Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Ciência e verdade em Nietzsche(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017-05-26) COSTA, José de Ribamar Oliveira; BRITO, Maria dos Remédios de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6896268801860211; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0478-5285The concept of truth coined from the contributions of tradition assumes essential or substantial content. Knowledge is and can only be named by composing a form. Nietzsche is the thinker who punctuates reversed representational from the concept of the will of truth. Being the truth of the order of the world, of moral values and interests, it has no essence or fixed form. This concept is crossed by cultural, political and social issues. Interests intersect with Nietzsche's interests for knowledge, truth and science. If at any point in his published work he maintained an interest in science, it was because he understood that scientific knowledge opens criticism, but if at another moment, in his experimental and perspectivist form, he takes up these reflections to show the contingent referential of science. What displeases Nietzsche is to think that science can be placed as a superior knowledge with marked rationality, preventing man from exercising his creative and inventive potential, because he knows that the intellect takes the greatest inventive act. So, he asks art as a path in order of remembering that there is in knowledge much more creation than certainties and truths. The research shows that Nietzsche's literature can be inspiring for science education, not for denying science, but for affirming knowledge joy, alive, human, and creative.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Confissão, sujeito e verdade em Michel Foucault(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-06-22) MONTEIRO, Rafael Siqueira; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8988-1910Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Do “sujeito de desejo” ao “sujeito do desejo”: Foucault leitor de Santo Agostinho(Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, 2019-04) CHAVES, Ernani PinheiroThis article intends to demonstrate the strategic importance of Foucault’s readings of Saint Augustine. Said importance is inscribed within Foucault’s project of writing a “genealogy of the subject of desire”, aiming at the understanding of the reasons why the concept of “de sire” started to play such a central role within the topic of sexuality, in such a way that be tween subject, desire, sexuality, and truth, a necessary and indissoluble bond seemed to be established. In this perspective, we understand that such a genealogy of the subject of desire demands that we critically rethink the history of psychoanalysis, especially in its Freudian Lacanian version, the only for the which, in fact, he was interested with more frequency.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) O jogo dos sentidos em psicanálise: alteridade, verdade e construção(Universidade de São Paulo, 2018-12) SOUZA, Maurício Rodrigues deThis article is a contribution to the debate concerning the problem of otherness in psychoanalysis. For this purpose, it focuses on the notion of construction, discussing the dilemma of imposition/negotiation of meaning in the clinical setting through a theoretical research that enhances two specific perspectives: the Freudian original one, closest to the realism of an equivalence between metapsychologies and the expressions of the unconscious, and that other later suggested by Serge Viderman, constructivist and skeptical about the possibilities of well-defined correspondences between clinical phenomena and predetermined theoretical representations. In conclusive terms, after approaching some dialogues proposed by Luís Claudio Figueiredo between psychoanalysis, temporality, narrativity and elements of Heidegger’s philosophy, it defends an interpretative ideal that metabolizes and embodies the speech that is directed to it, but that also supports and holds its inner differences, revealing an availability to the movement of thought itself.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Nietzsche e a Metaforicidade da Linguagem em “verdade e mentira no sentido extramoral”(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2020-06-01) MIRANDA JUNIOR, Edilson; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8988-1910This dissertation aims to discuss the metaphoricity of language in the text "Truth and Lie in the Extra-Moral Sense", by Friedrich Nietzsche. On the one hand, it presents the perspective that language is absolutely metaphorical, with the consequence that it is impossible to speak about itself without falling into a self-destructive discourse. On the other hand, there is the perspective that language is only relatively metaphorical and that it is possible, therefore, find an internal coherence in the text. To take stock of the two perspectives, it is necessary to bibliographically analyze the influences on Nietzsche in the making of the text, as well as to situate the relevance of itself in nietzschean philosophy as a whole.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) A noção de poder no curso A coragem da verdade, de Foucault(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2019-05-27) MORAES, Elias de Nazaré; CHAVES, Ernani Pinheiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5741253213910825In the course The Courage of Truth, Michel Foucault present us a notion of power that is identified by the practices of parresía and ―self-care‖ (epiméleia heautoû), which is dislocated of the genealogic conception where the power appears as force relations, pass through the confession and attend the parresía. In that way, the philosopher analyses the subject who say his truth, constitute himself from beyond and in the relation with the other, which expose parresiasticaly may in the democracy, in the autocracy or through the cynic style of life and search change his practices and values through selftecnologies, making of his life aesthetic of existence. The problematization of self-practices in the ethic-politics campus permiss a self-opening as resistance of modern power assubjectments and the elaboration of a ethic from own self. As that, the dissertation have as objective to understand the notion of power in that course and its possible dislocations in relation of his genealogic period.