Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Educação para mulheres e processos de descolonização da América latina no século XIX: Nísia Floresta e Soledad Acosta de Samper(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016-05-20) LIMA, Adriane Raquel Santana de; ARAÚJO, Sônia Maria da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5826372225106245This study analyzes the concept of education for women in writings of authors Nísia Forest and Soledad Acosta de Samper, relating this concept of education with the decolonization process in Latin America. The research part of the investigative question: what is the concept of education for women present in the writings of the Brazilian Nísia Foresta (1810-1885) and the Colombian Soledad Acosta de Samper (1833-1913), and how this concept is linked to the historical context of decolonization of Latin American continent? It presents as a central objective to analyze the concept of education for women present in the writings of Nísia Foresta and Soledad Acosta de Samper, understanding how this thought is linked to the historical context of decolonization of Latin America. Methodologically, it is a theoretical thesis, based on analytical assumptions of cultural history and comparative history of Latin American social thought. The sources are constituted by the writings of Nísia Foresta and Soledad Acosta de Samper, especially those who are directly and indirectly related to the educational theme. The results confirm the research hypothesis initially raised, namely, that the writings on education of Nísia Foresta, in Brazil, and Soledad Acosta de Samper, in Colombia, are two models of Latin American intellectual production that put in debate the educational formation of woman in close relationship with the political movements of decolonization of the south American continent. The writings of these authors are a border thinking that emerge in the dense and secular plot of decoloniality in Latin America. Nísia and Soledad are undoubtedly writers who challenged her time, because they reflected about the conditions of oppression that Latin American women were subjected, as well as blacks and Indians. In addition, both proposed an education based on the real needs of independence of their countries, emphasizing education for women as a right, which refuted the hegemonic discourse of intellectual inability of women to learn and build scientific knowledge.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) O programa gestão nota 10 do instituto Ayrton Senna e a educação em Santarém-PA(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-03-26) SOUSA, Walter Lopes de; SANTOS, Terezinha Fátima Andrade Monteiro dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9502681594591950This study examines the public-private partnership agreement between the City Hall of Santarém - PA and the Ayrton Senna Institute, who has implemented management programs in education in this city. Among these programs our study focus on the "Programa Gestão Nota 10" (PGN10), because we have interest to analyzing the changes that occurred in the Department of Education and their schools. To get this target we have developed a research when were reviewing papers about educational legislation, management reports, reports about educational organization, documents about the public-private partnership and also documents that was madding on it. We did field work during the search and we did 21 (twenty one) semi-structured interviews with teachers, council members of social control, educators, directors and coordinators who work in the educational sector of the city. All the information about search were treated using the Discourse Analysis, because it offers the possibility of apprehension speech in the forms of oral and written communication, however, as a tool it’s able to use for analysis of other media - as written in official documents of the partnership IAS-PMS. Because we understand that all communication that brings meanings can be translated by the techniques of Discourse Analysis, and we interpreted with the dialectical materialist method. This study not allowed classifying the occurrence of democratic management, as evidenced by the discussion in this text. Regarding the implementation of the management model, we realize that it cannot be completed because there are still elements of old traditional management in education, besides the model of "nucleation", where there is not even principal or director in many schools. This contributes to delays the successful implementation of managerial organization. We realized, besides introducing market concepts in public education, stimulating competition between classes and schools, this partnership also wok to feed these private sector with public money in exchange for the implementation of certain management techniques in the management education sector. Moreover, there is intensification upon the teacher’s work that happens to be blamed for the results to be achieved, which creates a situation where it is not allowed failure to meet these targets under the accusation of incompetence or even veiled under the warning to face some administrative measure. In this situation can appear a practice of "increasing height" of the indicators that do not always express the real situation. Finally, our study showed that this practice continuous delay the possibility of education for citizenship in schools, because there is a lot of space for increase a competitive spirit than space for developing critical knowledge of an environment capable of discovery. Our study and analysis shows that whole issue is masked by market ideology in the educational sector.