Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Avaliação dos impactos econômicos e sociais da tecnologia trio da produtividade na cultura da mandioca no município de Moju(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-03-08) SILVA, Daniel da Fonseca; TEIXEIRA, Luiza Carla Girard Mendes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9773700229115395This research has been focused to evaluate the economic and social impacts from the technology’s adoption named “Trio da Produtividade” (generated Embrapa Amazônia Oriental) for the cassava crops in the city of Moju/PA. The “Trio da produtividade” is the combination of three components in the system for cassava’s production: (i) selection of manioc stem; (ii) spacing of 1 m x 1 m and (iii) weeding in the first 150 days. This analysis was carried out from the primary data collection, by means of technical panels, producers ́ interviews, advisory officers and municipal and state secretaries ́ of agriculture and the environment, and bibliographical survey. It was found that the “Trio da Produtividade” has brought economic and social impacts positive. The economic impacts was found that: (i) in terms of the root, the “Trio da Produtividade” brought an increase of 7 tons/hectare; (ii) the use of technology provides a net income per hectare of R$ 2,260.00 (61.31 % greater); (iii) about the economic feasibility, the “Trio” proved to be superior in indicators VPL, TIR, rate of return, and suffix of profitability, the production system traditionally used by farmers in the city of Moju. Regarding the social impacts, it was found that the technology showed additional benefits in relation to the traditional system, with positive values of 1.80 . In addition, the effect of the increase of production, that is reflected in higher income generation, food security and employment opportunity to relatives and local workers. The workers ́ participation in trainings on the technology’s application brings a breakthrough in the qualification of the workforce, which allows additional remuneration for the differentiation of them. It was also observed, expectation of improvement management of activity by the producers, because the training for participating and greater dedication to activity.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Determinação de parâmetros de transferência de massa do processo de extração supercrítica(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-03-01) SANTANA, Ádina Lima de; MACHADO, Nélio Teixeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5698208558551065; ARAÚJO, Marilena Emmi; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8983914018546682Supercritical fluid extraction of liquid and solid materials sparked interest for industrial applications in recent decades, particularly under the concept of green chemistry and biorefineries, so it is essential to make a modeling of this process in order to optimize and simulate operating conditions process. The objective of this work consists in determining the parameters of mass transfer of supercritical extraction of solid matrix by employing carbon dioxide as solvent, from kinetic data extraction and five systematic evaluation of mathematical models to describe the kinetics extraction of oils from the peel and pulp of buriti, oil from açaí and oleoresin from turmeric, measured in Supercritical Extraction Laboratory, Faculty of Chemical Engineering (UFPA) in order to contribute to the study of scale-up and production cost analysis. Were evaluated the models of Tan and Liou, Goto et al. (1993), Martinez et al. (2003), Esquível et al. (1999), and Sovová (1994). The extraction kinetics modeling was performed using computer applicatives developed and validated in this work from different experimental data published in the literature. Facing 40 kinetic measurements with different extraction equipment, bed settings, types of raw materials, preparation of materials, pressure and temperature and other process parameters (especially income and global flow solvent), was built an overview of results ability of the models on the mass transfer in more different curves describing the overall extraction. Generally, the model Goto et al. (1993) and Sovová (1994) showed the best predictions to experimental data of raw materials treated in this work with smaller values of chi-square, relative errors, range and standard error and R2 values close to unity.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Mapeamento de oportunidades de negócios a partir de laboratórios de pesquisa e desenvolvimento: estudo de caso CEAMAZON(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2014-11-28) PEREIRA, Márcio Roberto do Carmo; BEZERRA, Ubiratan Holanda; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6542769654042813This is work focuses on innovation and technology as a differentiating factor and generation of Business Technology Based Projects from the Research and Development Center of Excellence in Energy Efficiency in the Amazon - CEAMAZON, to identify and rank potential projects arising from Projects R&D Labs in this energy center. It is used the methodology of radar of technology and business innovation (Ranti) togather and to generate a portfolio of businesses in energy, and the potential for Innovation of CEAMAZON for society to make use of the knowledge generated from this research center, the creation of companies and businesses by entrepreneurs, investors and / or entrepreneurs in order to create jobs, more technology and multiply the capacity of CEAMAZON to create more projects with R&D interface with the market.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Percepção de agricultores familiares na adaptação do sistema de cultivo de corte e trituração(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2002-06-11) OLIVEIRA, Carlos Douglas de Sousa; KATO, Maria do Socorro Andrade; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7117950232304118The difficult that small farmers have to obtain tecnologies generated from institutions of the science and tecnology is related with the difficult that researchers have to include the small farmers in their researches but that is not the main problem. The principal problem is the absent from the projects which trouble about to articulate with the cognitive system from small farmers. In this research it was searched to interprete the perception from small farmers on the system of the cultivation from the slash-andmulch proposed by SHIFT project in the northeast of Pará State. Several experiments were accomplised to compare slash-and-burn and slash-and-mulch system at beginning of the perception of the small farmers. It was focussed mainly the management of the work and control from invadeness in the cleared land prepared. The datas more relevant from research were obtained across the attendence of the prepare of the cleared land from the six small farmers. In this moment we can know the tradicional knowledge used in the slash-burn-system. So can appraise that slash and mulch does not present components which unpracticable its articulation with the tradicional knowledge.Item Acesso aberto (Open Access) Projeto Tipitamba: um estudo sobre recepção e desenvolvimento local na transferência de tecnologia ambiental(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013-08-14) RUFFEIL, Nélia Rosa Sampaio; AMARAL FILHO, Otacílio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2605877670235703; MITSCHEIN, Thomas Adalbert; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7431424927108512The present work analyzes as the communication instruments and of technology transfer created by the Brazilian Company of Agricultural Research (Embrapa) in the "Tipitamba" project were noticed. For so much it took place a reception study with the farmers of the municipal districts of Igarapé-Açu and Marapanim towns, in the northeast of the state. The research based on communication instruments created by the team of the Tipitamba Project as educational spelling books, calendars, folders and videos with the objective of teaching them to substitute her burn of the vegetation, practice agropastoril or forest very used in the Amazonian, for the agriculture without it burns. The study the adoption of the agriculture is also verified without it burns, along two decades of existence of the Tipitamba project, contributed or it is contributing to the local development starting from the family farmers' perception inserted in that practice.
