The content analyzed in this research demonstrates the suitability of the Brazilian electric sector and its productive and organizational architecture to the new model of flexible accumulation dictated by neoliberal adjustments, which promotes the dismantling of labor rights, precarious practices of working conditions, outsourcing to promote new alternatives for domination and control that go beyond the productivist and economistic logic, passing the subjective and cultural order of the worker. Centered on the experience of Pará electricity sector particularity and its relationship with the metabolic system of capital questions the breeding and production of social relations in the context of chronic unemployment in society.