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Representações sociais de aquecimento global por professores de ciências(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-06-07) SANTANA, André Ribeiro de; NAKAYAMA, Luiza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3771896759209007Through the present study sought to characterize social representations of global warming for science teachers (Biology, Physics and Chemistry). Applied 70 questionnaires and interviewed 10% of target. The results showed that 97% of respondents blame man for global warming. However 50% of this amount portrays him as both a victim of climate events usually represented catastrophically. The media strongly influence these social representations, therefore claiming long working hours, my informants’ base their knowledge on the content of news magazines and TV programs; only 6.8% reported doing the same interactions with their peers in the school. Three peculiarities characterized allusions to reality Amazon: extreme emphasis on human dependence on the natural environment; associations of the manifestations of global warming with the forest and the waters; distancing weather events impacting and tragic. When approached everyday belenense global warming was associated with the phenomena with which it is possible to live: intensification of rainfall and heat. In terms of anchoring, were associations of global warming with the ozone layer, greenhouse gases and air pollution. Regarding the objectification, global warming was presented as planetary-scale ecological imbalance, and 21.4% of my informants perceive as punitive response of Nature to human actions. One thought was consensual: there is no cease global warming, but environmental education focused on the preservation of the environment helps to mitigate, stabilize and live with their demonstrations. These understandings are part of everyday school specific forms, as evocations of examples in program content related to global warming, or heights of projects. This understanding remained in Central Nucleus of social representations of global warming, as opposed to the option and arguments related to human action. Among the categories members of the peripheral system, lack of awareness, extensively linked to human action, was positioned near the central as well as deforestation, category more often, and burned, both accounting for most of the associations of the Central Nucleus reality Amazon. Lacks noteworthy that, like all social representations, the global warming constitute ways of dealing with reality, guiding communication processes, aggregate relationships and strengthen the cohesions of a social group, in my case, consisting of science teachers. These factors associated with knowledge "ecologizados" fragmented and superficial the specifics of global warming can justify improvement initiatives initial training and ongoing, which may be promoted continuously, at school through the pedagogical coordination. Accordingly, in addition to content updates, instigate urges science teachers, respecting and their experiences with the exercise of reflection on scientific knowledge and the media, something that could impact the way we perceive, think and deal with the global warming mentioned by my informants.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) As representações sociais de universitários de sexualidades LGBT sobre seus processos de escolarização e as implicações em seus projetos de vida(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-08-25) DUARTE, Francisco Ednardo Barroso; NASCIMENTO, Ivany Pinto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6649004854958284This study aims at discussing and analyzing the social representations of LGBT university students (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual and Transgender) on their educational processes and the implications of this trajetory in their life projects. We firstly intend to comprehend their learning paths dividing them into three stages: basic, secondary and higher formal education, which we call the first, the second and the third schooling process, respectively. Their school trajectories were analyzed from the theoretical and epistemological framework of Social Representation Theory based on Moscovici (2003; 2002) and Jodelet (1989) and methodological theoretical framework of Queer Theory from Butler's studies (2014; 1993). This study can be considered a descriptive, qualitative and interpretative research, and concerning to the research method in use, part of the analytical framework of the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD) proposed by Lefevre and Lefevre (2012; 2005) is taken into account as well as the Queer Theory as methodological framework. As a result, we realize that the analyzed students are consensual by the sharing of images and meanings attributed to school and to their sexual identities, and they also try to reach ways of being legitimised by themselves, looking for in education a significant empowerment as a compensation for the school clashes which surely impacted on their life projects.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Vias e trajetos de escolarização de sujeitos homoafetivos velhos na cidade de Belém(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-05-08) SANTOS, Dário Azevedo dos; ROCHA, Genylton Odilon Rêgo da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3735617515418666The PhD study presented here on view and homosexual subjects schooling paths in aging passage of time in Belém city has like purpose to inquire the problems related to discursive practices on homosexualities experienced in school spaces owing to understand the registered trademarks of prejudices, discrimination and strategies of resistance and lived in these transgressions education pathways that occur in teaching-learning spaces in urban areas of Belém.
