In ordertostudythe socio-environmentalconflictsduetheutilizationof Furo do Capim as partofthe Tapajós- Amazonas waterway, it wasnecessaryidentifywhatchangesoccurredon Ilha do Capim anddescribe in whatwayoccursthe spatializationoftheriversides’ narrativesabouttheperceptionofthesechanges, whichcomposes thefirstarticleofthiswork. For this tookplacehistorical interviews, questionnairesapplication, participantobservationand workshops foranalyzingof socio-environmentalconflicts. The secondarticleisfocused onanalyzing howtransformations are related with theriversides’ deterritorialization, startingfrom a studythatdiscusses theterritorializationof agribusiness andthechanges caused in productiveand food practicesof the families. For that, it wasnecessary tocarry out historical interviews, questionnaires, participantobservationand sketch ofaccesstotheriversidefamilies’ food. In thethirdandlastarticle it isdiscussedtheactionsof agribusiness on Ilha do Capim and its surroundingsand contextualize the historyof families’ resistance against theappropriation and use oftheirterritory. For this it wascarried out historical interviews, participantobservationand workshop toanalyze social- environmentalconflicts. It wasfoundthatthenarrativesofriversidesontheperceptionof socio- environmentalconflictsexperienced, are both relatedto individual andcollectiveselements. Thesedifferences are theresult ofthe different territorialitiesof thesame social group, beingallofthemused in favor ofterritorializationandclaimofthisterritory. It wasalsoverifiedthatchangesoccurred in the productiveand food practicesoftheriversides, aftertheutilizationof Furo do Capim as partofthewaterway, andthatthesechanges are perceived as negatives bythem.
