Specifically, the object of study of this research is based on the quilombola language of the residents of the Arapapuzinho territory. The choice of this theme is justified by treating the lexicon of the Arapapuzinho quilombola territory as a fundamental piece for the valorization of minority groups in the Amazon, especially in the Baixo Tocantins region in Pará, which has a rich cultural diversity. Since this project is unprecedented in the Baixo Tocantins region, it addresses socio-historical and cultural aspects inherited from Afro-Brazilian culture, contributing to the preservation and recognition of the identity of the Arapapuzinho community. In addition, this study seeks to contribute to academic research on the lexical wealth of this community. The general objective is to record the speech of the Arapapuzinho quilombola territory according to its socio-historical and cultural identity, aiming at the construction of Semantic-lexical Linguistic Maps as a way of valuing the lexical richness of the quilombola community and their experiences as a way of documenting their lexical heritage. The locus of this research is the Arapapuzinho quilombola territory located in Baixo Tocantins in the municipality of Abaetetuba/PA. The theoretical framework is constituted from the contributions of the studies of Munanga (1996), Silva (2008), Santos (2023), Barbosa (2015), Latour (2012), Barbosa (2009), to provide a basis for the stories, memories and experiences that make the Arapapuzinho quilombo a space of symbolic belonging to Afro-Brazilian culture and identity; Fiorin (2008), Lunardi (2005), to understand the aspects of language, linguistics and interdisciplinarity; Cardoso (2010), Mollica (2004), refer us to Dialectology and Sociolinguistics from the perspective of this research; Thun (1998), Dantas and Carlos (2020), to deal with the multidimensional principles and geolinguistic practice that complement the studies of Dialectology and Sociolinguistics; Ramos (2010), will help us regarding the cartographic method of analysis; Pelegrini and Funari (2008), Ciampa (1987), Rajagapolan (2003), Hall (2006), Labov (1972), to support the importance of discussions about linguistic diversity, identity and lexical variation; Bagno (2014), Biderman (2001), Seabra (2015), Pereira (2017), regarding the lexical heritage of the Arapapuzinho quilombola territory; Padronov and Freitas (2013), Cardoso and Razky (2015), Alkmin (2001), Ferreira and Cardoso (1994), Thun (2008), to provide a basis for the methodological context of this study, regarding theories, procedures and methodological strategies; and Bechara (2011) and Oliveira (2015), to encourage analyses of the records of lexical riches, considering the linguistic, cultural and identity knowledge of the speakers of the Arapapuzinho quilombola territory. The methodology developed in this dissertation followed the methods recommended by quantitative field research, according to Prodanov and Freitas (2013). In this way, the type of study is recorded in the approach of Dialectology studies, being then quantitative research which has the three sciences of language: linguistics, Dialectology and Sociolinguistics. The methodological procedures of the research combine the approaches of Dialectology and Sociolinguistics using multidimensional principles to analyze the lexical richness recorded. In Dialectology, the cartographic method will be used to cartographically map the lexical variants, collected through the Adapted Semantic-Lexical Questionnaire (QSL-A) and interviews with twenty subjects belonging to the Arapapuzinho quilombola territory. Sociolinguistics will provide us with the basis for understanding how these social aspects, such as gender/sex (diasexual), age group/generation (diagenerational), education and an in-depth analysis based on the Portuguese Language Dictionary and the Pará Cultural Terminological Vocabulary, based on data collection, influence lexical use in the Arapapuzinho quilombola territory. As for the multidimensional principles, they are incorporated only in the data crossing stage, that is, when the factors of gender/sex, age group and education are considered. The results of this research predispose the construction of six (26) Semantic-Lexical Linguistic Charts of the Arapapuzinho quilombola territory, which summarize the linguistic variations from the dialectological and sociolinguistic perspectives, highlighting the differential of this research by the integration of linguistic, cultural and identity aspects, revealing how the language not only reflects, but also constitutes the cultural practices and identity construction processes of the analyzed community, allowing an understanding of linguistic diversity in its relationship with space, sociocultural dynamics and the identity expressions of speakers, contributing to a richer and more contextualized analysis of language.