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Progresso científico e verdade em Popper(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015-08) DIAS, Elizabeth de AssisThis paper aims to show that to solve the question of the possibility of scientific progress, Popper had to introduce the idea of truth into his theory of science. This conception of progress, in terms of the notion of truth, was only outlined in the work Conjectures and Refutations (1963). The idea that the goal of science is truth does not appear in his early works. When Popper wrote his The Logic of Scientific Discovery (1934), science was defined in terms of logic-methodological rules, and not of its goals. Scientific progress was conceived based on the notions of testability and corroboration of theories, logical and methodological requirements for a theory to be considered scientific. Popper did not relate the question of scientific progress to notion of truth in this work, because when he wrote it he did not have a consistent theory of truth. It was only after Tarski had written his article on the semantic conception of truth that Popper, based on this conception of truth, could complement his thesis about the progress of science expounded in The Logic of Scientific Discovery with a theory about the content of truth and the approximation to the truth.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) Reconhecimento pessoal e verdade no processo penal: uma discussão à luz do Garantismo de Luigi Ferrajoli(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2022-03-31) ALVES, Luize Cristina de Oliveira; PINHO, Ana Cláudia Bastos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3470653249189577The aim of the present research is, through a bibliographic review, establish a relationship between the question of truth in criminal proceedings and the production of proof of recognition of people. The Penal Guarantee of Luigi Ferrajoli was used as the main theoretical foundation and, as a legislative framework, was used the positivation of guarantees brought by the Constitution of the Republic of 1988. The aim was to assess whether personal recognition, as currently provided for in art. 226 of the CPP and in the forms of its pratical realization, meets (or not) the ferrajolian perspective of truth in the process. In this way, it was necessary to demonstrate the importance of the debate about procedural truth and to situate Luigi Ferrajoli’s position on this issue. It was also sought to verify to what extent the legal provision and the daily practice of carrying out this procedure are in line with the scientific production on the subject. It was concluded that there is a discrepancy between the model of recognition of people that we currently have in the Brazilian criminal procedure (in art. 226 of the CPP and in practice) and the minimum guidelines indicated by the psychology of testimony, already adopted by several international legislations. Thus, using the contributions and knowledge of this branch of psycology, especially with regard to the functioning of human memory, it is intended to point out mechanisms embodied in procedural guarantees, that allow greater rational control of the act of recognition in order to satisfy the research for an approximate truth (Ferrajolian conception) in the identifications of authorship.Artigo de Periódico Acesso aberto (Open Access) Verdades e verdades: uma análise a partir do filme “A caça”(Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, 2018-12) MADEIRO, Roseane Torres de; NICOLAU, Roseane FreitasThis article aims to discuss the notion of truth to psychoanalysis in its interface with the law, for which the truth is sought in the facts through research; psychoanalysis, in turn, seeks to reveal the truth in the said subject. We will take the film The hunt (Jagten) because its plot is woven from the search for evidence of a fact allegedly occurred and based on the speech of a child, initially taken as truth. Thus, we question the practice of Testimony Without Damage, which consists of a survey with children, to establish the truth of the facts.Dissertação Acesso aberto (Open Access) O voo da criação literária: procura, verdade e ser / ser, verdade e procura em Alvorada de Osman Lins(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2013) DOLZANE, Harley Farias; FERRAZ, Antônio Máximo von Sohsten Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5982898787473373The research seeks an opening to understand the meaning of the literary imbricated in the mystery of artistic creation from its figurations in Avalvara (1973), by Osman Lins. Amid the interpretation of the novel, it is intended to go through fundamental issues that underlie the conceptual coating established along the literary modernity. In Avalovara, the reader is forwarded to an originating thought that rescues the poetic instance of prose, and designs the artistic on a mythic dimension that is the Language happening in its silence. This is only possible by developing a narrative that no longer represents, but stages issues, performing them in the fabric of its elements. The novel begins to search for meaning to reality, questioning the mimetic tradition - a corollary of essentialist metaphysics and subjectivism - and, in its seek, it is revealed its sense of being, its being-artwork. In this sense, the essential reference between art and truth is revived,. In this reference, the truth is the dynamic re-velation of the real retracting its reality in all that manifests. The artwork corresponds to this dynamic (which is the being of things), them and for them, the work of art and truth, is that the search takes place in Avalovara, step by step, gradually revealing itself in every word. Searching for the truth, man, things between things, can be reintegrated with the reality of being; Abel, the human, the artist, the writer can rejoin the paradise by exercising full love that is in care for things in their silence , the silence of the language that welcomes not only the creative power of literature but also of human existence.
