Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Hermenêutica gestáltica de uma violência sexual intrafamiliar(2009-12) PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; ARAÚJO, Lucivaldo da SilvaThis article shows the results of a qualitative research of orientation phenomenological-existential gestalt, which aimed to reveal some meanings attributed to the sexual violence inside family. It was configured as a case study in which the informant , from 9 to 11 years, was victimized by her father. The data were obtained in ONG República of Emaús, contemplating reading of documents, informal reports, participant observation and interview. The analysis conjugated, whenever possible, the theory of the interpretation of Ricoeur, concepts of the Gestalt-therapy (contact, figure-bottom and psychological nutrition) and of the Occupational Therapy (areas, components and acting contexts). Units of significance agglutinated meanings of the speech, that revealed positive aspects such as revelation of the experience, expansion of some contact borders and presentation of the weight of the lived experience sometimes as illustration other as bottom and negative aspects: repercussions own-contact without functionality, in the contact with the other and in some acting areas.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) (In)visíveis sequelas: a violência psicológica contra a mulher sob o enfoque gestáltico(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010) FERREIRA, Wanderlea Nazaré Bandeira; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626The psychological mode is best known for its "invisibility" in public because of, among other factors, occur more frequently in the private area, and also for not leave physical marks. Currently, Law 11340/2006, named as the "Maria da Penha Law" after sanctioned, translates one form of legal protection for women and institutionalized. Employ the concept of gender according to Scott (1991), as one of the analytical tools for identifying links between social and economic construction of violence and state policies. In this overview, we present the general objective of this research reveal some empirical (in) visible, psychological and social sequelae and specifically the impact on the subjectivity of women who experience situations of psychological violence occurring in the domestic sphere and within families. Analyses were performed in the Gestalt perspective, a psychological approach to conscious contact, which allows intervention to strengthen the internal support healthy and self-regulation in order to overcome situations that blur the roles and boundaries of contact. This is a clinical-qualitative research basic existential-phenomenological and hermeneutic-gestalt. The procedures used were project submission to the Ethics Committee of the CCS / UFPA; obtaining authorization Institutional; identify and invite three women to participate in the study, according to the profile of the sample: availability for the survey, aged 25 45 years, which has been or is experiencing psychological violence situation with her husband / partner. Afterwards, they signed the Deed of Consent and conducted semi-directed interviews with open questions (recorded on audio). They were transcribed and analyzed. The research site was the Reference Center Maria do Pará used for the analysis of the collected understanding Ricouer (1975) and the gestalt concept of contact, tasks and contact boundaries, defense mechanisms, self, awareness and creative adjustment . The result points to the unveiling of permeated experienced verbal abuse in the form of humiliation, curses, insults, jealousy, disqualification of his physical appearance, lack of dialogue, social and emotional isolation, fear, suffering, pain, grief, guilt, shame, feelings of hatred, anger, sadness and helplessness in the face of such violence. We conclude that the "invisibility" of such experiences of psychological violence generates visible breaks in touch with himself, his family relations and social, as well as prints deep and damaging deconstructed the personality and the way women express their subjectivity.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Psicoterapia breve gestaltica para homens com HIV/AIDS em contexto de clinica ampliada(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013) LOBO, Warlington Luz; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626The present study aimed to investigate what is the importance of psychotherapy in men with aids marked by the proximity to the death or the existential finitude interned in a hospital ward. Psychological intervention in the area of health and psychological clinic, was imaginatively procedure which allowed effect socially engaged listening to overcome the premise about the disease while treatment center, passed along the story and conveying the idea of a pathological subject. In this perspective, the objective of this work was to encourage participants to experience research attention to own health recognizing it as a basic citizenship rights to all men. About gestalt psychotherapy procedures and palliative care were the strategies used in the consultations carried out at the University Hospital Barros Barreto in Belém do Pará-Brazil. Survey respondents were four adult men, with track is 18 and 49 years of age. The selection started with documentary research reports and documents drawn up by professionals who meet in the infirmary of the infectious parasitic clinic (DIP) as identification cards, medical records of identification of cases, where it was described the diagnosis, health history. It was a clinical-qualitative research, which used the phenomenological and Existentialist concepts, method and theoretical framework of Gestalt Therapy. For the analysis of the discourse of informants if it was proposed in language Hermeneutics of Paul Ricouer, which proposes the understanding of linguistic dimension (sense) and extralinguística dimension (reference), starting from the grammatical analysis of the sentence of the announcer, bypassing the semantic analysis of speech, with attention to the functions and acts of language. In the analysis we pay attention only to the assimilation of Expressive or Emotional function, in which the subject that stood out was the I, and the acts of speech: locutionary (Act say; verbal expression), illocutionary (what we do to say; non-verbal features accompanying the speech) and perlocutionary acts by Austin (reflection of the language in the other). The results showed that men are responsible for their own abilities, and that can expand the possibilities in their lives, even in situations of fragility and without possibility of cure, identifying the means at your disposal, which allowed to deal with a difficult situation. With regard to psychotherapy she was a facilitator, and provided the opportunity to understand some modes of subjectivation, linkage and relationship of the men met at the hospital.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) A relação conjugal em debate: uma análise gestáltica(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) VALE, Kamilly Souza do; PIMENTEL, Adelma do Socorro Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4534230240595626The marital relationship is the subject of this research, highlighting the problem of identifying the couple's perceptions about what keeps the marriage. In general, to understand the reasons that kept the couple together. When searching for the marriage, the studies of gender subjectification is needed to understand the complexity of the influences, changes in society, echoed in the social roles and relationships between men and women. These changes reverberated socially, economically and culturally, leading to a crisis in masculinity, among other fields, the principles that guide the family and therefore the marriage in the care and choice to bear children. The theoretical and methodological procedures consisted of: a) project submission to the Ethics Committee of the Center for Health Sciences, b) selection of subjects by the researcher's network of relationships, c) telephone or in person with the primary informants for verbal agreement to join the study d) personal encounter with the subjects to explain the research objectives and deliver the term of consent, explanatory document which summarizes the goals of research, e) that the interviews were audio taped and transcribed. As the analysis it was considered the guidelines of Minayo (1992). The informants were three couples with 4-6 years of marriage, with children, aged between 30 and 40. Gestalt analysis was performed. The result points to the conclusion that marriage in postmodern society ceases to be a binding obligation by way of passing the permeate a healthy choice and favoring the emergence of autonomous elements such as love, trust, dialogue, listening and hence an interaction within intimate relationships healthier.
