Therefore, this research presents a method capable of assisting in the elaboration of internal and external analysis of a company, which is the SWOT Matrix, to provide a self-diagnosis, key points of the organization such as: Weaknesses, Forces, Opportunities and Threats, that interconnected with Fuzzy Logic allows a holistic view of the points that need attention. The methodology used was the application of questionnaires, direct observation and data collection, developed in the form of a case study in a construction material company. The application of the organizational diagnosis is performed through forms, which are compiled and demonstrated through the Fuzzy graph. Then the internal and external environments are analyzed, and the graph of the critical areas is assembled. In this study, the results pointed out that the critical areas were: Marketing, Physical Environment and Procedures, which need to be adapted to the needs of the company. Thus, a new strategic plan was applied involving methods necessary for the success of the critical areas that consequently brought about improvements to the company as a whole, which has undergone relevant modifications. Thus, it was verified that one must be awabhre of the necessary changes in the newix scenarios and in the new times that the market itself in which the company is inserted demands.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Gestão estratégica na manutenção de facility da indústria do varejo(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05-06) COSTA, Pedro Rocha da; CUNHA, Edinaldo José de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8714515962963079The globalization of the Market as a whole causes impacts in all segments of the modern world, competitiveness among suppliers of products and services is the most relevante and generally what permeates it are the exponential advances in the áreas of technology and communication, without due follow-up in the force therefore, this study has as a premise to understand the impacto f this effect on the retail industry and the behavior of costs in the result, with investments in more modern equipment and strategic management of facility maintenance and people management, compare the efficiency and effectiveness of the before and afferwards, compare these results with other major retail centers.
