mapping the most used terms and discussed in the analyzed dissertations, and c) The Software Gephi to view the scientific collaboration network between teachers and tasks of the programs. The first year of defense of each program was adopted until 2018. It was found that so PPGEDAM as PPGDSTU have 172 dissertations produced between 2009 to 2018 while PPGDSTU / NAEA has 254 dissertations between 1987 to 2018 and, as for teachers which more guided in the PPGDSTU, 39 guiders were counted, while in PPGEDAM, has 27. It is concluded that research carried out in these programs through the natural resources theme in the Amazon, have been contributing to a more sustainable and predatory planet of predatory actions. It is also suggested the stimulus of collaborative partnerships between programs, creating academic master's incentives at PPGEDAM and Professional Master in PPGDSTU, in which it will contribute to the increase in the productivity of the institution. It is also suggested the implementation of research fueling scholarships to improve the performance of the programs, thus avoiding the oscillation of scientific productivity.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) História para o ensino de geometria analítica nas produções de história da matemática do Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-02-10) MARQUES, Rubens Matheus dos Santos; MENDES, Iran Abreu; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4490674057492872; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7910-1602This research refers to the history of analytic geometry in the productions of History of Mathematics in Brazil, so this research is research type research. For the methodological development we base on the epistemological assumptions of Gamboa (2012), so that it subsidizes the analysis of each identified production according to the research objective that concerns the proposed activities for the teaching of analytical geometry in the research productions centered on its historical and methodological aspects, for its use in mathematics classes exposed in the Brazilian productions of History of Mathematics, within the scope of postgraduate dissertation and thesis level, event annals, education journals and short course books offered by SBHMat in SNHM. To guide the research, we consider the following question: What approaches and contributions emerge for the teaching of analytic geometry in the production of History of Mathematics in Brazil? As results we identified thirty-seven works referring to the history of analytical geometry classified in the research trends in History of Mathematics, namely; History and Epistemology of Mathematics (HEpM), History of Mathematical Education (HEdM) and History for Teaching Mathematics (HEnM) Thus, sixteen productions were identified in relation to the master's level scientific production, twelve related to the works published in the annals of events, three in the journals of the area and finally six short course books were identified. From this finding we elaborate referrals for teachers of basic education from the information contained in the productions classified in HEnM in order to reveal how the approaches presented in the research can be worked in line with the textbook.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) La ciencia de la información y la producción científica brasileña sobre información ambiental(Instituto Internacional de la UNESCO para la Educación Superior en América Latina y el Caribe, 2022) OLIVEIRA, Hamilton Vieira de; VALENTIM, Marta Lígia PomimThe paper analyzes the knowledge production on environmental information in Brazil within the scope of Information Science in the period 2000-2019. It retrieves the production on the subject in the main national and international bibliographic sources of scientific articles and theses and dissertations. The reading, classification and analysis of the papers found indicate that the identified production does not cover, in a balanced way, the main categories of study in the scientific field of Information Science, and that it is dispersed with regard to the institutions of origin, editors and the articulation among the authors. We believe that by means of an academic-scientific planning, Information Science can significantly contribute to a more institutionalized scientific production on environmental information, better distributed in its subareas of study and more aligned with the social relevance of the environmental issue.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Mapeamento das revistas do portal de periódicos da Universidade Federal do Pará: uma abordagem sobre a importância da elaboração de políticas e estratégias de preservação digital(Universidade Estadual de Londrina, 2018-12) BARROS, Diego Bil Silva; CASTRO, Jetur Lima de; ARELLANO, Miguel Ángel MárderoIntroduction: Addresses the importance of developing policies and strategies for digital preservation, based on an evaluation carried out in the Journal Portal of the Federal University of Pará. Currently, this journal portal is composed by eleven journals, namely: Complexitas, Interdisciplinary Margins, Arterials, Journal Amazon, Agroecosystems Magazine, MOARA, Amazon, New NAEA Notebooks, Hendu, Brazilian Journal of Analysis of Behavior, View the Education Magazine. Objective: It proposes to map the magazines of the Portal of Periodicals of UFPA, identifying strategies and preservation policies, as well as generate practical contributions and theoretical for the institution. Methodology: We used the scientific methods of action research, involving quantitative and qualitative methods, documentary research and bibliographic research. It was observed that all journals adopt the standard SEER / OJS (Electronic Publishing Service), use the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and are integrated with the portal's institutional link. However, only 45% of the journals are empowered with the LOCKSS manifesto for digital preservation through the Carian Network. Results: It was also verified that the UFPA periodicals have well-defined editorial policies aimed at quality and is still seeking to institutionalize a conservation policy digital. Conclusions: Thus, we conclude that digital preservation presents itself as a a decisive and growing factor for the guarantee of past production and the the maintenance of this knowledge with the objective of making them available for the present and future generations.