These changes happened in some aspects as social, cultural, political and economic. This transformation also appears in the Literature. The provinces of the Brazil were marked by this movement, for example: a little city of Pará called Vigia de Nazaré. This city rose to Literary History of the North by the formation of a society: The ―SociedadeLiterária e Beneficente ―Cinco de Agosto‖. Togheter this society other facts helped to construct a group that wished an intellectual development. This group wanted the rise and the social recognition. The activity which passed the city, during the nineteenth century, created mentality and helped to create a reading group.
