The Community Educational Project is based on specific and universal knowledge. The first core aims to strengthen cultural identity from school onwards, while the second core aims to teach universal areas from an intercultural perspective. The Institutional Educational Project is an instrument that helps guide institutional identity with the educational purposes proposed by Colombian laws. The research contexts were two schools located in Colombia; where 80 students from the 7th grade of Basic Education enrolled in their respective schools participated. The method used is quantitative and the instruments for collecting information were: Auzmendi Attitude Scale – Anxiety Subscale, diagnosis, computational mathematical tasks. The results indicate that: 1) The Auzmendi Attitude Scale – Anxiety Subscale test applied in the PEI and PEC teaching programs has the same average as the implementation carried out in Latin America, although the PEC group presents greater anxiety due to different elements linked to the cultural field (identity representations); 2) The speed and effectiveness of learning mathematical content through computational tasks is influenced by the PEC and PEI teaching programs; 3) Learning mathematics through computational mathematical tasks changes the anxiety of students in the PEC and PEI teaching programs since training in the development of tasks behaves differently when related to the teaching methods used by the mathematics teacher. In conclusion, anxiety is linked to the mathematical learning of PEI and PEC students in the development of computational mathematical tasks, even though students are capable of learning.