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A produção científica da UFPA sobre conhecimentos tradicionais: análise das teses e dissertações disponíveis no Banco de Teses da Capes(Universidade de São Paulo, 2018-10) DANTAS, Cleide Furtado Nascimento; BENCHIMOL, Alegria Celia; BARROS, Thiago Henrique Bragato; MORAES, João Batista Ernesto deInvestigates the scientific production of the Federal University of Pará on traditional knowledge, based on the theses and dissertations available at the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Level Personnel Bank of Theses, in order to verify how the subject has been approached in the institution. It uses data analysis, french line discourse analysis and contributions of bibliometrics, constituting a qualitative-quantitative study. The results indicate that the theme is current and of interest to Federal University of Pará in several areas of knowledge. They also verify that the local discussions on the theme follow the context of the national and international approaches, yet have their own characteristics related to the location where the institution is located, the Amazon region. Finally, conclude that the analysis of the scientific production of an institution shows promise for the understanding of how certain topics have been approached, in this case, the traditional knowledge.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Saúde coletica e COVID-19: o aporte da comunidade científica brasileira no enfrentamento da pandemia.(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-05-31) MATEUS, Isabella Maria Almeida; BERRÍO-ZAPATA, Cristian; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0976534900847907; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7314-6487The rapid spread of COVID-19 around the world has caused the number of research related to the disease to also increase at a rapid pace, setting up an unprecedented scientific race. The Brazilian Collective Health scientific community was also involved in this movement. To visualize Brazil's contribution in this field, this work seeks to analyze the profile and contribution of the Brazilian Collective Health scientific production in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a bibliographic study, which used domain analysis as a method and applied bibliometric and altmetric instruments, as well as content analysis. Scientific production was measured using indicators of productivity, impact, and visibility. For these purposes, articles on Collective Health and COVID-19 were searched in the Web of Science, Scopus, SciELO, and PubMed Central databases, with Brazil as the country of affiliation of one or more authors, and the publication period delimited from Jan./2020 to Dec./2021. As a result, 735 articles were selected and received 7,027 citations. The Southeast Region showed the highest number of publications (51.56%), and the University of São Paulo was the most productive institution (6.88% of articles). The area managed to articulate with researchers from 827 institutions in 71 countries. The most productive author published 18 papers. Only 25.44% of the articles mentioned a source of funding. The 100 most cited articles had 47,982 interactions on social media platforms, the majority from Twitter (54.76%) by members of the general public (92.69%). The article with the highest rate of attention on social media ranked 82nd in the most cited ranking. A total of 14 subjects were identified. “Health care in the pandemic” showed the majority of articles. However, “Epidemiology and health surveillance in the pandemic context” was the most relevant topic for the scientific community and the one that aroused greater interest in the general public. We concluded that the articles analyzed in this study reflect the Brazilian scientific production and were considered relevant, as they were cited by other authors in their studies and also attracted the attention of the lay public. Two waves of scientific production were observed, possibly following the pace of activity of Brazilian universities and institutes. Due to the low number of articles generated by the North Region, the formation of an academic staff of Collective Health in this region was seen as necessary. An article was used as an example to demonstrate that a high number of citations or mentions in social networks does not always correspond to quality. Although science is not completely impartial and depoliticized, it has mechanisms of self-criticism and self-refutation, thus showing its value. The interaction between what science produces and what is disseminated on social networks needs more attention and better regulations in order to avoid that the information generated in this area ends up being distorted. Finally, new studies are proposed to understand why some subjects attract greater interest from the lay public, but not so much from the scientific community.
