It is a bibliographic research, based on historical and dialectical materialism, considering that the educational policies represent class interests and that the integrated perspective in debate is set up in the interests of the working class, opposing itself to the dual training actions intended by the capital. Frigotto (2005; 2008), Gramsci (1978), Saviani (2006), Paro (2001), among others, have become dialogical references in this work. The analyses indicate that the integrated secondary school implies a political stance focused to a societal project linked to workers' interests, corroborating for that public funding processes of public school and a materialization of democratic and participative management as well as teaching practices for human emancipation in the view of the working class.Tese Acesso aberto (Open Access) Investigação de efeitos mutagênicos em trabalhadores expostos à radiação ionizante no Brasil(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-12-18) CUNHA JUNIOR, Luiz Raimundo Campos da Silva e; BURBANO, Rommel Mario Rodriguéz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4362051219348099Ionizing radiation (IR) are present in most of the early diagnosis of a multitude of diseases, many cancers are included, and have the characteristic of a quick and accurate diagnosis, and often cheaper. The use of this type of energy but requires specific care protection, since the IR has a characteristic of altering the genetic material through mutations. The radiology area operators in hospitals are the class of workers who are exposed more directly and thus are targets of investigations that may assist in understanding the interaction of IR with the biological material, in addition to assisting these professionals in requirement radiological protection. We collected 73 samples of individuals working in various radiology departments in five hospitals in four different states in Brazil (São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Sul and Pará). The selection criteria for participation were: at least 18 years old and 2 years in the profession, not alcoholic or smoker, not taking drugs. For cytogenetic analysis were performed the comet test and micronucleus, and chromosome aberration study. This study was approved by ethics committee. All the samples were compared to individuals of the same age and gender who have not gone through any kind of radiological examination in the last 6 meses.Quando compared with the control, MN tests and AC showed a total damage, using the t test, the database and SPSS BioEstat. The comet assay showed a higher level of damage compared to controls (0.84 0,47). The average age was established and made relationship between gender and age of the participants, the more damage levels in females compared to males. Individuals aged over 45 years also showed a higher level of damage when compared with the age. Through a study of the chronic crisis of the worldwide capitalist economy, worsened by the two petroleum crash, it attempts to explain how the installation of two modern factories in the Oriental Amazon, with a working class contingent highly concentrated. It is emphasized how important is the role of the State to the achievement of this process. We also analyze how, since the “globalization” phenomenon – which is a higher stage of the imperialism -, and the new work organization process – mainly the toyotist model -, the working class movement and its organizations were put to the proof because of the flexibilization of the work, the precarization and the subcontraction, which have made difficult the strikes and the class movements in Brazil and in the world, in the 1990s. Based in bibliographic material, brochures and interviews with workers and directors of labor unions, the study evidences that the struggles against the productive restructuration in ALBRAS was more intense, including the strike mode, than in ALUNORTE, because ALBRAS was ten years ahead of ALUNORTE and it was the first laboratory of CVRD in the city of Barcarena. Contradictorily, it was in ALBRAS where occurred the highest number of dismissals in the studied period, before and after the privatization of CVRD. The dissertation aims to show the role of the Chemists and Metallurgists Labor Union in this process of struggles against the productive restructuration in the factories of ALBRAS and ALUNORTE.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Trabalho e educação: o papel da Escola de Aplicação da Universidade Federal do Pará como certificadora da qualificação profissional na Amazônia Paraense(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010-11-08) CANALI, Heloisa Helena Barbosa; SILVA, Gilmar Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7624395840820523This work is the result of an investigation into the role of Application School of Federal University of Pará- basic teaching school – in young and adult workers‟s Certification of Professional Qualification in Amazon of Pará. It was done in a regime of partnership with social and trade union movements, from the perspective of an integral education. Two experiences were emphasized in the investigation: The Integration Program and the Integrate Project developed by Central Única dos Trabalhadores (CUT), and the Teachers‟s Formation Project, Teaching – High School - of the Programa Nacional de Educação na Reforma Agrária (Pronera). The work was constituted by bibliographical and documental investigation and it follows the qualitative investigation path from the perspective of the dialetical historical materialism based on the studies of Frigotto (1995, 2005), Machado (1991), Manfredi (1998, 2005), Ramos, (2001, 2009), Araujo (2001), Kuenzer (1998, 2007), Fidalgo, (1999, 2003), among others researchers in the Work and Education Line. The methodological route began with a bibliografical revision, followed by the analyses of the documents filed in the Aplication School and informal conversations with the school teachers. We concluded that the Aplication School contributes to these workers‟s professional qualification focused on people‟s humanization and not on the capital, even though it does not have consciense of these results and it can and should foster experiences in compromised qualification perspective with the amazon workers‟s omnilaterality.Tese Acesso aberto (Open Access) Trabalho e trabalhadores da pesca industrial no Pará face à metamorfose do capital(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2003) SENA, Ana Laura dos Santos; CASTRO, Edna Maria Ramos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4702941668727146Labor is going through a phase of transformation due to new types of technology and organization of the production process that in turn shape the production of goods worldwide.
